I continued walking for what feels like millennia until it finally came to a stop. it was a dead end. I was confused, as far as I know, there was no other passage and going back would mean to go back to the altar room. but then I remember what the lady did to open up the passageway. I took a few steps back, tucked the egg into one arm, and used a bit of my godly strength to hit the wall before me. the tunnel trembled and I was a bit worried a bit but then it stopped and the wall crumbled. luckily it was the exit and I see that I am closer to the outskirts of Zeus's palace. despite my being glad to be out of that claustrophobic nightmare I knew I needed to move fast before Zeus comes my way. not only do I not want my siblings to find out about the egg but also Zeus's bragging has started to become a problem. all of us have learned to duck out of sight whenever we hear his steeds coming. he gets very cranky if he cants Bragg about the good part of his day so he tends to drive down to earth. Mortals were easily impressed and this suited Zeus perfectly.he began staying down on earth for years at a stretch. after that, we started hearing rumors of him getting married. I didn't want to take any chances so I quickly wrapped my cloak around the egg and skedaddled fast after hearing a sound that sounded similar to horses.

I quickly made my way towards my temporary palace that's a bit further away from others. once I got inside I finally started to relax.i took out the egg and started to actually look at it. it was actually a bit pretty mysterious yet pretty when I look at it. I contemplated what I should do. I couldn't just abandon it somewhere. the lady did imply that it was now of my blood and is not a monster. even if it was I would not be able to actually part with it technically being my first child. thinking back to the women, she did keep on calling the egg he.not quite sure how she knows but from my one time experience with her id decided not to question things. I decided to wait for it to hatch before I name him. I decided to follow the lady's instruction and went up to my room to find a tunic to wrap the egg around with. as I stare at the egg that was wrapped in an old tunic I was thinking of getting rid of, I realized that my first child is an egg. the others will never live it down if they ever found out, especially Zeus. I remembered that it won't hatch until I m ready. for now, all I can really do is wait. after that little escapade, I don think I want any more adventures for a while. as the years go by of me checking in on my siblings and taking care of my new "ward", we hear more and more rumors of Zeus marrying. he got married again but this time to a titan. then we hear that he is now engaged to a mortal and then someone else. before long we started hearing about Zeus's children. lots of them were mortal too. and bore my child have even been "born", Zeus kids were already sent to occupy Olympus. most of us didn't really mind but Hera was not one bit happy about it.
