I swung my blade at each orc that swung a blade at me, trying my best to block each hit. I clashed blades with my foe, metal against metal. Sparks flew with our exchange, not giving up nor losing a single step ahead."

"In the blink of an eye, the orc slashed my arm. I winced at the pain and lost my balance, falling on the ground. As I held my bleeding arm, the orc took a step towards me; his blade ready to end my life. I stared at him as he got closer, backing me up to a boulder with no means to protect myself. My heartbeat rose higher than the sky, my body was paralysed. Fear had come to me completely."

"Soon, he was near me. Raising his blade, I closed my eyes and waited for what came next. The noise around me grew quiet, believing I was already gone. I slowly opened my eyes, then widened it as my opponent dropped down his knees; a sword impaled through his chest. The sword was pulled out, a soldier stood behind his corpse breathing heavily. I wanted to thank him, but my throat was dry, I couldn't speak."
