I then walk into the classroom and all of the people in there start to stare at me as if I am a robber, joke.

"Introduce yourself to your friends". The teacher say to me .

"Annyeonghaseyo,my name is y/n. Nice to meet you guys." I said in Korean because that's the only words I know. Who wouldn't know "annyeonghaseyo" right?

"I'm from America and I'm not so good in Korean.So please take care of me "  I continue.

I can see some people smiling towards me and I placed smiles  to them as well.

"You can sit there". The teacher points to a seat which is beside a girl in her ponytail. I nod to the teacher and walking towards the seat that she mentioned just now.

"My name is Sandy by the way.You can call me Sandy songsaengnim " .  She says while I'm making my way to my seat.

 The soon-to-be my tablemate a.k.a the girl in ponytail is looking at me as I'm walking towards her. Upon arriving, I  sit beside her neatly by holding the lower part of my skirt. Safety first .

Sandy songsaengnim is explaining about something new to us in the classroom. Gladly she didn't use any difficult Korean words that can turn myself into curiosity instead I do understand it a bit.

She even ask me whether I understand it or not on what she have been saying every single minutes . Lol ,I got annoyed sometimes . But, no y/n, gotta respect.She's your teacher after all hehehe.

Santy songsaengnim suddenly gives us a task to do. So,I jot down all the things that she have written on the board and paste it on my exercise book .

I also humming to a song while writing it out which is lean on me by seventeen hip-hop unit.

My favorite all the time and forever especially the Japanese version one, I can't--

"A carat?" I get startled upon hearing a sudden voice that came up out of nowhere. I turn my head just to see my tablemate talking to me, thanks god I wasn't cursing.

"n...nae" . I answer her question with a furrow eyebrow. Confused look form on my face because it's our first time talking to each other despite being seated by an hour already .

"I can speak English,you don't have to worry much ". The girl said confidently . Gosh! finally I found people who can speak English as well so it's not gonna be awkward for me to talk or ask anything!

"Glad to hear that,oh my God,I've been wanting  to start a conversation between us because you might not understand what I'm saying" . She giggled after hear my answer .

 "Btw tho , my name is Kim Minji . You can call me Minji or just Min or just Ji ". She said to me before we both burst out into laughter together.

 We then continue doing our work while chatting to each other happily.

6 hours have passed and it's time to go home!. School has finished today . I have passed and managed my first day here successfully. Minji and I  have gotten so close in just a day.We both became a bestfriend .

I then spot my driver's car at the parking lot . I bid Minji goodbye before walking to the car .
 
She said that that she's waiting for her brother to come . Her brother is such a busy man so he's always fetch Minji a bit late sometimes. That's is what he told me just now .

Arrived home,as usual I got so hungry . Not to mention that I didn't even go to the cafeteria today . New student , still scare and awkward to go.You know that kind of feels .

I decide to just have a bowl of cereals with milk as my afternoon snack even though it's like a breakfast meal but whatever it's still a food. Simple but still tasty .
