Author's P.O.V. 
"Wake up guys!" Sonia shouted as she walked to the bathroom. "It's time to get up!" She yawned. 

Manic groaned and hid his face in the pillow he was holding. He lowered his ears slightly when he realized he was holding a pillow and wasn't hugging his boyfriend, then groaned louder and threw the pillow on the side as he stood up. 

The azure one was holding onto the bedpost knowing Sonia would try to get him to wake up. He didn't want to go to school already knowing how bad it was going to be. "No...!" He mumbled/shouted from his room. 

Manic walked to his brother's room and opened the door. "Hey bro." He yawned. "Mind if I join?" 

"Go ahead, just don't kick me." The azure one mumbled. 

The green hedgehog chuckled and got under the blanket next to his brother and closed his eyes. "I want to stay here forever." 

"Me too... I hate this school, I am not ready for that asshole to pick a fight again." He groaned and hid his face in the pillow.

"Don't worry. I'll kick his ass if he lays a finger on you." Manic patted Sonic's back.

"Guys! Get up!" Sonia shouted and looked at Manic's room. "Sonic!" She thought her green brother got up. "Get up." She walked in the room and sighed. "Guys..." 

"Good luck getting us outta here." Manic chuckled and hugged his brother. "I ain't moving." 

Sonic kept holding onto the bedpost. "Come on, can't we stay in for today? Or leave early? The principal won't care, we never use the 'special kids' privileges. We can skip and the teachers will still pass us." It was rare when the azure one didn't want to go to school since he was the one with the best grades out of them. 

"You surprise me, Sonic. Usually you're the first to wake up and woke up Manic together." Sonia raised a brow. "Is it because of Shadow?" 

"Maybe." The azure one lowered his ears. "I just don't want to go, this school sucks, the teachers are too rude and I bet they will change completely once they know who we are. Everyone does that once they know our secret and I hate it." He groaned. "I'm going but I'll leave early." The azure one slowly sat up.

"Look, Sonic. I know that guy was rude yesterday, but maybe he will leave you alone today?" The pink hedgehog sat next to her brother. "Come on, I'm sure everything will get better. I promise."

"I'm still leaving early." The azure one mumbled and stood up as he started getting ready.

"If you say so." Sonia sighed and looked at her brother that was still lying on the bed. "Get up." She poked his side. 

"Can't I stay here?" Manic groaned. 

"No, we have to go." The pink one rolled her eyes and stood up.

"Only if you let me go out today." The green one smirked. "Or I ain't moving." 

"Are you ready?" The azure one already knew he meant go out with Scourge. 

"No, Manic." Sonia rolled her eyes. "I don't want you to be sore tomorrow." 

"Goodnight then." Manic pulled the blanket over his head.

"Manic..." The pink hedgehog sighed. "Please get up." 

Sonic chuckled at that. "I say just let him go. It's his boyfriend either way and it's not as if he can get pregnant either." The azure one walked to the door. "Just go afterschool, bro. Let's go." 

"Fine." Sonia groaned, she didn't really like Scourge since he was a thief and dropped out of school. "You can go." 

"Cool." Manic stood up and walked to the bathroom. "Thanks sis." 

"Now hurry up so we can go and I can get out early and my suffering will end." The azure ons walked downstairs and sat down in the living room. 

"We won't let Shadow get near you, don't worry." Sonia walked to her room and started putting on her makeup.

"Yeah, he ain't gonna come near you." Manic walked to his brother and plopped on the couch. 

"I'm not worried about me, I'm worried about Sally and Sonia. I don't like what Sally said about Shadow doing that to all the girls." He groaned when his brother beat him to the couch. 

"Nah, don't worry. Sonia and Sally can beat his ass easily." Manic laid on top of his brother and closed his eyes. 

"Yeah I guess." He chuckled and closed his eyes knowing Sonia will take forever. 

"Let's go guys, I'm rea-" Sonia stopped when she saw her brothers and laughed. "Why are you both so gay?"

Sonic laughed softly and pushed his brother off. "Let's go or we are going to be late." He stretched and stood up. 

"Aw~ Come on bro~ Don't ya want a kiss~" Manic hugged his azure brother.

"Shut up." He pushed his brother away and chuckled as he started walking. 

