Annika woke up with a jerk only to find shivaay's side empty...she became sad as she was habitual of his warmth and affection....

It just had been 2 days and annika was missing him like anything....it was same at the other end...he kept calling her after every 2 hours to check if she's fine....if she had her food and medicine....and not to forget her beloved husband gave the duty to omru to spy on her and make her feel happy....

Annika was no less...she answered his call in the very first ring and talked whole night but it really couldn't help coz she wanted herself in his arms....her heaven....her solace...her peace...

Sighing she got ready and went down for breakfast though without shivaay she didn't feel like eating but her husband's spys wouldn't let her be empty stomach....

It was afternoon time and annika was roaming around the garden enjoying the fresh breeze...

Her phone buzzed and a smile crept on her face to see the caller.

Yes it was her love....SHIVAAY...

She quickly picked it up...

Annika: shivaay...how r u? Is everything alright? u didn't call in the morning? When r u coming back? Did u had ur breakfast?

Shivaay: relax love....so many questions....

Annika: just tell me...

Shivaay: ok so listen....I had my breakfast....m fine...I had my medicines as well...everything is alright...I was in a meeting so couldn't call u in the morning...

Annika: hmmm

Shivaay: I gave all ur answers...

Annika: no...u didn't...I asked u when r u coming back?

Shivaay: annika...wo..I...

Annika: what?

Shivaay: annika I....

Annika: will u say it...or I will find out myself....

Shivaay: actually....I have to stay back for a few days more....as we r starting the work here....and I need to be here u know....

There was silence for a few seconds when annika finally spoke..

Annika: how many days?

Shivaay sensed the coldness in her voice...

Shivaay: annika I...

Annika: how many days?

Shivaay: 1 week...

Annika: fine...take care....

Saying so she hung up and gave no chance for him to explain himself....

Shivaay felt really bad to hurt her but he was helpless....with a hope that she will forgive him for doing this to her as imagining himself at annika's place where she had to be away from him was not at all a good idea...so he could very well understand her emotions...thinking all this he called her again but she didn't pick up....he tried 4-5 times but in vain....

Finally shivaay recieved her message that she is busy....

He knew she is doing it purposely so that she can keep herself busy and not talk to him..

He felt as if he committed a sin but now what else he could do...he must think of an idea to woo his love....who's right now an angry bird...

Sighing with disappointment he went back to his work but couldn't really concentrate.....
His heart kept on reminding him of annika....

Here annika was hell angry...she anyway couldn't bear the distance and now he says he's gonna be away for a week more..this whole concept was pissing her off....but she could understand the work pressure he had being the head...but what's the point of being an owner if u can't cancel something for ur loved ones....her heart and mind were constantly arguing....finally she broke the glass she was holding....it crashed into pieces depicting her heart....

Her hand was bleeding but she didn't give a damn about that pain as what she was going through was much more painful than that....

Annika: I don't why I m unable to stay away from him....he's out for work which is important...but how do I explain my heart which is longing for him...his warmth....his affection...his love.i cant bear this distance....

Tears made their way....it was then adi came in the room to find her hand bleeding....

He got panicked....

Aditya: sweetheart....whats this? how did u get hurt? Look its bleeding so profusely....what were u doing...u shud be more careful....

Annika was not responding....

Adi made her sit down and bandaged her hand....

Adi: sweetheart....what happened? something is wrong right? Tell me...

Annika looked at him and spoke her heart out....adi could understand her battle....

He hugged her assuring that everything was fine....but she knew till the time she doesn't sees her love....everything won't be fine...

Here shivaay was feeling restless.

Shivaay: is annika fine? why m I feeling so restless?

He called her...annika slept in adi's arms so he laid her properly and saw her phone ringing...it flashed shivaay...he thought of talking to him about her....

Aditya picked up...

Shivaay: annika...where were u? Are u alright?  Look m sorry...pls talk to me...annika...

Aditya: shivaay...this is adi...

Shivaay: aditya...why did u picked up my wife's phone?

He stressed on MY WIFE....

Aditya: coz sweetheart is sleeping....

Shivaay: sleeping?

Aditya: yes...now listen...

He told him everything....

Shivaay: what!!!!! Annika...her hand...why...how's she?

Adi: she is fine shivaay....but she is battling really hard for u...

Shivaay: what do u mean?

Aditya: listen carefully shivaay...
The world knows that annika loves u more than anything in this world considering the fact that u r the sunshine of her dark life...I know her for hardly six months but I can understand what she has gone through....her mind says...that its ok if u are working as it is equally important but her heart says that she can't bear this distance....she knows u r not at fault but then also she is not able to convince her heart...she has lost a lot in her life shivaay...and finally after a lot of struggle she fell in love...u entered her life....she is scared of losing u....u know na how vulnerable she is...being alone since childhood has brought this fear in her heart of losing her loved ones to life....and hence she wants u to be with her....

Shivaay was sensing the epitome of emotions that was pricking him....

Shivaay: I understand adi...I respect her emotions and don't worry I m coming back soon for my love....as nothing is more important than her...

Aditya: hmmmm good...always remember shivaay...

Its very easy to be a part of someone's life....someone's heart and someone's soul...What's difficult...is...to maintain ur presence in their heart...mind...soul....coz love is something which makes u ready to give up ur life...ur everything for that particular person who's the owner of the heart....but u have to be a permanent resident of it....

And certainly u r that person in her life so pls....be her resident forever....her life depends on u.just with her and u will feel happiness meeting ur life with open arms....sometimes it's just good to compromise for ur love...coz saying I love u won't help....u have to express that love....

Work is for lifetime but this togetherness can sometimes be uncertain so capture every moment in ur book of life... and for that keep ur loved ones close and conquer the world! !

Aditya: come on shivaay...I did it for my sweetheart...now don't tell her about our conversation otherwise I will be dead...

They hung up and shivaay decided to leave the next day to surprise his love....
