Waterfall
(Y/n) and Frisk soon entered the place known as Waterfall. (Y/n) looked at her surroundings. She saw multiple waterfalls from behind, and ahead she saw three monsters. One was a yellow monster with yellow stripes, who looked to be staring at the water, another one was an orange fish looking monster, sitting next to a blue flower. And the last one they knew well by now. It was Sans, sitting at his stand. (Y/n) and Frisk smiled at him. And close to the monster and flower, was another star. (Y/n) went up to it and touched it. Frisk followed. (Y/n) hear the voice again. "The sound of rushing water fills you with determination."
(Y/n) and Frisk approached the yellow monster staring at the water. "Yo! Are you sneaking out to see her, too? Awesome... she's the coolest, right!? I wanna be just like her when I grow up... Hey, don't tell my parents I'm here. Ha ha." The monster said. (Y/n smiled. "No worries, kiddo." She said. "Yeah, we won't tell." Frisk added. The monster smiled, then went back to staring at the water. (Y/n) and Frisk went to check out the flower. The monster next to it then spoke. "This is an Echo Flower. It repeats the last thing it heard, over and over." Frisk touched the flower. "This is an Echo Flower. It repeats the last thing it heard, over and over." It echoed. "Neat huh?" The monster asked. This time (Y/n) touched the flower. "Neat huh?" It repeated. Frisk chuckled and (Y/n) smiled. (Y/n) and Frisk walked up to Sans, who grinned once he saw them. "What? Haven't you seen a guy with two jobs before?" He asked. "Fortunately, two jobs means twice as many legally required breaks. I'm going to Grillby's. You guys wanna come?" He asked. "Sure." (Y/n) said.
"Well, if you all insist. I'll pry myself away from my work." Sans got up and walked toward them. Sans began to walk in the opposite direction. "Over here. I know a shortcut." He informed. They followed him. Soon they were already at the restaurant. "Fast shortcut, huh?" Sans asked. "Hey, everyone." He greeted. Everyone turned and greeted him back. "Hey Sans, weren't you just here for breakfast a few minutes ago?" A bird monster asked. "Nah, I haven't had breakfast in at least half an hour. You must be thinking of brunch." He said. Then he winked and everyone laughed. "Here, get comfy." (Y/n) and Frisk sat down on chairs at the bar. (Y/n)'s eyes widened when she heard a loud sound and looked down to see another whoopee cushion on her seat. Frisk snickered. (Y/n) turned to give Sans a look. "Oops. You might want to watch where you sit down. Sometimes weirdos put whoopee cushions on the seats." Sans said. "Weirdos huh?" (Y/n) asked sarcastically. "Yup. Anyway, let's order." Sans said. Whaddya what?" Sans asked.
"A burger for me." (Y/n) said. "Me too!" Frisk agreed. "Yeah. I think I'll have one too. Grillby. We'll take three burgs." Sans said. The fire monster went into the back. Sans turned to the girls. "So, what do you guys think? About my brother?" Sans asked. "He's awesome." (Y/n) said. "Yeah he's pretty cool." Frisk said. Sans lit up. "Of course he's cool. You'd be cool too if you guys wore that outfit everyday. He'll only take that thing off if he absolutely had to. Oh well. At least he washes it. And by that I mean he wears it in the shower." Sans said. Sans snickered when (Y/n) and Frisk shared a grossed out look. Grillby came back with the food. (Y/n) took the burger with both hands and began to eat it. Sans picked up the ketchup. "Here comes the grub." He turned to (Y/n). "Want some ketchup?" He asked. "Sure." She said. "Bone appetite." Sans said. (Y/n) took the bottle and all of the ketchup came out and onto his food. Frisk was trying not to laugh and (Y/n) looked peeved and turned to Sans who was snickering. "Great joke Sans. What are we, six?" She asked sarcastically. "Whoops. Aye, forget about it. You can have mine. I'm not hungry anyway." Sans said, pushing his burger over to her.
"Oh. Well. Thanks, I guess." (Y/n) said. "Anyway, cool or not, you have to agree Papyrus tries real hard. Like how he keeps trying to be part of the Royal Guard. One day, he went to the house of the head of The Royal Guard, and begged him to let him be in it. Of course, she shut the door on him because it was midnight. But the next day, she woke up and saw him still waiting there. Seeing his dedication, she decided to give him warrior training. It's uh... still a work in progress. Oh yeah. I wanted to ask you two something." Sans said. Suddenly the lights tuned off except for where they were sitting and Sans turned serious, which was out of character for him, so they tensed. "Have you ever heard of a talking flower?" Sans asked. Was he talking about Flowey? "Yes..." (Y/n) said slowly. "So you two know all about it. The echo flower." Sans said.
(Y/n) and Frisk sighed in relief. "They're all over the marsh. Say something to them, and they'll repeat it over and over." Sans said. "Say something to them, and they'll repeat it over and over." (Y/n) said. Frisk laughed a little. Sans even smiled a little. "Ha Ha. Real funny, kid. But this is serious. Papyrus told me something interesting the other day. Sometimes, when no one else is around, a flower appears and whispers things to him." Sans said. "That's... totally not disturbing at all." (Y/n) said sarcastically. "Yeah. Flattery. Advice. Encouragement. Predictions. Weird, huh?" Sans asked. "Someone must be using an echo flower to play a trick on him. Keep an eye out, okay?" Sans asked. "Got it." (Y/n) said. "Thanks." Sans said. Then the rest of the lights came on. "Welp, that was a long break." Sans said as he turned around. "I can't believe I let you pull me away from work for that long." Sans said. "Oh, by the way, I'm flat broke. Can one of you foot the bill? It's just 10,000." Sans said. The sisters' mouths dropped open and Sans snickered.
"Nah, I'm just messing with ya. Hey, Grillby. Put it on my tab." Sans said. He went toward the door. Sans turned around at the door. "By the way, I was going to say something else, but I forgot." Sans left the restaurant. (Y/n) and Frisk looked at each other before going back to the small area from before and saw Sans back at his post again, with the two monsters from earlier still there. Sans smiled at (Y/n). "Let's hang out again sometime." He said. "You bet." She said. "See you around, Sans." (Y/n) said. They continued east. They approached another waterfall with tiny clouds falling down. "What now?" Frisk asked. "We keep going. They're just clouds, right?" (Y/n) asked. She stepped forward and as she was walking across a cloud hit her making her yelp and fall. "(Y/n)!" Frisk quickly rushed to her. "Are you okay?" She asked with concern. "Ugh. I'm fine." She said. "You sure?" Frisk asked.