"I can't believe you." Sonia kept laughing.

"Yay... School..." Manic said lowly when he saw his school. "I wanna leave already." 

"Me too..." The azure one groaned and kept walking in. As soon as they were inside the building, he saw some teachers looking at them and smiling softly. This made the younger one rolled his eyes. "Guess they found out. Can't wait to see our first period teachers mood." He said clearly annoyed, knowing the mean teacher they had for first class was going to totally change and be nicer.

"Yep." The green hedgehog sighed. "At least I can sleep in class." 

The blue hedgehog heard the bell ring and sighed. "I don't want to go." He groaned as he started to slowly walk to class, not caring if they were to be late since he knew the teachers wouldn't be mean to them anymore. 

"We're going to be late guys. Faster." Sonia grabbed her brothers' wrists and walked faster. 

"Chill. We are okay." The azure one followed his sister as he almost tripped. They barely made it on time to class.

"Sonia, Manic, Sonic." The teacher said sternly. "Don't be late again. 

This made Manic raised a brow. "Okay." He walked to his desk. 

"We're sorry." Sonia apologized. 

"Wha-?" He raised a brow as well. "S-sorry." Sonic nodded and walked to his desk then sat down. "Does he not know...?" He whispered to his siblings as they passed by Shadow and Mephiles' table, making the ebony hedgehog's ear flicker. 

"I don't know." Sonia shrugged lightly. "But that's good." 

"I guess." Sonic chuckled. "Well then that means we can't skip this class." He groaned quietly. 

"Yep." Manic sat down and took his books out. "Oh right. I didn't do my homework." He chuckled. 

The azure one rubbed his face. "Why didn't you do it?" He glared lightly at him.

"I was talking to Scourge." Manic rested back on his seat. 

"Oh dear." Sonia sighed. 

Sonic rolled his eyes and started paying attention in class.

"What did that blue boy mean?" Shadow mumbled as he walked out of the classroom. 

"Why are you so interested about it?" Mephiles raised a brow. "I thought you hated him?" 

"I do, that's why I'm 'interested'." The ebony hedgehog rolled his eyes. "I'll ask Rouge to learn more about it." 

"Learn more about what, Hun?" The white bat landed beside him. "What's happening?" 

"The blue hedgehog said something about the teacher knew something about them." Shadow tried to explain. "I don't know what he meant, but he looked shocked." 

"And you want me to find out about that?" 

"What he meant. Or how they know Sally. Find something about them." The bat hummed. 

"I'll see what I can do." She nodded and flew to the group where Sally was talking to the triplets. "Hey guys." She smiled and waved at them.

"What do you want?" Sally raised a brow. 

"Hey~" Manic smirked and chuckled. 

"Oh stop that, Hun, I didn't know you were gay. I can invite your brother out to eat though." She moved closer to the azure one making him chuckled and a bit nervous. 

"Nah. He's not interested." Manic pulled his brother closer to him. "Was that what you wanted?" 

"No, I was actually wondering. How do you guys and Sally know each other?" 

"We're childhood friends." Sonia answered. "What's so strange about it?" 

"It's strange how when Sally moved here, she never talked to anyone unless she needed something. The teachers would pass her even though she would skip and can do whatever she wants, and all of a sudden she talks to you all." She answered. 

"What are you implying?" Sally crossed her arms and raised a brow. 

"We have nothing to do with the way the teachers treat her." Sonia tried to make up a lie. 

"It's not? Well then why all of a sudden it is the same with you 3? You looked so shocked when the teacher called you out this morning, Blue~ and we heard you say something. What is it that the teacher doesn't know about you?" She was trying to get them to talk. 

"What? I don't-" He was cut off. 

"Tell me Blue." 

"Rouge. Enough." Sally got in front of Rouge. "Leave them out of this."  

The azure one rolled his eyes, wanting to go home. "Look, we aren't hiding anything. Sally has been our friend since we have memory. Now leave us alone." He was annoyed. 

Shadow was watching them from his locker, listening to what they were saying. 

"Alright. Fi-" She was cut off when Sonic began walking away. "Where are you going?" 

"Home." He said sternly, clear that he was annoyed, tired and angry at what happened.

