I jumped.
I woke up on the bed. I met Flowey. "Okay bye Asriel." I said after he hit me with the pellets. Goat mom came, I slept, then I fought her.
Sans. Papyrus. I went through all the puzzles and crap. Then I fought the tall skeleton. I didn't feel like a date, but I thought I'd do it just for him.
Undyne. I was running and jumping out of the way of spears. Finally, Hotland.
Alphys, Mettaton, Muffet, Asgore.
I fought everyone again, I said everything again, I repeated everything. Again. Finally, Asriel.
He had absorbed the souls and we fought. Then he went back to kid form. "Asriel..." I said to him. I didn't know how to keep him like this, but I'm sure Gaster will appear.
Jinxed it! The long-gone doctor appeared behind Asriel, pressed a few buttons, said a few things, winked, and dissappeared. Suddenly, Asriel fell to his knees. I ran to him. "This... this isn't right!" The baby goat breathed.
My heart stopped. Did it work? Was all I could think. What even IS it? Asriel stood up. "This is weird..." He looked down at his paws. He patted his head. He felt his heart beat. "Do I... do I have a soul?" He asked.
I have to admit, it sounded stupid, but I nodded anyways. Then, there was a scream. Asriel twirled around and we both stared at Chara, Asriel in disbelief. The ruby-eyed girl looked up.
"Asriel?" She whispered. I saw her friend stumble with his words. "C-Chara?" Was how he replied. "Asriel!!" Chara yelled as she stumbled to get up, running at the same time as though being chased. They collapsed into each other's arms, both crying.
Chara buried her head in Asriel's shoulder, holding him tightly. "Asriel I missed you so much..." She shut her eyes. I found my lip wavering and eyes watering. I didn't think I'd ever see Chara happy.
We were standing on the horizon, and all the other monsters piled out behind us. Sans and Papyrus stood at the sun, talking to each other. I looked back at Gaster, hiding from view to the other monsters.
He looked at me in fear. I tried asking Sans about his dad once, but he didn't say anything. Maybe he didn't like him...? I don't know. I think he'd love to see his father. I nodded to Gaster and watched as he slowly passed me towards his sons.
The doctor looked different, wearing a dark, elegant cloak and light gray turtle neck. He still had the scars running up his right eye and down his left, but they seemed lighter on his snow white face.
Gaster strode behind his sons and tapped them on the shoulder. Sans stared in disbelief, Papyrus looked as though he didn't even know who he was. Gaster smiled. Sans said something, punched his dad, then hugged him, water spilling from his eye sockets. Papyrus wrapped his bony arms around Sans and Gaster, and they stood there as a silhouette in the sun.
Asriel and Chara walked out holding hands, smiling and laughing. I spotted Toriel farther, a bunch of monsters keeping her from seeing her son. I ran to Asriel and Chara, and lead them to Toriel. "MOM!" Asriel cried. The three had a hugging moment, and I looked back at the sun.
"Frisk?" Toriel said, her soothing voice like music. "Yeah?" I replied. "Where are you gonna stay?" I watched Asgore walk up behind the family. "I have a family, Toriel." I answered. "Toriel..." Asgore's deep voice boomed. She turned. Her face became instant disgust.
I became the monster's ambassador. I suppose I would have a meeting with the world leaders tomorrow or something... but, I walked home. No, I walked to the hospital.

Andrew was walking out with his mom when I was walking in. "Oh, Andrew, you're out!" I went to help him. "Hey Frisk..." He replied, a little more enthusiastic. "I broke the barrier." I mention cause why not. It's only the most important thing ever.
Andrew smiled. We drove to the apartments, all my friends mine. "Hi guys!" I said to them when we got out of the car. Toriel and Asgore must've worked something out cause they were standing together happy. "Frisk!" Toriel exclaimed. "We bought a large apartment just in front of yours!"
"Yeah, us too." Sans chirped in. "I WILL MAKE ALL THE SPAGHETTI FOR ALL THE HUMANS!" Papyrus said. He went on about being a chef, which, don't tell him I said this, might never happen. I grinned.

A good month later, after speaking for the monsters and many monsters got jobs and moved into houses, Andrew and I were tending to a large yellow flower bed that had grown around my apartment. I saw and heard Asriel and Chara through the open window playing a baby grand piano. They were laughing and playing a catchy tune (His Theme).
It had been a month! I wasn't stuck in the reset, no one ever would. Also, I had found out that only 3 or 4 kids jumped. One-Devin Marshall-was a librarian, and I think he was perseverance. And Shelia Micky was a cook, and she was kindness. Probably.
But anyway, everything was fixed. Gaster was a medical doctor, Papyrus was a stay at home skeleton, Mettaton has like, 4 movies, and yeah.
I went through the Underground, and I got out.
Gaster, Andrew and I fixed the True Reset! I couldn't be happier. I glanced over at Andrew. He seemed happy as well, but he hardly remembered what happened.
Asriel and Chara laughed together, Toriel made pie, and... This turned out better than expected.
