The snack pack returned to Snowdin Town to find Papyrus. Surprising, they found him standing outside of a house. There were two mailboxes, one was full of mail envelopes and the other was empty. The snack pack went to Papyrus to hang out with him.
"Hey Papyrus!" Said Poppy.
"SO YOU ALL CAME BACK TO HAVE A DATE WITH ME." Said Papyrus.
"Wait what?" Asked Branch, "Why are you referring this as a date?"
"YOU MUST ME REALLY SERIOUS ABOUT THIS..." Continued Papyrus, "I'LL HAVE TO TAKE YOU ALL SOMEPLACE REALLY SPECIAL. A PLACE I LIKE TO SPEND A LOT OF TIME." They walked all over Snowdin Town, only to go back to the house. "MY HOUSE!"
"You know, we didn't need to walk all over the town." Said Branch.
"I know Branch." Said Poppy.
They entered Papyrus house. It was nice and clean.
The snack pack explored Papyrus's living room and kitchen. Cooper notices that in the kitchen, there was a sink that is very tall.
"Hey, Papyrus!" Said Cooper, "Why is your sink high?"
"IMPRESSED?" Replied Papyrus, "I INCREASED THE HEIGHT OF MY SINK. NOW I CAN FIT MORE BONES UNDER IT! TAKE A LOOKSY!"
"Why don't you use a cabinet to put your bones in?" Asked Branch, "This is really unnecessary."
Poppy opens the door under a sink, only to find a dog munching a bone.
"WHAT!?!? CATCH THAT MEDDLING CANINE!" Yelled Papyrus.
The snack pack tried to catch to dog, but it escaped out of the house!
"CURSES!"
Sans comes out of his room with a trumpet and play a incidental sound, then he goes back to his room.
"SANS!!" Yelled Papyrus, "STOP PLAGUING MY LIFE WITH INCIDENTAL MUSIC!!!"
The snack pack enter Papyrus' room. Papyrus followed them. His room was organized and clean. He had action figures, a computer (The underground has WiFi), a race car bed (He is so childish), a box full of bones, and a pirate symbol flag on the wall.
"SO, UM..." Papyrus said, "IF YOU'VE SEEN EVERYTHING... DO YOU WANT TO START THE DATE?"
"Well...," said Poppy
"Yes we are." Interrupted Satin.
"OKAY!! DATING START!!" Yelled Papyrus.

"HERE WE ARE! ON OUR DATE! I'VE NEVER DONE THIS BEFORE. BUT DON'T WORRY! YOU CAN'T SPELL PREPARED WITHOUT SEVERAL LETTER FROM MY NAME!" He takes out a book. "I SNAGGED AN OFFICIAL DATING RULEBOOK FROM THE LIBRARY! WE'RE READY TO HAVE A GREAT TIME!"
"Let's get this over with." Said Branch.
"LET'S SEE..." Papyrus opens the book, "STEP ONE, OBSERVE THA DATING HUB." Ratings and tracking devices started to appear, "WOWIE!! I FELL SO INFORMED!! I THINK WE'RE READY FOR STEP TWO. STEP TWO, ASK THEM ON A DATE. AHEM! TROLLS! I, THE GREAT PAPYRUS, WILL GO ON A DATE WITH YOU!"
"Oh, okay!" Said Poppy.
"REALLY?!?! WOWIE!!! I GUESS THAT MEANS IT'S TIME FOR PART THREE!!! STEP THREE, PUT ON SOME NICE CLOTHES TO SHOW THAT YOU CARE... WAIT A SECOND... WEAR CLOTHING... THAT FLOWER CROWN ON YOUR HEAD!" He looks at Poppy, "YOU'RE WEARING CLOTHING RIGHT NOW!! NOT ONLY THAT, EARLIER TODAY YOU WERE ALSO WEARING CLOTHING! NO! COULD IT BE?!?! YOU'VE WANTED TO DATE ME FROM THE VERY BEGINNING?!?"
"Uhh, well..." Said Poppy
"NO! YOU PLANNED IT ALL!!! YOU'RE WAY BETTER AT ADTING THAN I AM! N-NOOOOOOOOO!! YOU'RE DATING POWER!" The date power rate appears and starts to go high, "NYEH! NYEH HEH HEH! DON'T THINK YOU'VE BESTED ME YET! I, THE GREAT PAPYRUS, HAVE NEVER BEEN BEATEN AT DATING AND I NEVER WILL! I CAN EASILY KEEP UP WITH YOU! YOU SEE, I, TOO, CAN WEAR CLOTHING! IN FACT, I ALWAYS WEAR MY SPECIAL CLOTHES UNDERNEATH MY REGULAR CLOTHES! JUST IN CASE SOMEBODY HAPPENS TO ASK ME ON A DATE! BEHOLD!!!" He reveals his "Dating" clothes. He has a cap on his head, a shirt that says "Cool Dude", blue shorts, and red shoes. "NYEH! WHAT DO YOU THINK OF MY SECRET STYLE?"