Sally glared at the bat and told her to leave them alone.

Manic raised a brow and ran to his brother. "Hey, bro. What's up?" He asked concerned. 

"I'm tired, I am going home." The azure one said, they weren't far from where the ebony one was standing. "Stay here with Sonia, call me if you need anything, I'll be here in a second or less." He crossed his arms. "I'm just tired, have fun with Scourge after school, I'll see you at home." He kept walking away.

"Yo, why are you like this all of a sudden?" Manic stopped his brother and made him look at him. "What's wrong? For real." 

"No, you'll make fun of me bro, I already know you." He looked away. "Let me go home."

"Okay... But you're telling me what's up when we get home." 

"No," He quickly said. "I am not saying anything, just stay here with Sonia, I don't trust that asshole." He rolled his eyes. "I'm fine, really, it's just something stupid. I'll see you at home." He tried to leave again, knowing the others were watching as Rouge walked back to Shadow and Mephiles. 

The green hedgehog slowly nodded and let go. "Alright." He turned around and walked to his sister. 

Sonic sighed in relief that his brother finally dropped the subject and started walking to the door. Usually the students needed to be signed out at the office but Sonic just simply walked out. 

"What's up with him?" The ebony hedgehog raised a brow. "Did you pressure him too much?" He chuckled and looked at the bat. "What did you learn about them?" 

"Nothing, they just said they are childhood friend, that they aren't hiding anything and that the green one is gay and the blue one may be gay too. Maybe I need to talk to some friends to find out more about them. I'll see what I can do, Hun. That blue boy looked so annoyed and stressed." 

"Good." Shadow smirked. "I want school to be a living hell for him."

"Bro?" Manic immediately asked when he walked in the house.

"Sonic. We're back." Sonia sighed and threw her backpack on the couch. 

"Over here!" The azure one quickly dashed in front of them, he had come from the park. "I've been out running. This city is pretty big, there's a park a little far from here that it is beautiful, it has so many flowers and picnic areas. I memorized where all the stores and nearby pharmacies there are too. I think I explored the entire city already. It's pretty big." He rambled on about the city for a while, clear he was back to being happy and calm, until he was cut off by his siblings. 

"That's nice." Sonia smiled. "Are you hungry? Or did you find a chili dog stand in the city?" 

"You bet I did. That's the first thing I went to look for. Bro, what are you doing here? I thought you were going to see Scourge?" He raised a brow hoping he wasn't the reason why he hadn't gone seen his boyfriend. 

"Well, I wanted to make sure you're okay." Manic walked to his brother and hugged him. "I'll go see Scourge later." 

"Bro, im fine... I just..." He chuckled and hugged back then pulled away. "I have a crush on a guy and I didn't want to see him so I came home to distract myself." He explained. "Don't ask who it is because I will not say no matter what you threaten me with. Not even chili dogs will make me say it." He knew it was bad he had a crush on Shadow. 

Manic sighed in relief. "Dude, I thought someone threatened you or something." He chuckled and patted his brother's back. "Don't worry about it. It's nothing to be embarrassed about. I mean, you see how I am every time I come back from Scourge's house." 

"Yeah, yeah. Just go see him already. He texted me to let you go see him. Tell him to stop spamming me, I turned off my phone because it was lagging from all the spamming." He chuckled and pushed his brother to the door. 

"Alright." The green hedgehog laughed and walked to the door. "I'll see you later sis." He closed the door behind him and texted his boyfriend.

Scourge was eating a slice of pizza as he watched a movie and kept spamming his boyfriends brother to see if his boyfriend was going to go. He wanted to see his boyfriend, he was impatient. 

Manic texted him to stop spamming his brother and that he was waiting for him outside his house. 

The other one looked at his phone and smirked then stood up and walked out of the house. 

After a while, Scourge got out of a cab and closed the door then walked to where Manic was waiting for him. He looked at his boyfriend and smirked slightly. "Hey babe~" He walked closer and wrapped an arm around his waist and pulled him closer.

"Sup?" Manic chuckled. "Why were you spamming my brother? I just got out of school."  

"Because I wasn't sure if they let you come." He made the prince look up at him and leaned closer. 

