No one's P.O.V

Luke had finally awoken from his slumber. He rubbed his tired eyes and looked beside him, Loke was still up and looking out the compartments window. He was so confused and tired from beforehand that he never got a chance to ask questions and get some answers, he starting fiddling his golden locks before speaking up.

"Hey, Uncle Loke?" Luke asks still in a dazed state, the adrenaline of the previous events crashing down on him. The lion spirit turned to face him. "Why does mom want me to go to Fairytail?"

Loke smiled and slightly hesitated before truthfully answering. He knew it wasn't his place to tell Lucy's son this information, yet he also was aware that safety wasn't the only excuse she wanted Luke there. The lion slightly sighs, careful not to unload too much on the young kid so quick.

"Your father is apart of that Guild." He says simply, Luke now looking at him in awe. The boy has always wanted to meet his father, someone who wasn't apart of his life for a a reason he never knew.

"My dad is a mage?!" He says in amazement, the ginger could swear he almost saw actual stars in his eyes at the news. Loke chuckles, Luke sometimes reminded him very fondly of the fire dragon slayer.

"Yes one of the best in Fairytail," Loke puts a more serious face on, changing the tone of the conversation. "But if you want him to your his son, that's up to you."

Luke turns to look at his lap, his eyes were no concentrated and his eyebrows furrowed in thought . He wanted badly for his father to know of him, and he also needed to tell them about his moms kidnapping, the young boy didn't care if he was sent away solely for his own security.

"I'm gonna find mom, and I'm gonna enlist some help." Luke finally says, nodding to himself in determination. Loke also nods.

"I understand, and I'll be by your side."

Luke's P.O.V

We finally made it two the town known as Magnolia. The train ride was long and boring, so by the time we got there I was exhausted and absolutely starving. 'I could really have some of moms cooking right about now...' I think to myself as we wander the streets of what's unfamiliar to me. Uncle Loke must've read my thoughts though, and came up with a suggestion.

"We can stop by 8 island for some lunch, then head to Fairy tail, sound good?" He smiles making me excited.

  As I was eating my triple chocolate milkshake, two double cheeseburgers and I large side of fries, Uncle Loke and I went over our plan once we get to Fairy tail.

"We should talk to the Guild and tell them of Lucy's predicament and your her son." Loke advises as I chow down on all my food, it's weird how celestial spirits have no need to eat—eating is awesome!

"Okay." I reply, crumbs escaping my mouth as I talk. Mom always told me not to talk when I eat as to not me rude, but sometimes I can't help it.

"Telling them about her kidnapping will allow us to employ them as a rescue team. Revealing your her son will give them even more motivation." The spirit adds, I just nod. I'm glad I had him with me, I wouldn't be able to formulate a plan on my own. The fact that mom isn't here with me is still hard to process.

He gets up once he notices I'm done with lunch. "Then lets go."

Uncle Loke looked nervous, maybe afraid to see Fairytail. From what he told me on the train, he was close friends with the mages alongside mom. Something must've happened to make them not so close anymore and to cause all this tension.

I wipe my face with the sleeve of my shirt, and a realization finally hits me, I've been so caught up in how hungry I was and saving mom I completely forgot about that my dads apart of this Guild. I'm finally going to meet him.

'I wonder if he'll be like me. I wonder if he'll even care...even if Loke told me that him knowing I'm his son is unimportant, it's important to me. And I'm gonna tell him.' I think proudly to myself. I'm ready to go.

  Uncle Loke lead me to the building, as he knew Magnolia better than me, of course. We suddenly found ourselves standing at the large wood double doors, the entrance of the Guild. It was much grander than I expected, and quite intimated. It was silent between the both of us.

"Wanna go in first?" Loke asks, looking down at me, probably noticing the small hint of fear in my eyes. I would be a liar if I said I wasn't a little bit scared of facing all these unfamiliar people.

I shake my head, moving behind him and slightly grabbing on his pant leg. He acknowledges this and pushed the big doors on his own. The doors open wide with a loud break, the noise that erupted in the loud Guild began to go silent.

I scanned the large hall. There were several unrecognizable faces stating at Uncle Loke, I don't think they even noticed my presence yet. While the people's eyes are stuck on him, I catch sight of a guy with pink hair. Unlike the others, who had looks of shock plastered on their faces, his was kind of contorted in...anger?

