*Thunder & Fear*

I woke up when I heard a loud bang. The first thing I saw was the darkness. I look around but can't see a single thing.Lights were gone, no sound was coming from anywhere. I stood up and stumble a bit. I slowly walk around in room with help of wall or something near me. I jump back when I reach at the end of the wall and face toward window.
I scream when a sudden flash and thunder come from outside. I heard foot steps rushing in and making my heartbeat faster. I walk toward door ignoring everything in my way. I was hit by a chair and edge of bed.
"Misha" I heard Rayyan voice from outside. I open the door to see him standing with flashlight of his mobile phone. Without thinking I hug him tightly. I loudly sobbed and hide my face in his neck.
"What happen? Are you okay? I heard your scream." He asked worriedly hugging me back.
"I-I am scared of T-thunder" I mumble and continue crying. I feel himt ighten his grip on me. I am scared of thunder since Mom died. There are many things I am scared of since Mom died.
When I was little, my cousin from Dad side played a prank with me. We were playing hide and seek when we all were staying at our grandparents house for summer holidays. My elder cousin asked me to hide under a tree in heavy rain and thunder, it was the best place to hide according to him because it was dark outside and no one can find me there. That was the first time I was scare of thunder.
The second time when Mom died. When we were going to hotel to give her Mother day surprise it was raining heavily. Dad and Zayan already there but I chose to go with Mom because she know how to control me when I was having a panic attack. When we walk toward entrance a drunk driver sped on road and hit Mom. I stood there in shocked and watch as my Mom body fly in air and fall on ground just then a loud bang came from sky with a flash and I lost my Mom.
"It is okay Misha. I got you now, you are safe" He whisper in my ear and keep saying comforting words in my ear. I feel him pick me up and walk inside.
"Please don't leave me" I begged him when I feel him bed leaving me alone. He kneel down in front of me.
"Don't worry I am here with you. I am going find candles and lit them.Stay here I will be right back" he said softly and kissed my forehead before walking out of room. I sat there silently and waiting for him then something came in my mind. I can also on flashlight on my phone. I reach back to my side and search for my phone in darkness but I couldn't find it. I thought where I put it. I mentally smack my head for putting it in living room.When we came back home I didn't bring my bag with me up here. A light lit up in room making me look around to see where it was coming. I saw Rayyan putting some candles on dresser, table and nightstand. I don't know how long these candles lighten room and when electricity came back.
"When did lights gone? When it came back? What time is it?" I rushed out my questions to Rayyan as he sit on bed next to me and pulled me close to him.
"Relax Misha. Lights were gone about an hour ago. I don't know when it came back it seems like it is big problem of electricity but don't worry it will be back in morning and it is 11 in night." He said rubbing my arms to calm me down. 11 in night? How much I sleep? I remember when I came to sleep it was afternoon.
"How long I sleep?" I asked him. He was about to answer when his phone start ringing. He check the caller ID and sigh. "Who is it?"
"Shehry" he showed me his phone before he hit green button and pressed it into ear. I could easily hear Shehry worried voice which make me smile slightly.
"We are fine Shehry." Rayyan said when Shehry ask about us.
"When you guys are coming back? We saw news of heavy storm in Paris and electricity problem."

"I don't know Shehry. When this all stop we will be back and yeah there was problem with lights. It was gone about an hour and right now we are inside of house." Rayyan answered with a sigh. I know he is bored sitting inside. He doesn't like to sit in home doing nothing. Shehry mumbled something from other side that make Rayyan angry on him and I heard Shehry laugh on other side.

"You are going to dead when I get back there. Just wait and wish everyone goodbye. Now cut the call my phone battery is going to dead." Rayyan said with smirk on his face and hung up without listening to Shehry.

"What he was saying?" I asked shifting on my side. He sat straight but didn't say anything.

"Nothing important. Tell you what you want to do?" He asked looking at me after few minutes. I shrugged.

"I don't know but I am not going back to sleep again." I said seriously.

"Why?" He asked smirking.

"I am sure I am not having good sleep again if I fall asleep my dreams will full of nightmares." I said and swallow as I remember my nightmares of my Mom and hide and seek.

"Okay. Let's do something else." He said smiling slightly. I knew he is up to something.

