Mias pov

I spin around feeling every single snowflake land on me.

"Oh my god this is wonderful!" I stop spinning and look at the frozen window, a pedestal stood in front of it with a glass case covering the top hiding something.

I approach the pedestal, I look back that the door wondering if Jeff noticed yet. I put my hands on the glass trying to look in but the glass is covered in ice making it in possible to see what it is.

Then I lift the glass, revealing a gorgeous object. "Its a crown."

"Mia!" I hear my name being called out from behind the door.

"Jeff?"

"Mia are you alive?" Jeff questions me.

"No your talking to Santa."

"I'm serious Mia!" he shouts.

I walked towards the door. "I am too! What do you want for Christmas little boy?" I said in my best Santa voice.

"MIA!"

"Ok, ok fine" I giggled. "I'm fine Jeff." I turned around and stared at the deserted snow kingdom.

"Wait! Your still alive and warm?"

I really don't get why anyone should be cold here. I feel fine! I turn back towards the door. "I-I think so?"

"Come back in here Mia." he pleaded to me.

"Why don't you come in here?" Seriously? I think the stories were fake just to make sure I don't go up there. But why?

"I can't, I'm fire, I'll burn the place or die because of the cold!"

I thought of my brother laying in the snow, shivering. Just the thought of him dead gave ME shivers. But I backed up from the door. "Please try."

I heard him sigh. "Fine. For you." I gave a half-smile hoping he wouldn't get hurt. The door slowly opened and there in front of me, was my brother.

His eyes look around in amazement at the snow before landing on me. He runs to me and gives me a big hug and I accept the hug, wrapping my arms around his waist. "I'm so glad you're okay, Mia!"

We both let go at the same time. I then notice him shivering. My eyes widened. "Are you ok Jeff?" He fell to the ground as I sat beside him in fright.

"IIIIt's s-s-so c-c--c-c-cold."

"Oh my god!" I closed my eyes and started to cry. "Please don't leave me Jeff! I shouldn't have made you come in!"

"I won't. I love you, Mia." I started crying harder. "I will always be there for you."

His heartbeat stopped...