Nobody's P.O.V

The awkward silence suddenly comes to an end when the zodiac spirit is bombarded with several questions. Luke winced as most of the people in the Guild ran forward towards Loke, still unaware of the little boys presence.

"Loke, why are you here??" Gray was the first to speak up before the others began chiming in.

Cana took a swing of her drink, "Where have you been?" Several more questions followed up.

"Where's Lucy? Why isn't she here with you?" Both Erza and Wendy question, Happy and Carla flying over to him to also interrogate. Just then a fist slams on a table.

"Why are you here without her? Where is she.", everyone, including Luke turns to look at who made that last statement. It was the fire dragon slayer, who seemed pissed rather than relieved than anyone else. Before more can be said, two female gasps fill the room, before he knew it, Luke was tackled in a bear hug.

"We've heard so much about you." Mirajane says softly, hugging him tightly. Levy was closely behind her. "We know your mother."

The blonde was happy to know some people welcomed him, and at least he wasn't attacked with questions like Uncle Loke.
At this point all the other guild mates were very confused at the interaction, none of them knew who this kid was, and why Levy and Mira did.

Loke pushes the his signature red glasses closer to the bridge his nose before giving a proper explanation. "Luke here is Lucy Heartfilia's son." In the distance a plate is dropped by Elfman, symbolizing the shock everyone had at that moment.

While the others were still flabbergasted and processing what Loke just said, Levy asks the dreaded question, "Did Lu finally agree to come back? Is that why you guys are here?"

Luke looks uncomfortably at the wood floors, he dearly wished his mother was here. Loke solemnly shook his head. "We're here from Crocus, Lucy needs our help."

"Is that where Lucy~san was all this time?" Juvia questions, it was odd to finally get an answer for a mystery that they had for seven long years.

"What?!" Natsu breaks the somewhat calamity once again. "She knew the Guild was back together and stayed in Crocus?" He seemed more confused than anyone else. "And she had a son???" The salmon haired mage said a little more aggressively.

Luke gulped, he was extremely on the fence about telling him. As the chaos begins to unfold, he wanders away, to get away from the centre of the commotion. He then bumps into someone the same height as him, a young girl with tan skin and dark hair.

"So your Luke, huh?" She said, "I'm Metallica.
It's finally nice to have someone my age around here." The girl glances towards another kid nearby, a girl with fair skin and light blonde hair. "Nova can get annoying sometimes."

Before Luke can reply a loud shuffle can be heard from the Guild's second floor. Luke could make out a small figure, suddenly a large clap fills the air. It draws everyones attention and gets things back on track.

"I demand an explanation." The frightening voice booms.

'I guess it's my turn to finally speak...' Luke thinks to himself nervously.

Everyone is gathered around the same large table, things have finally settled and Luke was able to give some insight to the situation. Makarov was among them, he was a short old man to Luke's surprise, but that didn't matter right now.

Loke gave Luke a look of reassurance, he slowly nodded. "I...um... mom and I came home one day...and um some meanies were waiting for us. They trashed...uh our house...I think they were...looking for something of hers..."

From what the guild could figure from the child's vague explanation, 'they' were looking for her Zodiac Keys to take them just like they had done to Yukino years prior. Except this time Lucy was also taken along with them, knowing her, she wouldn't be too cooperative.

The mood from there on was very grim, Levy looked the most upset. She had warned her best friend beforehand that coming to the Guild would be best so that this exact thing could be prevented. It was obvious Serpents Guild will pay. Everyone's mind was on this whole situation, well almost everyone...

Natsu slams his fist on the table for what seems like the fiftieth time that day. "Who's your father?!!"

Everyone practically sighed, of course that dense idiot would focus on that aspect instead of actually focusing on the important facts. Natsu was riled up about this to say the least, Erza and Gray had to hold the mage down while Levy and Mira exchanged worrisome looks.

Luke opened his mouth ready to respond, but he quickly closed it. While he was scanning the area earlier he noticed who his father was with. He seemed close with a girl with short white hair in the guild, they must've been together and Luke didn't want to ruin that by dropping this bombshell.

He held his tongue, and the zodiac spirit understood by looking at him that this wasn't meant to be shared, Natsu was confused enough.

"That doesn't matter, Natsu." Makarov reminds the hothead. "We should all focus on saving Lucy."

Everyone around the table nodded.

Sorry this update took longer than my other ones, I had a lot planned out for this chapter and so far school has gotten in the way of like..everything in my life, also October 1rst is tomorrow...which means spooky season 🎃 🍭 🦇
