Rayne goes to punch Theo when he catches her hand and spins her around to his chest,
"I thought you were good a fighting." He says
"Sorry that me coming back from the dead hasn't upgraded them." She says and he lets her go.

"What?" She asks and he sits down
"We have to talk about it." He says
"Talk about what?" Rayne avoids his eye contact.

"That day. The day you killed yourself." He says and she looks at him and sits down
"It wasn't your fault. I know that look. When certain are told they give that look. It wasn't your fault." She says as Deucalion listens to everything.

"Then who's was it?" He asks
"Mine. I spent years feeling this emptiness. Everyone who has ever loved me has left or died. I couldn't do it anymore, I was swallowing pills by the hour because I thought that was helping me feel numb when really it was feeling of 'if I just popped one more maybe I die' that made me feel numb." Rayne says.

"I'm surrounded by so many people yet I feel like I'm the last person on earth." She says.

Theo had went to taunt Scott and Stiles while Rayne watched Deucalion
"Why didn't you tell me." He says
"It's none of your business." She says.

"It is. I am your father. You are my responsibility." He says and she scoffs
"Then why did you leave me?" Rayne asks
"Why?" She asks.

"I didn't have a choice, Gerard was after werewolves everywhere. I needed to protect you."
"You should have took me with you. I needed you and you left. I understand you were trying to protect me but you left again!" She shouts.

"I found out I was adopted, I found out my father wants to kill my best friend and he leaves me after being spared of his life." She says
"So yes. I did do that because I felt so alone. I feel so alone and when an idea pops up it sticks." She says.

"So you don't get to scold me like a parent because a parent doesn't abandon their kids." Rayne says and goes to leave
"What about Scott and Aiden?" He asks and she turns around
"I think they might disagree with what you are doing." He says.

"Well, I'm not Scott. And Aiden's dead." She says and walks away.

"So, what's the plan?" Rayne asks Theo as he kisses her neck and then pulls her onto his lap
"Well, I was thinking I could kiss your neck and listen to all the pretty sounds you make. Then I could lay you down and-"
"Woah. I meant tonight. Eichen House?" She says and he chuckles.

"We have everything sorted, you can stay here and look after Deucalion." He says and she shakes her head
"Nope. Lydia is my best friend. I'm coming with besides if you want her to come with you, you'll need someone she trusts." Rayne says
"The only issue we face is the mountain ash." She says.

"Oh trust me. We don't want Lydia and if the plan works, we won't have a problem with it." Theo smirks.

They arrive at the front gate of Eichen House and see one of the guards is walking up the steps to the entrance
"South gate clear. Over." A guard says but before he can respond he hears the front gate creak open, and turns to find that it's been pulled off its hinges.

The guard holds up his walkie talkie when Tracy hisses and lunges toward the guard with her venom-coated claws
Then they walk to the front entrance and see one of the guards is patrolling when he notices that his two-way radio is emitting loud static, and he pulls it out of his holster to fiddle with the channels. Then the sound of footsteps approaching him and whips out his cattle-prod taser in anticipation of a fight.

Josh's purple eyes glow brightly as he grabs the taser stick with his bare hands and absorbs its energy, turning the electrical current back on the guard as he roars in his face
"Well, that was easy." Rayne says walking over his body.

They walk into the lobby as Corey then appears from the wall
"Visiting hours are well past over." Schrader says
"We're not here to visit." Tracy says
"We're here for Lydia Martin." Theo tells him and he looks up, his eyes widen in fear at the sight of them. He gulps nervously before backing away to call for help.

Theo then reaches through the window in front of the desk and grabs Schrader by the front of the shirt before pulling him through it and throwing him onto the floor.

They make it to the gate where the mountain ash starts
"What am I supposed to do?" Rayne asks
"Stay here and wait." He says and walks through the gate.

"Wait for what exactly?" She asks
"Trust me, you'll know." He says and walks with his pack.

Rayne taps her foot on the ground as she thinks to herself
"Not Lydia, then what?" She asks herself. Just then she feels an instant heat on her skin and turns to see Parrish in hellhound form, his eyes glowing orange, his skin glowing
"Ah shit." She says and moves out of the way.

Parrish then opens the gate and touches the barrier of mountain ash and it starts to burn. Then the sound of rubbing occurs and the ash disappears,
"Yes!" She exclaims and steps over the line and follows Parrish.

"Now, what would a pack of Chimeras want with a Banshee?" She hears Valack say
"I don't want a Banshee. I'm looking for a Hellhound."
A rumbling roar is heard through the hallway as Parrish appears behind the gate and uses his clawed hands and fire to melt the metal gate.

"You wanted a Hellhound? I think you found one." He says and Parrish begins to walk towards them

Theo rushes into the nearby room, grabs Lydia holding her in a choke-hold
"Back off." He says
"I said, back off." He demands but Parrish ignores him and Theo turns to his pack.