"Yeah." She said. She struggled to stand and Frisk helped her up. "Thanks." She smiled at her. "No problem." Frisk said. They continued walking until they came to a small patch of long grass. They looked up when they heard approaching footsteps not far. They saw Papyrus approach a monster wearing full armor. "H- HI. UNDYNE. I'M HERE WITH MY DAILY REPORT. UH... REGARDING THOSE HUMANS I CALLED YOU ABOUT EARLIER. HUH? DID I FIGHT THEM? Y-YES. OF COURSE I DID.
I FOUGHT THEM BOTH VALIANTLY. WHAT? DID I CAPTURE THEM? W- WELL. NO. I TRIED VERY HARD UNDYNE. BUT IN THE END... I FAILED. WHAT? YOU'RE GOING TO TAKE THE HUMAN SOULS YOURSELF?" (Y/n)'s heart almost stopped when she heard that. Papyrus walked closer to her to try and convince her. "BUT UNDYNE. YOU DON'T H- HAVE TO DESTROY THEM. YOU SEE... YOU SEE..." Undyne turned and faced him and Papyrus began to back away fearfully. "I UNDERSTAND. I'LL HELP YOU IN ANY WAY I CAN." Papyrus walked away. "Let's get out of here." (Y/n) whispered. They moved, and were about to walk out of the grass until Undyne turned and faced them. They stood still as Undyne walked a bit closer.
She took a blue spear out and pointed it in their direction. (Y/n) and Frisk tried their best to stay quiet. Eventually, Undyne put the spear away and left. "Okay. She's gone." (Y/n) said. They walked out of the grass. "That was scary." Frisk said. "Yeah. I thought we were dead." (Y/n) agreed. Suddenly they heard movement in the grass and their eyes widened as they turned toward the grass. Only for a small monster kid to come out. He was the same yellow one with yellow stripes from before. He looked rather excited. "Yo! Did you see the way she was staring at you guys? That... was AWESOME! I'm so jealous!" (Y/n) and Frisk looked at each other puzzled. "What'd you do to get her attention?" He asked. "Uh..." (Y/n) began, but didn't know how to answer. "Come on! Let's go watch her beat up some bad guys!" He said. He began to run, but tripped and fell on his face. "Are you okay?" Frisk asked. "Yeah!" He called back. He got up and ran off. In the next room, (Y/n) and Frisk put together a small bridge with some flowers. Then in the next room
Frisk's phone rang. She picked it up. "HELLO? THIS IS PAPYRUS. HOW DID I GET THIS NUMBER? IT WAS EASY! I JUST DAILED EVERY NUMBER SEQUENTIALLY UNTIL I GOT YOURS." Papyrus said. "That doesn't sound easy." (Y/n) said. "Yeah. Sounds like that technique would take forever." Frisk said. "NYHE HEH HEH HEH! SO... WHAT ARE YOU GUYS WEARING? I'M ASKING FOR A FRIEND." Papyrus said. "SHE TOLD ME SHE THOUGHT YOU SHE SAW YOU TWO WEARING A BANDANNA AND NECKLACE. IS THAT TRUE? ARE YOU WEARING THOSE THINGS?" Papyrus asked. (Y/n) and Frisk looked at each other. Frisk saw (Y/n)'s necklace, and (Y/n) saw her bandanna. "Yep." (Y/n) said. "OH, SO YOU ARE WEARING A BANDANNA AND NECKLACE! WINK WINK!" HAVE A NICE DAY!" Papyrus said.
They walked through a door leading into a tunnel on the left known as The Wishing Room. "A long time ago, monsters would whisper their wishes to the stars in the sky. If you hoped with all your heart, your wish would come true. Now, all we have are these sparkling stones on the ceiling.." an echo flower said. "Wow. That's... that's kind of sad." (Y/n) said. "Thousands of people wishing together can't be wrong! The king will prove that." The next flower said. "Oh. Because everyone wants to get out from the underground, right?" Frisk said. "C'mon, sis! Make a wish!" The next flower said. "This is getting sad." Frisk said. "Yeah. I'm starting to feel bad for these monsters." (Y/n) agreed. Then another monster appeared.
"I wish my sister and I will see the real stars someday..." the next flower said. "Ah... seems my horoscope is the same as last week's..." the last flower said. "Hey, it's a telescope." Frisk said as she looked into it. She saw a message that said "check wall" "check wall?" Frisk asked. "Huh?" (Y/n) asked. "There was a message in the telescope. It was telling me to check the wall." Frisk said. "I think I know what it's talking about." (Y/n) said. Frisk followed her to the end of the room where she pushed on the wall. Suddenly an entrance appeared. They walked through the entrance.
They began to walk on a dock as they passed some signs on the way. (Y/n) and Frisk walked over to a single square. The square moved across onto another dock. Once they arrived at the next dock it was darker. "Oh this looks scary." Frisk said. (Y/n) and Frisk quickly looked up and saw Undyne. "Undyne isn't going to come back out again is she?" Frisk asked. Suddenly a blue spear landed in front of him. "Yup!" Frisk yelled. "Run!" (Y/n) yelled. They began running away as Undyne threw multiple spears. "Ah!" Frisk shouted as one of the spears almost hit her. "You okay?"
(Y/n) asked. "I'm fine!" Frisk said. They ran as fast as they could away from her and her spears. Soon they ran into some bushes. Undyne walked into the bushes and they tensed up. She then reaches her hand down and grabs something. Frisk squealed in fright and hugged (Y/n). (Y/n) gasped as they realized the one she grabbed was the yellow monster kid. Undyne slowly put him down and walked away. (Y/n) and Frisk walked out from the bushes on the other side. Suddenly the small kid ran out of the bushes, and their eyes widened. "Yo! Did you see that? Undyne just... touched me!" He squealed in excitement. "I'm never touching my face ever again!" The kid said.
"Man, are you guys unlucky. If either of you were standing just a little bit to the left..." he began. "Don't remind us." (Y/n) said. "Yo! Don't worry. I'm sure we'll see her again!" He said. (Y/n) and Frisk looked at each other nervously. The kid began to run away again but tripped and fell on his face. But he quickly got up and ran off. (Y/n) chuckled nervously. "Let's... uh... let's just not worry about Undyne right now, okay? Let's just keep going." She said. (Y/n) and Frisk walked to another room where they saw Sans with a telescope. "Oh, hey guys. How's it going?" Sans asked. "Well, good, except for the fact that someone almost killed us." (Y/n) said. His eyes widened.
