Kyla pov:

The world was silent, as expected,after all, it is bloody 6 am! No normal person would be awake at this sort of time.

The birds weren't tweeting, The wind wasn't howling, The sun wasn't shining and I was awake, what an unusual morning it is. I slowly approached the training ground Neji had told me to go, I could hear somebody shouting about youth, my poor poor ears were being tortured this early in the morning.

I looked around when I spotted Neji and next to him was a girl, presumably Tenten, she has brown hair and grey eyes, she wears her hair in two Chinese-style buns on her head with short fringe-bangs framing her face.  She's wearing a pink sleeveless qipao-style blouse with red sleeve trimmings and yellow fastening buttons and dark green trousers. A pouch is adjusted to her right thigh and her forehead protector, was, as expected, placed across her forehead, and her ninja sandals were the typical blue.

The guy who was stood next to her with a gleeful expression, was who I presume to be Rock Lee, Lee has shiny black hair in a bowl cut with round black eyes with prominent lower eyelashes, and very thick eyebrows and I mean very thick. He's wearing a green jumpsuit, orange leg warmers, and a red forehead protector was strangely worn as a belt. He has bandages around his forearms up to his fingers and a ninja pouch is on the back of his right thigh. 

Gai- sensei looks exactly like Lee but older... Oh my, are they related? No surely not, its against Ninja guidelines to have a parent and child on the same team as it causes complications and bias opinions in missions, so surely not.

Neji spotted me and waved me over so I awkwardly walked across the training field, with Tenten's eyes glued on me, Lee noticed me and ran over to me. "Hello! I am Rock Lee, you must be the beautiful Kyla Uchiha, Neji informed us you were coming! You are beautiful like a flower! I swear I will love and protect you forever will you be my girlfriend" It took a moment for me to process what he just said to me and I just stared at him before Neji came over and said "Lee, I told you last week she's betrothed to me she's not going to date you" I sighed and walked over to Tenten "Hi, I'm Kyla" I said friendly as I offered her my hand to shake which she did before saying "Tenten, Weren't you that Uchiha girl that was in our academy class" I laughed a little bit "Yeah, I was sent away to train", she softly smiled at me before responding with "Welcome home" and I returned her smile with a large one of my own.

Neji made me join in with the teams training which consisted of a lot of consequences for failure, luckily, Fukka-sensei had put me through worse.

"Okay my youthful children! Now we're going to do some sparing, first up is Neji and Kyla, No mangekyo sharingan! Now spar my youthful jelly beans!" Gai sensei exclaimed as Neji and I got into position. I haven't fought Neji since we were kids in the Hyuga training room when my dad was watching, so i'd be lying if I said I wasn't excited. 

We stood opposite each other, it's time for me to show what I learn't in my years away, I wont activate my sharingan never mind my mangekyo. 

Neji's byakugan isn't activated yet, perfect. I threw a kunai towards his head and he effortlessly dodged it moving slightly towards the side when I made a quick hand signs making it explode.

"Paper bomb around the handle" Tenten muttered in the background and Neji instantly activated his kekkie genkai to guarantee he doesn't make the same mistake again, I smirked at him and he smiled halfheartedly back he got into his hyuga stance.

I decided to try the Fire style jutsu weaving hand signs, but Neji casually stated that he can use Byakugan to read the chakra flow of the jutsu and overcome it. He didn't dodge, he simply split the fire style in two while casually stating that even fire jutsu was just a cluster of chakra that can easily be split apart once you can read the chakra flow with Byakugan. (Which is rarely broken). I huffed in annoyance and looked down at my hands, chakra... He can stop my chakra from a close range... but long range, he stops my jutsu, Mid range isn't my style, I didn't want to use my sharingan, I was almost certain I wouldn't need too, but I do. 

THINK KYLA THINK! What can I do with three tomoe? Genjutsu... I can see everything in slow motion and predict his movements... Bingo that's it! slow motion! He can't hit my chakra if I can predict what he's going to do! I didn't wan't to activate it but...

My eyes began spinning with a crimson pinwheel with three commas decorating the edges as I stared at Neji dead in the eye, and I knew this was the first time he'd ever seen my sharingan, I don't know if he saw Sasuke's, but from the look on his face and the tense appearance of his shoulders, I'd say, he didn't know what to expect. Perfect.

I ran at him with a kunai in hand and he watched me carefully, he brought his hand up to jab me in the shoulder but I swiftly ducked under his arm and sliced his shoulder, but it wasn't deep at all. He tried to retaliate and hit me on the neck, but I saw it coming, I kicked him in the stomach pushing him back several feet, he stopped moving and stood their staring at me a little shocked before his eyes widened in surprise. "You can see my movements" He muttered and I smirked before replying with "As clear as day" 

We clashed again, this time without weapons, we were fighting with taijutsu, his Hyuga style, my own Uchiha, he used his byakugan to jab pressure points and inflict damage while I used my sharingan to evade and strike, my left arm was out of commission after he slyly hit my shoulder, my stomach was in pain from a violent kick he landed and I had a train of blood from the right corner of my lip from a punch he landed. He had a cut shoulder, probably an aching stomach and a trail of blood from bellow his forehead, but we were both still standing when clapping came from behind us. "That's enough for today my youthful flower pots!" Gai-sensei exclaimed and we nodded.

"So Neji, Kyla, when you two have kids will they behold the sharingan or byakugan?" Tenten asked curiously.

"sharingan" I stated at the same time Neji said "Byakugan" making us look at each other in shock with a little frown.

"Trouble in paradise, eh?" Tenten muttered with a small laugh before adding "Well whichever I'm sure they'll be strong kids" this made me and Neji smile a little, before I blushed and looked away, 15. I'm 15, AND I'm not even dating Neji! Why are we discussing kids?