"Take him." He says. Corey looks at him terrified
"The guy's on fire!"
"You'll heal. Do it!" Theo shouts.

Corey hesitates, while Tracy, drops Valack onto the floor and hisses loudly as she lunges for Parrish, jamming her claws into his stomach to paralyze him. Parrish seems to be immune to Kanima venom and hits her in the temple with his elbow with so much force that she's thrown against the bulletproof-glass door.

Josh takes Tracy's defeat as a cue to leap into action, using his super-strength to break one of the metal tubes that protect the wires running through the building so he can siphon electricity from the cables and shock Parrish but it doesn't work.
"Theo, this isn't working!" Josh shouts. Theo looks equally panicked when he realizes his pack is essentially powerless against the Hellhound as Parrish shoves Josh in the chest and knocks him against the wall. He bounces off and lands on the floor next to the barely-conscious Tracy.

Theo roars in pain and reflexively lets go of Lydia and falls to his knees, causing Lydia, who is too weak to stand to her feet does the same.
"No!" Rayne shouts
"Sorry, Theo, but I'm not done with her yet." Valack says and picks her up to carry her away, just as Parrish lifts Josh into the air and slams him flat on his back on the ground with a loud, painful-sounding thud.

Parrish roars loudly and is about to slash at Josh with his claws when Corey makes himself visible and grabs Parrish by the arm, using his own super-strength to keep Parrish from slashing at Josh. Parrish, who simply glares at Corey before unleashing the full strength of Hellhound fire, which creates such a large and powerful burst of flames that it instantly licks at Corey's hand before covering his entire body. Corey shrieks in complete agony as he bursts into an explosion of fire.

Parrish then lifts Corey off of his feet and throws the still-burning Corey down the hall, where Valack just barely manages to move himself and Lydia out of the way before getting hit. Rayne then picks up the metal pipe that Josh broke off the wall earlier.

"Oh please forgive me for this." She mutters and throws the pipe at Parrish, which impales him through the chest and causes the reddish-orange flames in his eyes to extinguish and return to their usual green color before he falls to his knees.

Rayne rushes to Theo and helps him up as she hears her brother shouting
"Hey! Lydia! Lydia! Lydia!"
"Let me try." Theo says and Stiles quickly moves out of the way just as Theo, who seems to have recovered from his earlier injuries, comes up from behind him and kicks the door open with one powerful strike of his leg. Stiles looks at him with confusion for a moment before rushing through the door without a word, and Theo makes a frustrated face as he calls out after Stiles.

"You're not going to find her without me!" When he gets no response, Theo groans under his breath before following after Stiles
"Teamwork." Rayne says to him and he rolls his eyes.

"Stiles!" He shouts and Stiles stops just outside one of the metal fence doors, which has been left ajar by someone, and stops to turn back toward Theo
"I want her out of here, too. I have her scent. We both do." Theo says.

"What do you want?" Stiles asks
"What's the difference?" Theo asks and Stiles rolls his eyes
"I can find her. You can't." He says then Rayne taps their shoulders to hear the sound of steam coming from a vent at the top of the wall, and they follow the sound through a door that leads inside the boys' shower room where there are at least six young men who are only wearing towels and who are instantly frightened by their appearance.

"Ew." Rayne mutters as she walks past them as they all crouch down and huddle together, not knowing what is going on, and Theo follows Lydia's scent to a sewer grate near the far wall, which Theo lifts up to reveal a ladder underneath that leads to the sub level.

"It leads to the tunnels, doesn't it?" Theo asks
"There's miles of them. They can be anywhere by now." Stiles says
"Well, we better get going." Rayne says and goes down the ladder.

Rayne, Theo and Stiles are still down in the tunnels underneath Eichen House, where Theo has stopped and pressed his ear next to the pipes running along the walls. Stiles, visibly impatient with how long its taking to find Lydia.

"I thought you had her scent?" Stiles asks
"I lost it." Theo says
"So find it again!" Stiles demands.

"It's not just him, I lost it too." Rayne says
"What do you smell down here, Stiles?" Theo asks
"Chemicals... and fecal matter. Although, I'm pretty sure the fecal matter is you." Stiles says.

"I smell it, too. It's all that I can smell... Which is why I'm trying something else. So, can you shut up and let me concentrate?" Theo asks and Stiles rolls his eyes
"I'm gonna find her." Theo groans in annoyance and calls after Stiles, who stops and rolls his eyes as he turns back to him.

"You know you won't, Stiles. You're gonna have to trust me." Theo says
"Trust you? The guy who murdered his own sister when he was nine?" Stiles asks
"Ouch." Rayne winces.