"What?" He asked. "Yeah, crazy woman dressed in armor with blue spears." (Y/n) added. His eyes lit up. "Oh. You mean Undyne." Sans said. "You know her?!" Frisk asked. "Frisk, of course he knows her. We did see his brother talking to her earlier." (Y/n) said. "Oh, right." Frisk said. "Cool telescope." (Y/n) said. Sans smiled. "Thanks. I'm thinking about getting into the telescope business. It's normally 50000G to use this premium telescope, but, since I know you guys, you can use it for free. Howzabout it?" Sans asked with a wink. "Sure, I'll look." (Y/n) said. She looked inside, but only saw red. "I can't see anything." She said. She pulled away, and Frisk held in a snicker. "What's so funny?" (Y/n) asked. She heard Sans snickering as well and turned to glare at him. "Look in a mirror, (Y/n)." Frisk said. "Huh?" Frisk took out a small mirror. (Y/n) gasped as she saw a red circle on her right eye. "Sans!" She shouted. Frisk burst into laughter as Sans chuckled.
"Nice one, Sans." Frisk said. (Y/n) rolled her eyes. "Ha Ha Ha, so funny." She said. "Huh? You aren't satisfied? Don't worry, I'll give you a full refund." Sans said. (Y/n) rolled her eyes again, then walked over to an onion looking monster. The monster looked up at her. "Aw, hey little guy." She said. "What's a star? Can you touch it? Can you eat it? Can you kill it? Are you two stars?" He asked. "Uh..." Frisk said. "Nope, no stars here." She said. "See you later, Sans." (Y/n) said. "See ya, kids." He waved as they walked on. They came across another echo flower. "So? Don't you have any wishes to make?" The voice asked. Frisk walks down to the next flower. "hmmm, just one, but... It's kind of stupid." The second flower said. Suddenly Frisk's phone rang and she picked it up. "HELLO? THIS IS PAPYRUS. REMEMBER WHEN I ASKED YOU ABOUT CLOTHES? WELL...
THE FRIEND WHO WANTED TO KNOW... HER OPINION OF YOU TWO IS VERY... MURDERY. BUT I BET YOU KNEW THAT ALREADY. AND BECAUSE YOU KNEW THAT I TOLD HER WHAT YOU TOLD ME YOU WERE WEARING. A BANDANNA AND NECKLACE. BECAUSE I KNEW OF COURSE, AFTER SUCH A SUSPICIOUS QUESTION, YOU WOULD OBVIOUSLY CHANGE YOUR CLOTHES. YOU'RE SUCH SMART COOKIES! THIS WAY YOU ARE SAFE AND I DIDN'T LIE! NO BETRAYAL ANYWHERE! BEING FRIENDS WITH EVERYONE IS EASY!" He hung up. "Papyrus! We're still wearing those!" Frisk shouted. (Y/n) took off her necklace and put in her pocket, then took off Frisk's bandanna. They saw another echo flower and walked over to it. "Don't say that! Come on, I promise I won't laugh." The flower said. After walking up a few sets of stairs, (Y/n) and Frisk entered a dark hallway.
Suddenly a tentacle came out from the water nearby. "Oh, what is that?" Frisk asked.
(Y/n) looked to see what she was talking about. Then another one came out from the other side. "Looks like a tentacle to me." (Y/n) said. As they walked through the hallway, an octopus came out from the water. "Hey there. Noticed you were here. I'm Onionsan. Onionsan, y'hear?" She asked. "Hi, Onionsan!" Frisk said. It followed as they walked through the hallway. "You're visiting waterfall, huh? It's great here, huh? You love it, huh? Yeah me too. It's my big favorite." She said. "Big favorite?" (Y/n) asked. "Even though, the water's getting so shallow here,
I... have to sit down all the time, he- hey! That's okay! It beats moving to the city... and living in a crowded aquarium! Like all my friends did." She said. "Aw. I'm sorry to hear that, Onionsan." Frisk said. "And the aquarium's full, a- anyway, so even if I wanted to..." she trailed off. "That's okay, though! Y'hear? Undyne's gonna fox everything! Y'hear?" She asked with excitement. "Oh shit." (Y/n) mumbled. "I'm gonna get out of here and live in the ocean, y'hear?" She asked. (Y/n) and Frisk walked toward the end of the room. She then lifted one of her tentacles and pointed toward the exit. "Hey there, that's the end of this room. I'll see you around. Have a good time. In Waterfallllll!"
She said as she went back under the water. "Bye, Onionsan!" (Y/n) and Frisk chirped. They arrived in the next area, and another monster approached. It's Shyren! Suddenly notes went toward their souls. They quickly dodged the notes. "I got an idea." (Y/n) said. She began to hum a song and Shyren followed her melody. Frisk danced along, making (Y/n) chuckle. They found a secret room with a piano. "A piano in the middle of nowhere? Interesting." (Y/n) said. She sat down, and played a song, then a door opened. They walked inside to see a big red jewel. "Cool." Frisk said. Suddenly a white dog appears and takes it. "Hey!" Frisk said. "Give that back!" She tried to run after the dog but failed. "Are you serious?" She asked. (Y/n) heaved a sigh. "Oh well." She then noticed something. "Huh what's this?" She picked it up. "Dog Residue?" She asked. "What's that?" Frisk asked, and (Y/n) shrugged, but put it in her pocket just in case.
They caught up to the kid from earlier. "Yo! You guys can't hold an umbrella either?" The kid asked. "What are you talking about?" (Y/n) asked. "Well, neither of you got any umbrellas so I figured you couldn't hold them." He replied. "We can hold umbrellas." (Y/n) said. The kid raised an eyebrow. "Then why didn't you get some?" He asked. "We didn't know we could." (Y/n) said. "(Y/n), we just walked right by some." Frisk said. "What? Why didn't I notice?" (Y/n) asked. Frisk shrugged.
"Why didn't you tell me?" (Y/n) asked. "I don't mind the rain." Frisk explained. "Anyway, if you guys are walking through here, I guess I'll come with you." The kid said as he walked over. "Let's go!" He said. "Sure thing." (Y/n) said. The kid smiled. "I'm Monster Kid by the way." He said. (Y/n) and Frisk smiled. "Hi Monster Kid, I'm (Y/n), and this is my younger sister, Frisk." (Y/n) said as she introduced her and her sister. Monster Kid smiled at them. As he followed, Monster Kid began to speak. "Man, Undyne is soooo cool! She beats up bad guys and NEVER loses. If I was a human, I would wet the bed every night, knowing she was gonna beat me up!" Monster Kid said. "We're humans you know." (Y/n) said as she glared slightly. He just kept talking.