"What is going in your mind?" I asked suspiciously. His smirk widened.

"You know me too well. Let's plays 20 questions." He said mischievous in his eyes. Shit! I should have known he was planning this. Whenever we play20 questions he ask something which I can't lie about.

"Not 20 just 5" I said trying he could let it go but no he is not. He shake his head.

"Okay 15 questions." He said which I give him my innocent look. I still not agree on 15 questions.

"5 questions." I argued.

"10 questions final and stop giving me that look" he said sternly making me sigh in defeat. 10 questions is okay actually better then 20.

"You're first"

"What is your biggest fear?" he asked with serious look. I swallow a lump. Should I tell him? No, I can't. He will laugh at me but I can't ignore the fact. "Okay rules first. No lying, look straight in eyes while answering and not hiding anything."

"But-" I started but he cut me off.

"No! Rules are final now answer my question. What is your biggest fear?" He repeat his question again. I sighed heavily I know I can't win him in this.

"You" I answer his question in one word with three letter. He is my biggest fear. I am afraid to lose him.

"Me? How?" He asked confused.

"I am scared to lose you again. I don't want to lose you. I already lost a person who I love more than anything else." I said quietly looking down and playing with my fingers.

"You don't have to scare. I am always with you. I promise."He said grabbing my hand and squeeze it gently.

"I know but still..." I trailed off and shaking my head to pushing everything away. I can't ruined our vacations our sweet times together."My turn"

"Go on" he said smiling.

"What is the most embarrassing moment of yours?" I asked and smirked when he get nervous.

"It was when I was young Mom used to dress me in girls cloths. She never let me get a haircut and my hairs grown to shoulder. When I was 6 one day on our family reunion Mom dress me in pink dress with 2 pony tail on each side of my head. But thanks to Dad he tell Mom to dress me in normal cloths and Dad take me to cut my hairs in short. But still before doing it everything Mom take my picture and still sometimes she tease me how I look cute when I dress in girls cloths" he said and groaned hiding his face in his hand. I tried my best not to laugh.

"I-its okay. She is your Mom. She like to dress you like that but that is not her fault. It was your. I am sure you look cute when you dress like that." I said smirking. When we get back home I am going to ask Mom for that picture.

"Okay enough. Let's move on other question." He said and we start again. We ask questions that make us laugh, angry, sad and happy. We enjoyed our time but still I am scared. I know Rayyan was doing all this to take my attention to him from flashes on window but I can't help it.

"Misha?" He snapped his fingers in front of my eyes. I look straight and frown when I saw him standing.

"Sorry. I was just thinking." I say and look down. He sigh and held his hand out.

"You wanna dance?"

"I will but there is no music in here" I said making him realise that we are still in darkness and no music playing here and can not be play because his phone battery is low and my phone is downstairs.

"Don't worry about it. I always have an extra battery." He said turning on his phone. Soon slow music start playing again. He again held his hand out for me and I take it. I stood up with my one hand in his and other on his shoulder. His one hand was in mine and other on my waist and we slowly start moving on music. He was staring right in my eyes and didn't look away. It make me nervous for some reason. His eyes held so much emotions fear, care and love. He spun me around and bring me back to him. His chest pressed against my back and his hands tighten on me.
"I love you so much Misha. Please don't leave me" he whispered. I frowned and turned around to face him. Why he think I leave him?
"I never leave you Rayyan. I promise whatever happen I will be always with you."I promised him that make him smile.
"You better with me or else you will regret" he smirked.
"What will you do? Huh?" I asked smirking back.
"I will find you out and tied you in our room and never let you go"He take a step forward causing me to take a step back.
"That will never happen because I am not planning to you ever if you got tired of me I still stick with you and make your life hell" I said smiling innocently. He playfully glare but smile back.
"I wish you do" he said leaning down and kissed me softly.

Update! I hope everyone like it. Only few more chapters left then Unexpected Love will be finish.
Anyways, I try to put Youtube link in this chapter. It is a song of Atif Aslam "Jeena Jeena". If you couldn't see it then search it on Youtube. I thought this song will be good for this chapter.

I want to tell, one of my reader asked me to add Shehry & Maryam chapters. So, there is a something for that reader and will know on Saturday.