"I love it!" Said Chenille.
"I agree with that!" Added Satin.
"NO! THE GENUINE COMPLIMENT!" The date power rate increases even more, "YOU DON'T TRULY UNDERSTAND THE HIDDEN POWER OF THIS OUTFIT! THEREFORE, WHAT YOU JUST SAID IS INVALID! THIS DATE WONT'T ESCALATE ANY FURTHER! UNLESS YOU FIND MY SECRET! BUT THAT WON'T HAPPEN!"
Poppy goes to Papyrus' hat.
"MY HAT! NYEH HEH HEH!!!" Papyrus takes off his hat to reveal a present underneath it. "WELL THEN, YOU FOUND MY SECRET! I SUPPOSE I HAVE NO CHOICE! IT'S A PRESENT! A PRESENT JUST FOR YOU!" The present reveals a plate of spaghetti. "SPAGHETTI! THAT'S WHAT YOU'RE THINKING ISN'T IT? RIGHT BUT ALSO WRONG! THIS AIN'T ANY PLAIN OLD PASTA! THIS IS AN ARTISAN'S WORK! SILKEN SPAGHETTI FINELY AGED IN AN OAKEN CASK! THEN COOKED BY ME, MASTER CHEF PAPYRUS! TROLLS! IT'S TIME TO END THIS THERE'S NO WAY THIS CAN GO ANY FURTHER!"
Satin and Chenille take a small bite of the spaghetti. Their faces reflexively scrunch up.
"The taste is... Indescribable!" Said Satin.
Papyrus is shocked of the comment.
"WHAT A PASSIONATE EXPRESSION! YOU MUST REALLY LOVE MY COOKING! AND BY EXTENSION, ME! MAYBE EVEN MORE THAN I DO!!"
"Wait what?" Asked Chenille.
The Date power rate begins to increase dramatically!
"AUGH! NOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!" There was silence for a long moment. "TROLLS... IT'S CLEAR NOW YOU ARE MADLY IN LOVE WITH ME."
"Uhh no. We are not in love with you." Said Branch.
"For once, I have to agree with you Branch." Added Smidge.
"EVERYTHING YOU DO... EVERYTHING YOU SAY... HAS ALL BEEN... FOR MY SAKE. TROLLS. I WANT TO BE HAPPY WITH YOU TOO. IT'S TIME FOR ME TO EXPRESS MY FEELINGS. IT'S TIME THAT I TOLD YOU... I... PAPYRUS.... I... UM... BOY, IS IT HOT IN HERE OR IS IT JUST ME? OH, SHOOT. TROLLS, I... I'M SORRY. I DON'T LIKE YOU THE WAY YOU LIKE ME. ROMANTICALLY, I MEAN. I TRIED VERY HARD TO. I THOUGHT THAT BECAUSE YOU FLIRTED WITH ME... THAT I WAS SUPPOSED TO GO ON A DATE WITH YOU. THEN ON THE DATE, FEELINGS WOULD BLOSSOM FORTH. I WOULD BE ABLE TO MATCH YOUR PASSION FOR ME. BUT ALAS... I, THE GREAT PAPYRUS... HAVE FAILED. I FEEL JUST THE SAME AS BEFORE. AND INSTEAD, BY DATING YOU, I HAVE ONLY DRAWN YOU DEEPER... INTO YOUR INTENSE LOVE FOR ME. A DARK PRISON OF PASSION, WITH NO ESCAPE. HOW CUOLD I HAVE DONE THIS TO MY DEAR FRIENDS?"
"No, Papyrus!" Said Poppy, "You can't fail at anything!"
"YOU'RE RIGHT! I'LL HELP YOU ALL THROUGH THESE TRYING TIMES! I'LL KEEP BEING YOUR COOL FRIEND... AND ACT LIKE THIS ALL NEVER HAPPEND."
"Agreed!" Said Guy Diamond.
"IT WOULD BE TRAGIC TO LOSE YOUR FRIENDSHIPS. WELL, I'LL BE OUT IN FRONT OF MY HOUSE! OH, IF YOU EVER NEED TO REACH ME, HERE'S MY NUMBER! YOU CAN CALL ME ANY TIME!" Poppy puts Papyrus' number on the phone. "WELL, GOTTA GO! NYEH HEH HEH!" Papyrus leaves to go outside.
The snack pack leave the house and continued on the forest.
"Well, that was....consistant." Said Poppy.
"Let's just continue to the barrier so we can leave." Suggested Branch.
They all agreed and continued to walk on the forest. Filling them with determination!