"So, one time, we had a school project where we had to take care of a flower, the king, we had to call him Mr. Dreemurr volunteered to donate his own flowers." He said. "Oh really? That's cool." Frisk said. "Isn't it though? He ended up coming to school and teaching the class about responsibility and stuff. That got me thinking... Yo! How cool would it be if Undyne came to school? She could beat up ALL the teachers!" He said. (Y/n) and Frisk laughed. "Uh, kid, I highly doubt that she'd do something like that." Frisk said. "Yeah, I guess you're right. She's too cool to ever hurt an innocent person." Monster Kid said. "Yeah. For the most part." (Y/n) mumbled.
Then they entered a dark room with a castle in the distance and blue glowing stars on the ceiling. "Whoa." (Y/n) and Frisk said as they looked around. "Are those stars?" Frisk asked. "Well, they're not real, of course. But these are the only stars we have." Monster Kid said. They enter out of the dark room and come to a ledge. "Yo! This ledge is way too steep! Yo, you guys wanna see Undyne, right? Just climb on my shoulders." He said. The sisters looked at each other uncertainly. "Are you sure?" (Y/n) asked. Monster Kid nodded. (Y/n) hopped on his shoulders and held a hand out. "Come on, sis." She said. (Y/n) helped Frisk on top. Then she climbed up. "What about the kid?" (Y/n) asked. "Yo, you guys on ahead. Don't worry about me. I always find a way to get through!" He fell on his face again as he ran off. But he quickly recovered and continued to run off.
It soon got darker as they kept going. "I have a bad feeling about this." (Y/n) said. Suddenly blue circles appeared next to them. "RUN!" Frisk shouted. They ran as fast as possible away from the oncoming spears. "Follow me!" Frisk followed (Y/n) as Undyne threw more spears toward them. She ended up chasing them to the end of the dock. "Now what?!" Frisk asked. "It's a dead end!" (Y/n) shouted. They quickly looked back in fear to see her approaching.
(Y/n) stood in front of Frisk protectively. "I won't let you hurt my sister!" She shouted. "If you want her soul you'll have to go through me first!" Undyne narrowed her eyes. A sword then cut off half the dock and they screamed as they fell down. Then they heard a voice. "It sounds like it came from over here. Oh! You've fallen down, haven't you? Are you okay? Here, get up. Chara, huh? That's a nice name. My name is..." (Y/n) gasped as she suddenly woke up. She saw that they had landed on a bed of flowers. "Are you okay?" Frisk asked. "Y- yeah. I'm fine." She said. Frisk offered a hand and helped her up. "What happened?" She asked. "I'm not sure. I think we fell down here after..." (Y/n) trailed off. "Undyne." Frisk said.
She nodded. "Let's just hope we won't have to see her again." Frisk said. (Y/n) nodded in agreement. "Yeah. Two times is enough for me." She said. "Where are we?" Frisk asked. (Y/n) stepped off the flowers, only to find water up to her waist. "Ugh!" She said. "What? It's just water." Frisk said. "But now my clothes are all wet!" (Y/n) complained. Frisk sighed and rolled her eyes before walking away. "Hey!" (Y/n) shouted as she followed.
"Is that garbage?" (Y/n) asked as she pointed to a big pile of garbage in the water. Frisk sniffed it. "Yup! That's garbage all right." She said. They approach another dummy. "Hey, it's another dummy." (Y/n) said, she walked over. "Hey there." but it didn't respond.
"(Y/n), I... I wouldn't-" Frisk began to warn him, but the dummy came to life and glared at them, startling (Y/n) as she jumped backwards with wide eyes. "Hahaha, well hello kids. I am a ghost that lives inside a dummy. My cousin used to live inside a dummy, too. Until... you came along! When she talked to you, they thought they were in for a nice chat. But the things you said... horrible! Shocking! Unbelievable! It spooked them right out of their dummy!" He shouted. "Wait, that previous dummy we spoke too?!" (Y/n) asked. "But all I said was hi!" Frisk panicked. "Humans! I'll erase your souls out of your bodies!" The dummy then grew red with rage.
"Futile! Futile! Futile!" The dummy shouted as he sent a bunch of bullets toward them. "Watch out!" Frisk shouted. "Whoa!" (Y/n) said in surprise. They quickly dodged, and the bullets hit the dummy instead. "Ow! You dummies! Watch where you're aiming your magic attacks!" The dummy shouted. "Hey, you! Forgot I said anything about magic!" He said quickly. "Ah, I see. We need to use his own attacks against him." (Y/n) said. Mad Dummy fires more bullets toward them. They tried their best to dodge again. After a while of dodging, the dummy got injured with his own attacks. "Dummy bots final attack!" The dummy shouted. Suddenly missiles appeared, surrounding them. "Oh shit." (Y/n) said. They tried to dodge them, but winced in pain as they got hit a few times. "No way! These guys are even WORSE than the other guys! Who cares? Who cares?! Who cares?! I DON'T NEED FRIENDS!" Suddenly a knife appeared. Their eyes widened. "I'VE GOT KNIVES!" The dummy said. He sent the knife toward them and they dodged again. The dummy looked embarrassed. "I'm... out of knives.
BUT IT DOESN'T MATTER! YOU CAN'T HURT ME AND I CAN'T HURT YOU! YOU'LL BE STUCK FIGHTING ME! Forever! Forever! FOREVER!!!!" The dummy shouted. "AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!" Their eyes widened when tear drops hit the dummy and injured him. "What the heck is this? Acid rain? Oh, forget it! I'm outta here!" The dummy then left, and the sisters sighed in relief. Frisk ran over to them. "Who-?" (Y/n) asked, then saw a ghost appear. "Napstablook!" Frisk smiled at him. "Sorry. I interrupted you, didn't I? As soon as I came over, your friend immediately left." He said. "He wasn't really our friend, so you're good, buddy." (Y/n) smiled. "Oh. All right then. I just wanted to say hi. Well, I'm going to head home now. Oh um, feel free to come with if you want. But no pressure. I understand if you're busy. It's fine. No worries, just thought I'd offer." Napstablook said. "Hey, no problem. We wouldn't mind coming to visit." Frisk said. "Yeah, why not? I mean, I guess we kinda owe you one for saving us back there." (Y/n) smiled at the ghost. "We'd love to come." Frisk said.