"Yeah, I was nine years old. I also believed a guy in a red suit came down the chimney to deliver presents. So, when three people in leather masks showed up and said that my sister wanted me to have her heart, I believed them, too." Theo says.

"So the, together you gutted and killed her. That's a beautiful story." Stiles comments
"I watched her fall into the water and freeze to death in minutes! Do you think I had any idea what was going on?" He asks.

"I think you pushed her. And I think you liked it." Before Theo can reply, both he and Stiles are overwhelmed by the sound of Lydia's banshee-wail, which radiates throughout the sewers. They all share a horrified look when they realize what they've heard.
"What direction was that? Where is it coming from?" Stiles asks.

"Everywhere."

They decided to split up to cover more ground in their search for Lydia, and Stiles runs quickly through the puddles on the floor before he finally catches up with Theo and Rayne
"Nothing." Theo says and Stiles rolls his eyes
"Great. You're just as useless as I am." He says
"I'm trying to help save her life!" Theo shouts.

"Would you just drop the altruistic crap? You want Lydia because she gets you to Parrish. You want Parrish 'cause he gets you to the Beast." Stiles says
"So what? I want it dead, too." Theo says
"After you take its power, right? We know why you got the talons, and we know you're looking for Deucalion." Stiles says.

"I found Deucalion." Theo states and Stiles gives him a look
"Not helping the situation." Rayne adds and Theo rolls his eyes
"You're right. I'm going to help Parrish stop the Beast. I'm going to take its power. And then, I'm going to break its neck. So, maybe I'm not the good guy in your eyes, but I might end up being the guy that saves all your asses." Theo says.

"Break it." Stiles suddenly says
"What?" Theo asks
"The sound travels through the pipe." Stiles says and Theo just looks at him. Rayne rolls her eyes and walks to the pipe as they argue.

"You'll hear better, dumbass. Break it!" Stiles shouts but before Theo can break the pipe Rayne throws the pipe she broke off the wall at their feet
"Not so hard was it?" She asks and then her and Theo lean in towards the wall and focus on their hearing, allowing him to hear Valack talking to Lydia in the basement room.

"We got it."

They follow the sound of Valack and Lydia's conversation in order to finally track her down, rushing down the various corridors toward their location. They turn a corner into another hallway and are both able to hear Valack's voice echoing through the sewers, alerting them to the fact that they're getting close. They eventually see a set of solid-steel double-doors and realize that Lydia and Valack are in the room behind it. Stiles punches on the door with his fists while Theo forcefully shoves his shoulder into it while Rayne does the same.

"Lydia!" Theo is still ramming his shoulder into the doors out in the hallway while Stiles calls out for Lydia again
"Lydia!" He shouts.

When Theo fails to break through, Stiles loses his patience once again
"What the hell are you doing? Get the door!"
"I'm trying!" Suddenly Lydia screams with so much force that the entire building starts to shake, Rayne, Theo and Stiles instantly cover their ears with their hands and duck down.

They lower their hands, their ears still ringing from the power of her scream, and Theo reaches for the doorknob. The knob snaps right off, likely weakened by the scream as well, and Stiles wastes no time shoving past Theo and running headlong into the room to find Lydia still sitting exhaustedly in the chair. When she sees him, she falls back in relief, though she's still anxious about him being there at all.

"You came back..." Stiles starts to take the electrodes off of her head and releases her from her restraints as Rayne helps him.

"We're getting you out of here, okay?" Stiles says
"You can't! It's too dangerous-" Lydia tries to say but he cuts her off
"Lydia, please shut up and let me save your life." He says.

Lydia sighs reluctantly and gives him a weak smile as Stiles helps her to her feet, swinging her left arm around and wrapping it around his shoulders as he puts his right arm around her waist to support her so they can quickly walk out of the room.

Rayne turns her head to see Theo standing over the dread doctor's mask
"What are you doing?" She asks and he turns to her
"No. Do you see what happened to him?" She points to Valack.

"Rayne..." Rayne shakes her head
"If you want to be a dumbass, go ahead." She says
"Rayne!" He shouts.

"I'm going!" She says and sighs.

Brett lays on his bed when someone knocks on his door,
"Lori, I told you to give me some space." He groans and opens the door to see Rayne
"Sorry, Lori let me in." She says,
"It's fine." He says and motions her to come in and she does.

"So, how are you recently?" Brett asks
"I've been better. Life is so fucked." She sighs and he chuckles
"Yeah. It really is." He sits next to her on the bed.

"So... I heard you've been spending time with Theo." He says and she groans
"That whole thing is even more fucked if you can believe it." She sighs leaning her head on his shoulder
"It's not that I'm choosing sides. I could never do that." she shakes her head.

"Why did you go to them?"
"Because they are getting help from a person who I hope you never meet. He's evil." She says
"What did he do?" Brett asks.

"He destroyed my life."
