Next day annika woke up to find shivaay's side empty....she quickly woke up and went to get ready thinking that he must be downstairs.....

She went to the kitchen but he was not there....luckily she found omru who informed her that he is in the study....

Annika almost ran to the study...the reason was obvious that she was missing his warmth and affection which she gets every morning....

She reached the study only to find shivaay engrossed in his files....

She sighed in relief and hugged him tightly from the back...shivaay sensed her and smiled...he turned towards her....and held her hand....and kissed her forehead....she hugged him again and he reciprocated with equal love....

Shivaay: u woke up so early my love....

Annika: I didn't find ur warmth so I woke up....she said with a pout only to earn a grin from her beloved husband...

Shivaay pecked her pout...

Shivaay: awww....my love was missing him...

Annika: yes...but now I won't let u go anywhere....shivaay lets go for a day out today!!

She said with excitement....hoping for a yes...

Shivaay: dayout?

Annika: yeah...dayout...first we will watch a movie then shopping and then dinner....after that we may go for a long drive again and have ice cream...what say?

Shivaay: actually annika....

He avoided eye contact with her..she sensed something wrong...

Annika: what happened shivaay? why aren't u looking at me...

Shivaay: no nothing....nothing is more important than my love...we will go...

Annika cupped his face...

Annika: u very well know shivaay that u can lie to urself but not me...why do u even try?
Now tell me whats bothering u...I know there's something...

Shivaay: annika...wo..I have a board meeting in the oberoi headquarters at Delhi...we r taking over a company so...I need to go there...

Annika couldn't express how bad she felt at that moment....it was as if her heart is going to leave her...but for shivaay she controlled her tears...

Annika: that's it....itni si baat...come on shivaay...its ok....work is very important....u go...we will plan some other day...by the way for how many days r u gonna stay there?

Shivaay: 4 days....

Thats it....4 days without him will be 4 years for me....her heart screamed....ignoring her heart...

Annika: ohk....

Shivaay: why don't u come along?

Annika: shivaay...I can't....sahil is coming this weekend...he called me in the morning....thats why I asked u for shopping so that I could buy something for him...he will feel bad if he finds that I m not here...

Shivaay: annika...I m sorry...

Annika: shivaay pls...u r not at fault....work is important....and I will be fine...

She said avoiding eye contact...shivaay observed this...

She turned to go...

Annika: I will pack ur stuff...u pls have ur breakfast...I know u didn't....

Saying so she left with tears in her eyes...shivaay felt as if his heart got stabbed coz he knew she was hiding her tears...

He quickly went upto his room and found her packing for him..

Shivaay: annika...

Annika: hmm

Shivaay: I...wo...

Annika: don't worry...I m not upset....

Shivaay: how did u know?

Annika: I know u better than u urself do...

Shivaay quickly went to her and bent down and kept his head in her lap....

Shivaay: annika....I m sorry...I don't want to leave u but...

Annika: I understand...don't worry I will be fine....

Shivaay: I can see how fine u r..

Shivaay cupped her face...

Shivaay: I love u annika....u can cry...

That's it....annika now couldn't hold back her emotions....she bursted out crying....

Shivaay hugged her tightly....a fresh layer of tears formed in hus eyes as well....

Annika stopped crying after a while....

Annika: I will miss u....come back soon....pls...

Shivaay: I will miss u more...and don't worry I will come back ASAP....

Shivaay then locked their lips in order to soothe her pain....

After sometime.....

Shivaay bid bye to everyone...and left for airport with annika...
The whole drive was silent....annika held shivaay's hand...

They reached airport....

Annika still didn't leave his hand.

Shivaay was just staring at her...His heart was bleeding....

Shivaay (whispered): annika....we have reached....

Annika realised....and left his hand....they came out of the car...shivaay's chopper was ready...

Annika hugged him and cried silently thinking that he didn't know about that but little did she know he was crying with her....

Annika: I will miss u a lot...come soon...

Shivaay: I will miss u too my love....wait for me....I love u...

He kissed her forehead...

Annika: I love u too...

Shivaay turned and just went coz one more time if he would have seen her.....it would become impossible for him to leave her...

She thought the same and went back home crying....

Annika: why is it bothering me so much....His work is important....and I understand...why m I feeling so strange....I can't stand without him for a minute....how m I gonna manage 4 days?

She thought while tears rolled down her cheeks....

Shivaay however had sensed her restlessness....and his heart cried thinking of how he left her....how she was hiding her tears from him but he was helpless.....

There was a strange atmosphere building in....both of their hearts bleed but sometimes one has to control the raging emotions....

Annika was restless because shivaay was not there and shivaay was restless because annika wasn't there....

Both these love birds....these true ishqbaaz....these souls who were madly in love with each other longed for their 'US' moment.....

But had to fight with their storm building inside to give strength to each other....

They knew they would not be able to even breathe properly in each other's absence but had to coz it is wisely said that...

When u love someone truly with all ur heart and soul....u have to let them free...

U should be their strength and not weakness....

And annika loved shivaay enough to let him go.....

Yet again....it was their unexpressed pain....