The ghost smiled a little. "Okay then. See you later." He then disappeared. "Uh oh." Frisk said. "What's wrong?" (Y/n) asked. "I think we should have asked him for directions first. We don't even know where his house is." Frisk pointed out. "Oops." (Y/n) said. "Really? You didn't even bother to ask him where he lives?" Frisk asked. "I don't remember you asking." (Y/n) snapped. "Okay, okay, calm down. Let's just... look. I'm sure we can find it eventually." Frisk said. "Or we could ask someone for directions." (Y/n) said. Frisk shrugged. "Or that." After a while of walking, they arrived at two houses. "Are one of these houses his?" Frisk asked. (Y/n) read both of the signs for each house. "Yup. This one here." (Y/n) said as she pointed to the house on the left. "Wow. We found it." Frisk said. "Let's go in." She said quickly. They walked inside the house. Napstablook looked rather surprised.
"Oh! You really came." He said. "Of course we did. Why wouldn't we?" Frisk asked. "Sorry, I wasn't expecting you to. It's not much but, make yourselves at home." Napstablook said. "We will." (Y/n) said. Frisk walked over to the fridge. "Oh. Are you hungry? I can get you something to eat." The ghost floated over to the fridge and opened it. "How? Ghosts don't eat." Frisk said. Napstablook took out a sandwich. "This is a ghost sandwich. Do you want to try it?" Napstablook asked. "Uh... Sure." Frisk said. She tried to eat it, but it went right through her, and (Y/n) laughed. Frisk glared at her. "Yeah, real funny." Napstablook smiled a little. "I also have a ghost cake too if you want it." Napstablook said as he took out a piece of cake that was ghost like. Frisk looked pissed. "No! Thanks." Frisk said before crossing her arms and looked away. "Aw, come on, it's cake." (Y/n) said.
"(Y/n), I can't eat it. You have some." Frisk said. "Eh. Don't feel like it." (Y/n) said. "Since when do you ever turn down cake?" Frisk asked. "Since I couldn't eat it." (Y/n) said. Frisk scoffed. "After a great meal, I like to lie on the ground and feel like garbage. It's a family tradition. Do you want to join me?" Napstablook asked. "I'll pass." Frisk said. "Sure." (Y/n) said. Frisk watched as her sister joined Napstablook and laid down next to him and looked at the celling. "Whoa." She said. "What?" Frisk asked. "It's really cool. It's like outer space." (Y/n) said. "Say what now?" Frisk asked. "Are you high or something?" "Feels that way." (Y/n) said. Frisk lies beside her sister and looks up and saw what she was talking about. She saw what looked like outer space all around them. "Whoa." Frisk said. "This is beautiful." She said. "Yeah." (Y/n) said. "I could lay here forever." She said. Frisk chuckled. "You probably could, couldn't you?" She asked. After a few more minutes, they got up. "Well, that was nice. Thank you." Napstablook said.
"No problem." (Y/n) smiled. Frisk smiled at the ghost. "Well, see you later, Napstablook." She said. "Bye." Napstablook said. Frisk waved to the ghost, then they left the house. Soon they approached a dark area. "Where are we going now?" (Y/n) wondered. They came to a small village with four cats standing around. They all turned toward them. The others nodded and all got in line. Temmie went first. "Hoi! I'm Temmie!" She greeted. "Hi, Temmie." Frisk waved. She smiled. "And dis is my friend, Temmie!" The cat said, as she introduced the one next to her. The sisters looked at each other in confusion. "Hoi! I'm Temmie! And dis is my friend, Temmie!" The next one said. "Hi! I'm Temmie, don't forget my friend!" The next one said. "Temmie?" (Y/n) deadpanned. "Hi, I'm Bob."
The last one said. Their eyes widened, and they looked confused, then Frisk bursted into laughter. "Oh, that's brilliant." "Come on, sis." Frisk led her sister into the shop. "Hi! Welcome to the Tem shop!" The cat said. "Hey, Temmie, I got some Dog Residue for you." Frisk said as she took some out. Temmie looked excited. "Dog Residue?! I gotta have it!" She said. "Take it." Frisk said. Temmie gave Frisk some money in return. An idea suddenly struck Frisk, and a mischievous glint was in her eyes. She duplicated the Dog Residue, then turned to her sister with a smirk, who looked surprised at first, then smirked in return. They spent a little while farming and making money. "Pleasure doing business with you." Frisk said, once they had finally finished. After walking for a while, they came to a single echo flower, what came from the flower frightened them. "Behind you." They quickly turned around to see Undyne walk closer to them. "You again?!" (Y/n) asked. "Oh no." Frisk backed away a little.
"Why don't you just leave us alone?!" (Y/n) shouted. "Eight." She mumbled. "Huh?" (Y/n) raised an eyebrow. "Eight human souls. With the power of eight human souls, our king, King Asgore Dreemurr, will become a god. With that power, Asgore can finally shatter the barrier. We will finally take the surface back from humanity! And give them back the suffering and pain that we have endured. Understand, humans? This is your only chance at redemption. Give up your souls! Or I'll tear them from your bodies!" Undyne threatened. (Y/n) stood protectively in front of her sister. Undyne got into a fighting stance and summoned a blue spear. Their eyes widened as she began running toward them as they quickly backed away. Suddenly Monster Kid came out from the bushes, surprising them. "Undyne! I'll help you fight!"
He declared. "Dude!" Frisk scolded. He then looked to the right and saw his friends from earlier, then looked back and forth at them and Undyne. "Yo! You guys did it! Undyne is RIGHT in front of you! You've got front row seats to her fight!" He said with excitement. (Y/n) face palmed. "Yeah. We've also got a front row seat to her spear." She said. "Huh?" He asked. Undyne then harshly grabs the kid and drags him away. "H- hey! You aren't going to tell my parents about this, are you?" Monster Kid asked. The sisters sighed with relief. "That kid..." (Y/n) said. "Hey, be grateful. He just saved us from that crazy monster." Frisk said. "Let's get out of here so we can avoid running into her again." (Y/n) said. The sisters began to walk into a forest with more echo flowers and small lights lighting a single pathway. They all heard a past conversation from the flowers as they passed by.
"... hmmm... if I say my wish... You promise you won't laugh at me?" "Of course I won't laugh!" "Someday, I'd like to climb this mountain we're all buried under. Standing under the sky, looking at the world all around... That's my wish." They heard laughter from the next flower. "So much for not laughing." Frisk said. "Hey, you said you wouldn't laugh at it!" The next flower said. "Sorry, it's just funny... That's my wish, too." After the pathway, they came across a bridge. Once they were close to the end, the kid came back. "Yo!" The kid walked closer. "Oh hey." Frisk said.