This made the smaller one lower his ears slightly and chuckle since he knew his siblings could see him. "Can't it wait 'till we get to your place?" 

"No." The older one leaned closer and was about to kiss him.

"Scourge." Manic rolled his eyes playfully and put his hand in front of his boyfriend's mouth. "My sis can see us." 

This made Scourge groan and roll his eyes. "Fine. Let's go to my house then." He knew going to a hotel would be easier so they could be together but he wasn't sure if his boyfriend would be okay with that.

"Thanks." Manic laughed and pulled away. "Also, you can't do anything to me today." 

"Why not?" He chuckled. 

"Don't make school even more of a torture for me." The younger one groaned. "Please." 

"I can't promise anything~" Scourge chuckled and called a cab for them since it was a long way to his house.

"Whatever." Manic crossed his arms. "You'll see when we get to your place." 

"Mhm." He let his boyfriend get in the cab first. "You won't do anything." 

"Yeah. That's the thing. I ain't gonna do anything." Manic got in the cab.

"Hm, we'll see about that~" He smirked and wrapped an arm around his waist, not caring if the driver saw them, moving his hand a little lower. 

Manic just looked at his perverted boyfriend with a semi-serious expression. "I've been here for only a week and you're acting like this?" 

"What do you expect? I don't do anything with anyone else." He rolled his eyes and touched his boyfriends ass and smirked slightly. 

"How many packets did you smoke?" Manic grabbed Scourge's hand and put it on his shoulder. 

"Just a few." He chuckled and looked at him wanting the kiss he didn't get earlier but he refused to ask for it so he looked away again.

"Good." Manic yawned again and dropped one ear then laid back on his boyfriend. "Is Fiona still nuts? I don't want to be stabbed again." He remembered the last time he saw Scourge's ex, she was looking at him as if he had killed her family, she attempted to stab and kidnap him but she only managed to stab his shoulder once. 

Scourge wrapped his arms around his boyfriend, this time in a protective hug and rested his head on his shoulder. "I haven't seen her since that day. Well, she comes every now and then to see how I am doing but I close the door in her face." He chuckled.

"She's nuts." The smaller one closed his eyes as he tried not to purr. 

"She is." He held him a little tighter but gentle.

Manic opened his eyes when the cab stopped in front of Scourge's house and pulled away from the hug. 

"Lets go." The older one opened the door and got out and his boyfriend followed. 

"I'm so tired. And hungry." Manic groaned when he walked in the house. "Can we order a pizza or something?" 

"Sure, let me just get my wallet." He checked around and raised a brow when he couldn't find it. 

"You're so poor." Manic chuckled as he laid on the couch and looked in his boyfriend's wallet. "I can pay if you want." 

"Are you- what? Whe- Give me that." He chuckled and grabbed his wallet. "I can pay." He rolled his eyes and laid on top of his boyfriend, making him groan and laugh.

"Okay." He put his hands on his chest and tried to push him away. "You crashed my bones." 

"Let me be." The other one groaned and grabbed him by the waist. 

"Go get me pizza first." The smaller one whined and pushed his face away. 

"Fine." He rolled his eyes and stood up. He walked to get his phone and called to order a pizza. He was annoyed that his boyfriend wasn't letting him do anything. 

Manic noticed that and chuckled then turned on the TV, waiting for his boyfriend to come back. After Scourge finished the call, he went to sit down on the couch leaving space for Manic.

The light green hedgehog put his foot on the side of his boyfriend's face. "Scourge~" He whined.

"What?" He hummed and looked at his boyfriend. 

"I'm sorry." He chuckled and put his foot away then sat up. "I just wanted to see if you'll listen to me or not."

The older one chuckled and pulled him up in his lap and rested his hand on his hip. 

"We ain't doing that." Manic crossed his arms. "I don't wanna explain to the whole school why I'm limping." 

"You can stay here." He rubbed his sides. "You can skip school too~" He moved his hands lower. "What if I'm gentle this time~?"

This made Manic blush a bright color and look away as he held himself up by holding onto him. "I dunno..." 

Scourge moved his hand to his ass and squeezed it then moved close to his neck. "What do you say~?"

Manic bit his lip light and madly blushed, his tail dropped when he felt Scourge's hands and gave in then nodded. "F-fine...~"
