Betty's first kiss was something to be remembered; it was something she treasured greatly in her heart. She memorised it so carefully and clearly that every time she thought about it, she relived the event. She felt every flake of snow that touched her skin, the cold air that breezed through her, the warmth of her winter coat and felt mesmerised by how surprised she was.

It was to be noted that during this kiss, she and her former crush, Felix were trapped in the middle of a snowstorm. Although many people would be put off by the circumstances, Betty thought it was the most romantic event that occurred in her entire 22 years on Earth. Felix, who was 2 years older than her at the time kissed her when she least expected it. Betty was about to turn around to ask him if he wanted a hot chocolate (they spotted a lady giving out free hot chocolate to the ones stuck outside) when he planted a kiss on her lips. In front of her parents.

That was something that she prefered to forget about whenever when she thought of this moment, as thanks to her dad's quick thinking, he was forced to find another hot-chocolate stand (as soon as that short kiss was over, of course). This also may or may not be the reason why Felix and Betty never became a couple, or it may possibly be because Felix told Betty a week later that he wasn't interested in a relationship with her. Anyways, that was the story of Betty's first (and only) kiss.

That is why when she saw her new roommate's boyfriend, she was caught by surprise. The 6-foot-tall, strawberry blonde and very stylish boy was Felix Martin, himself. The boy had beautiful piercing blue eyes, so beautiful that it could have melted any girl's heart in an instant. As Betty processed what just happened, she couldn't help but think about how his appearance hasn't changed a bit since his teenage years. He was identical to the Felix she once knew. The very attractive Felix has always had a certain charm with ladies, she just didn't think that Jessica would go for a guy like that. Although to be fair, she only met Jess 3 months ago. Unsure of what to say, she opened her mouth, then shut it quickly.

"Hey, I'm Felix. Nice to meet you," he said, offering his hand to the confused Betty. This was something she didn't expect, at all. He didn't remember her? His first kiss? She doubted she changed that much over the years, although when she thought about it, it may be for the best. Her dad did chase him away, after all. He then turned to Jess and gave her a quick kiss on the cheek, "Babe, I got to run. I have an interview, remember?"

At that moment, it almost felt like this reuniting was destined to be. Jess, the curious and sweet Jess, turned towards Betty with a smirk across her face.

"Wait, Betty will walk you out," she suggested. I immediately shook my head towards her, trying to signal my disapproval, but it was too late, "You have to go back to Mum's anyways, don't you Betty? Also, as you are my best friend and you, my boyfriend; I want you two to bond."

And that is how I ended up walking around with my former crush (and first kiss), and my best friend's current boyfriend next to me.