"I know I'm not supposed to be here, but... I have to ask you two something. Man, I've never had to ask anyone this before. Um... yo, you're humans, right? Man, I knew it." Monster Kid said. "Well, I know it now. Undyne told me um... stay away from those humans. So like... um... I guess that makes us enemies or something. But I kinda stink at that. Yo, can you say something mean so I can hate you? Please?" Monster Kid asked. Their eyes widened. "I... I mean um, I guess we could try." Frisk said. "Fair warning though, (Y/n) isn't that great when it comes to insults." She said,
nodding towards her sister, and she pretended to glare at her. "Oh yeah, you... you big mouth know it all?" (Y/n) asked, playing along. "Oh please, that was nothing." Frisk said. "Hey, at least I don't have an ego the size of a whale." (Y/n) said. "What's that supposed to mean?" She asked. They pretend to start arguing. Monster Kid burst into laughter. "Okay, okay, stop." Monster Kid said, and they stop and turn to him. "Seriously though, I do need one of you to insult me." He said. "Like Frisk said, I can't do it." (Y/n) said.
"I guess this means I have to do it. Well, here goes nothing. Yo! I... I hate your guts!" He shouted. "He was right about being bad at this." Frisk mumbled, and (Y/n) elbowed her. "Ow!" Monster Kid turned around. "Man, I'm... I'm such a turd. I'm... I'm gonna go home now." Monster Kid turned to leave, but quickly fell and grabbed onto the dock. The sisters gasped. "Monster Kid!" (Y/n) shouted. "Yo! Wait! Help! I tripped!" (Y/n) and Frisk ran over to help him up. They helped the kid up just as Undyne came. They looked at her with fear and began backing away, until suddenly Monster Kid stood in front of them protectively, which surprised them. "Y... y... yo... dude. If... if y- you wanna hurt my friends, you're gonna have to go through me first!" He declared as he glared at her.
Their eyes widened in surprise. They watched with worry until Undyne slowly began to step back, then walked away. They sighed in relief. Monster Kid turned around to face them. "She's gone." He said. "Thanks, kid." (Y/n) said. "Yo, you really saved my skin. Guess being enemies was just a nice thought, haha. We'll just have to be friends instead." Monster Kid said. "We were already friends." Frisk said. "Really?" Monster Kid asked. (Y/n) and Frisk nodded. "Man, I should really get home. I bet my parents are worried sick about me." He turned around and began to leave. "Later, dudes!" He ran off. "Later!" Frisk waved. "Come on." She said. After a short time of walking, they came to a small castle and saw Undyne on the top. "Uh oh." (Y/n) said. Frisk looked up and saw her. "Eight." She said. "Oh for god's sake!" Frisk said. She looked annoyed. "Undyne come on, we heard this already. So do us all a favor and skip the introduction crap." Frisk said. She gave her a deadly glare and she shivered. "Don't interrupt me!" She shouted, scaring them.
"S- sorry!" Frisk stuttered. "Hmph. Anyway. As I was saying, six, that's how many we have collected thus far. Through your eighth and final souls, this world will be transformed. First, however, as is customary for those who make it this far, I shall tell you the tragic tell of our people." She said. She cleared her throat. "It all started long ago..." she paused, and they looked at her in confusion. "No, you know what?" They jumped as she suddenly became aggressive again. "SCREW IT! WHY SHOULD I TELL THE STORY WHEN YOU'RE GOING TO DIE!" She shouted. She took off her helmet to reveal a fish head with a long red ponytail. "You two! You're standing in the way of everybody's hopes and dreams! Alphy's history books, made them think humans are cool. With their giant robots and flowery swords women. But you! You're just cowards! Hiding behind that kid so you could run away from me again! And let's not forget your wimpy goody two shoes schtick!" Her attitude was starting to piss (Y/n) off. "Ooh! I'm making such a difference by hugging random strangers!" She mocked.
"You know what would be more valuable to everyone?" She asked. "IF YOU WERE DEAD!" She shouted. "Oh, lovely." (Y/n) mumbled. "Shut up, human! You're continued existence is a crime! Your lives are all that stand between us and our freedom! Right now, I can feel everyone's hearts pounding together! Everyone's been waiting their whole lives for this moment! But we're not nervous at all! When everyone puts their hearts together, they can't lose!" Undyne said. "Oh wow. What a motivating speech." (Y/n) said sarcastically. Undyne got really angry. "All right, human. If you're so smart, let's end this, right here, right now! I'll show you how determined monsters can be!" Undyne shouted. She then sent a spear toward (Y/n) and her eyes widened. "No!" Frisk pushed her aside, getting hit in the leg, and she grunted in pain. "Frisk!" (Y/n) shouted. Frisk grunted as she pulled the spear out of her right leg. "I'm fine." She said. (Y/n) glared at Undyne. "You'll pay for that." She growled. They got into a battle with her. "You're in for it now, you rotten fish!"
"Oh, am I now?" Undyne asked mockingly. She sent three arrows toward them and (Y/n) and Frisk quickly blocked them. "Not bad, then how about this?" Undyne then sent arrows from the top, left and right toward them. (Y/n) took care of the ones on the top, Frisk stopped the ones on the left, and on the right. "Run!" Frisk shouted. "Run?" (Y/n) and asked. "But we're in the middle of a-" "just go!" Frisk shouted. They took off as Undyne chased them. "She's following us!" (Y/n) shouted. "Just keep going!" Frisk shouted.
They continued to run, until Undyne caught up. (Y/n) fended off her attacks. Then they fled again as Undyne continued to chase them. As they rang from Undyne, Frisk's phone rang. "What?" Frisk picked it up. "Uh, Frisk, now really isn't a good time for a conversation!" (Y/n) shouted. "HEY, WHAT'S UP?" Papyrus asked. "Papyrus?" (Y/n) asked. "I WAS JUST THINKING, YOU TWO, ME, AND UNDYNE SHOULD ALL HANG OUT SOMETIME! I THINK YOU WOULD MAKE GREAT PALS!" Papyrus said. "Oh yeah, we're getting along fabulously right now!" (Y/n) shouted sarcastically. "AWESOME! LET'S MEET UP AT HER HOUSE LATER!" Papyrus said. "Sarcasm is a foreign language to you isn't it?" Frisk asked the skeleton, even though he already hung up. They run past Sans sleeping at his station.
"We're being chased by a deranged psychopath and you're taking a freakin nap?!" Frisk asked. After running across a bridge, Undyne began to slow down. They turned back and looked at her. "Armor... so hot... but I can't... give up." She slowly walked closer, and they got prepared to fight again. Undyne collapsed. Frisk gasped and ran toward her. "Frisk!" (Y/n) shouted. She ran after her as she approached Undyne. She gently bent down toward the fish. "She's too hot, she needs some water." Frisk said. (Y/n) turned and saw some.
"Good thing there's a water cooler conveniently placed right here." She said. (Y/n) went to the container and got a cup of water. She gave it to Frisk who poured it on Undyne. Undyne began to move for a few moments, then slowly stood up. She looked at them for a few moments, who tensed, but she walked away. "Should we... go check on her?" Frisk asked slowly. "Oh yeah, that's a great idea. If you want to get yourself killed." (Y/n) said. "But she stopped once we helped her." Frisk said as she stood up. "I suppose." (Y/n) said as she crossed her arms. "I think we should at least check to see if she's all right." Frisk said. (Y/n) huffed. "Fine." "Come on. I think I may know which house is hers." Frisk said.
She led the way to the large fish looking house. Papyrus was standing outside her house. "OHO! THE HUMANS ARRIVE. ARE YOU READY TO HANG OUT WITH UNDYNE?" He asked. "Actually-" (Y/n) began, trying to explain that they only came to check on her. "I HAVE A PLAN TO MAKE YOU ALL GREAT FRIENDS!" Papyrus said. "Sure." Frisk said. "OKAY, STAND BEHIND ME." Faced the door. "PSST. MAKE SURE YOU GIVE HER THIS." Papyrus hands Frisk a bone. "SHE LOVES THESE." Papyrus knocked on the door and Undyne opened it.
"Hi Papyrus! Ready for your extra private one on one training?" She asked. "YOU BET I AM, AND I BROUGHT FRIENDS!" He stepped aside to show (Y/n) and Frisk. They smiled at her nervously, with Frisk giving an awkward wave without making direct eye contact. "Hi, I don't think we've..." she stopped when she recognized them. "Why don't... you both... come in." She said slowly. Papyrus did a little dance of excitement and then walked in. Frisk giggled and they entered the house. "HERE, UNDYNE. MY FRIENDS BROUGHT YOU A GIFT. ON THEIR OWN." Frisk gave her the bone and she snatched it away. "Uh... thanks... I'll uh... put it with the others." She opened a drawer and put it inside. "So, are we ready to start?" Undyne asked. "WHOOPSY DOOPSY! I JUST REMEMBERED. I HAVE TO GO TO THE BATHROOM! YOU GUYS HAVE FUN!" Papyrus then jumped out the window. "Can't you use the door like a regular person?!" Undyne shouted. Undyne then turned to glare at them.
"So, what are you all doing here? To rub your victory in my face?! To humiliate me either further?! IS THAT IT?" She shouted as she advanced on them. "No!" (Y/n) and Frisk shouted, backing away. "Then why are you here? Wait... I get it. You think that I'm gonna be friends with you now, huh? Right?" She asked. "Well, Papyrus did..." Frisk began. "Well I don't plan on becoming friends with pansies. Why would I ever be friends with you? If you weren't my houseguests, I'd beat you both up right now! You're the enemies of everyone's hopes and dreams! I WILL NEVER BE YOUR FRIEND!"
Undyne shouted. "Good. Cause we'll never be yours, either!" (Y/n) shouted. They turned away from each other. Suddenly Papyrus came back peeking through the window. "DANG. WHAT A SHAME. I THOUGHT UNDYNE COULD BE FRIENDS WITH YOU. BUT I GUESS... I OVERESTIMATED HER. SHE'S JUST NOT UP TO THE CHALLENGE!" Papyrus walked off. "Challenge?! What?!" Undyne snapped. "Papyrus, wait a second!" But he was already gone. "Darn it! He really thinks I can't be friends with the two of you? What a joke. I could make friends with wimpy losers like you guys any day. I'll show him. Listen up, humans. We're not just going to be friends, we're going to be... besties!
I'll make you like me so much you won't be able to think of anyone else! It's the PERFECT REVENGE!" She shouted. "Revenge...?" Frisk squeaked. "Why don't you have a seat?" She asked, trying to be polite. "Uh..." (Y/n) said. "Sure." Frisk then sat down. "Comfortable? I'll get you something to drink." Undyne walked over to her kitchen counter and took out multiple drinks. "All set! What would you like?" (Y/n) went to stand up.
She suddenly threw a blue sword at the table, which broke it in half, scaring them as they quickly jumped away from the table and screamed, and Frisk yelped. "HEY! DON'T GET UP! YOU'RE THE GUESTS! SIT DOWN AND ENJOY YOURSELVES!" She shouted. "You've got a... very interesting way of treating your guests." (Y/n) said. Her eyes widened at that and she looked a little embarrassed. "Yeah, um... why not just point to what you want? You can use the spear." Undyne offered. "Cool..." (Y/n) took the spear, and began moving it around. She smirked and pointed it at Undyne. Her eyes narrowed. "Are you... hitting on me?" She asked, and Frisk snickered.
"Aw, I ship it." She joked. (Y/n) then took the spear and pointed toward the tea. "Tea, huh? Coming right up." Undyne walked back to the counter and began getting the tea ready. "It'll take a moment for the water to boil." She informed. After a few minutes it was ready. "Okay. It's all done." She poured tea into two cups. "Here we are." She said as she gave them their drinks. "Thanks." (Y/n) said. "No problem." Undyne then sat across from (Y/n). "Careful, it's hot." She warned. They hesitated to drink it.
"Wait, there's not like, poison or anything in here, is there?" (Y/n) asked suspiciously. Undyne rolls her eyes. "No, there's no poison. I'm not the villain here, (Y/n)." She said. "Really? Could've fooled me." (Y/n) said. "Guys, chill." Frisk warned. "Just drink it already!" She said impatiently. "All right, all right." (Y/n) said as she took the cup and slowly drank some. "Well?" Undyne asked. "It's uh... great." (Y/n) said nervously as she set the cup down. Undyne smiled. "I know, right? Nothing but the best for my ABSOLUTELY PRECIOUS FRIENDS!" Undyne declared. "Hey, it's kind of strange you chose that tea. Golden Flower tea. That's Asgore's favorite kind. Actually, now that I think about it, you kind of remind me of him. You're both TOTAL WEENIES!" She teased.
"Hey." (Y/n) said, slightly offended. "...sort of." She added. "You know, I was a pretty hotheaded kid. Once, to prove I was the strongest, I tried to fight Asgore." She said. "It didn't really work out so well. I couldn't land a single blow on him! And worse, the whole time, he refused to fight back! I was so humiliated. Afterwards, he apologized and said something goofy. "Excuse me, do you want to know how to beat me?" I said yes, and from then on, he trained me.
One day, during practice, I finally knocked him down. I felt bad... but he was beaming. I had never seen someone more proud to get their butt kicked. Anyway, long story short, he kept training me, and now I'm the Head Of The Royal Guard! So I'm the one who gets to train dorks to fight! Like uh... Papyrus." She trailed off. "But um... to be honest, I don't know if I can ever let Papyrus into The Royal Guard." Undyne said. "Are... are you sure? I mean, he's tried really hard to get himself in." Frisk said. "I mean, when we first met him he even tried to capture us just to get in." Frisk added. Undyne looked ashamed. "Yeah, I know. It's just...he's just... well... it's not that he's weak.
He's actually pretty freakin tough! It's just that... he's... he's too innocent and nice. "I mean, like you said, he was SUPPOSED to capture you two. And he ended up being FRIENDS with you instead. I could never send him into battle. He'd get ripped into little smiling shreds. That's part of why, I started teaching him how to cook, you know?" She asked. "Did you teach him how to make spaghetti?" (Y/n) asked, and Undyne smiles. "Yeah, actually. So maybe he could do something else with his life."
It fell uncomfortably quiet for a few minutes. "Oh! Sorry! I was talking for so long I didn't realize you were out of tea. I'll get you some more." As she got up, she realized something. "Wait a second. Papyrus! His cooking lesson! He was supposed to have that right now! And if HE'S not here to have it, you guys will have to have it for him!" Undyne jumped on her counter and roughly took out some ingredients for the recipe. "That's right! Nothing has brought Papyrus and I closer together than cooking! Which means that if I give you guys his lesson, we'll become closer than you could ever imagine! Fuhuhuhu! Afraid?
We're gonna be best friends!" She forcefully grabs their hands and drags them to the counter. "Let's start with the sauce!" Undyne stomped loudly, causing tomatoes to fall onto the counter. "Envision these vegetables as your greatest enemy! Now, pound them to dust with your fists!" She demanded. Frisk punched the vegetables with full force, and knocks a tomato on the ground. "YEAH! YEAH! Our hearts are uniting against these healthy Ingredients! Now it's my turn!" Undyne roughly smashed the tomatoes.
"Uh, we'll scrape this into a bowl later. But for now..." she stomped again, making the pot fall on the stove. "We add the noodles!" She informed. "Homemade noodles are the best! But I just buy store brand. They are the cheapest! Uh, just put them in the pot." She said. (Y/n) throws everything into the pot as hard as she can including the box. It clanks against the empty bottom. "YEAH! I'M INTO IT!" She said. "Alright, now it's time to stir the pasta! As a general rule of thumb, the more you stir, the better it is! Ready? Let's do it!" (Y/n) and Frisk began to stir the pasta. "Stir harder! Harder! HARDER!" Undyne scolded. (Y/n) and Frisk tried to stir as hard as they could, but was sloppy and some of the noodles fell out.
"Ugh, you suck. Let me do it." Undyne took over and stirred the pasta really hard with her blue spears. "Fuhuhuhu! That's the stuff! Alright, now for the final step! Turn up the heat! Let the stovetop symbolize your passion! Let your hopes and dreams turn into burning fire! Ready? Don't hold anything back!" Undyne said, turning to (Y/n). "Me?" She turned the heat up, she then gasped once it caught on fire. "Hotter!" Undyne said. "What? But it's on fire!" Frisk shouted. "I know! But that's not hot enough. Hotter!" She said. "Uh..." (Y/n) said as she frantically looked around. "HOTTER!"
Undyne shouted. (Y/n) turned the heat up even more, making a bigger fire over the pot. "Oh my gosh, oh my gosh!" Frisk panicked. "Oh wait! That's too-" but her house was soon covered in flames. They were in shock at her house, which was now burned and covered in flames. "What did I do?" (Y/n) mumbled. "Oops. Heh. Aw man. No wonder Papyrus sucks at cooking. So what's next? Scrapbooking? Friendship bracelets?" She then paused, then let out a long sigh. "Oh, who am I kidding? I really screwed this up, didn't I? I can't force you humans to like me. Some people just don't get along with each other. I understand if you feel that way about me." She said. "No, we don't." Frisk said. "Well, I still don't know if this will work out. But that's okay." She said.
"It is?" (Y/n) asked. "Of course. Because if we aren't friends... IT MEANS I CAN DESTROY YOU TWO WITHOUT REGRET!" She shouted. They got ready to fight her again. "I've been defeated. My house is in shambles. I even failed to befriend you guys. That's it! I don't care if you're my guests anymore! One final rematch! All out on both sides! It's the only way I can regain my lost pride!" She declared. "Now come on! Hit me with all you've got!" She said. Frisk hits her with a sword very weakly. "THAT WAS SO WEAK!" (Y/n) said. "What? That's the best you can manage? Even attacking at full force, you just can't muster any intent to hurt me, huh? Heh, you know what?" She dropped her spear. "I don't actually want to hurt either of you either. At first, I hated your stupid saccharine schtick, but... the way you hit me right now. It... reminded me of someone I used to train with. Now I know you aren't just some wimpy losers. You're wimpy losers with a big heart! Just like him.
Listen, humans, it seems that you and Asgore, are fated to fight. But knowing him, he probably doesn't want to. Talk to him, I'm sure you can persuade him to let you go home. Eventually, some mean human will fall down here. And I'll take their soul instead. That makes sense, right? Fuhuhuhu. Oh, and if either of you DO hurt Asgore..." "don't worry, we won't." Frisk said. Undyne smiled at her. "I figured you'd say that. Now let's get out of this burning house." They left the house that was still on fire. "Well, that was fun, huh?" Undyne asked. "Sure. That's one word for it." (Y/n) said. "I'm really sorry about your house, Undyne." She said. "Eh, don't worry about it. You'd be surprised how often this kind of thing happens. We'll have to hang out again another time! But uh... somewhere else I guess. In the meantime, I guess I'll go hang with Papyrus. So if you need me, drop by Snowdin, okay?" She asked. "Sure thing." Frisk said. "Oh! And if you ever need help, just give Papyrus a ring, okay? Since we're in the same spot, I'll be able to talk to you too! Well, see you later, punks!" She walked away.
The two came to a river where someone was sitting on a boat. "Tra La La. I am the Riverman. Or am I the River woman...? It doesn't really matter. I love to ride in my boat. Would you care to join me?" They asked. "Sure." Frisk said. They sat in the boat. "And we're off!" He then began to drive the boat. The boat soon arrived. "Tra La. La. Come again sometime." The driver said. "Thanks." Frisk said. The driver then drove off.
