Papyrus: *sigh* Fine.

Frisk: *looks over to me* Is the chapter finished? I've been waiting for so long.

Me: Yep, it's finished. Here *hands the story to Frisk* and here's a cinnamon bunny *hands a bun to Frisk*

Frisk: Thanks *grabs both and starts reading and eating.*

Me: *makes a kawaii face* I adore Frisk right now, she's so cute. *squeals*

What's up buddies! Mega-apologies for the late update. For some reason, I got sick lately and I was suppose to rest in recovery and the next day I have to work at the market. Sheesh, can this furry writer here get some work before doing anything important? Well, not anymore (if I lie). Here's the chapter that I managed to finished and to keep going. I hope you enjoy this~

Sans's P.O.V

I was sitting on the couch watching TV while Papyrus makes spaghetti in the kitchen for lunch. Frisk was in the kitchen with him, since she just realized that we (as in me and Frisk) have eaten a lot of inedible spaghetti that Papyrus cook and for some reason, I don't have the stomach for that, well except for Frisk that is.

"OH NO! I THINK I BURNT THE NOODLES!" Papyrus whined, staring at the black noodles at the bottom of the pot. "NYEH! I MUST BE SO HORRIBLE THEN."

"No it wasn't. I, uh... I think you rush it... too much." Frisk explained, which makes Papyrus gasped.

"YOU MEAN, IT'S NOT GOOD?"

"Huh? Oh, no no no, I mean, cooking spaghetti is fun... but the important thing about cooking is patience and creativity. If you want that, I can demonstrate to you and show you how to 'master' this."

"REALLY? NYEHEHEH!" He peeked over from the kitchen, "YOU HEAR THAT BROTHER, FRISK IS GOING TO SHOW ME HER COOKING, EVEN THOUGH I DIDN'T KNOW THAT SHE COULD COOK!" I wasn't paying attention to him but I gave him a thumbs up anyways.

Frisk's P.O.V

I took out my Stained Apron and put it on before dumping the burnt noodles in the bin and cleaned it up. Once cleaned, I went to the cupboards and pulled out a new pack of noodles and a large jar of tomato sauce. I turned to Papyrus, "Okay, Papyrus. You watch me and do the same thing that I do."

"YES HUMAN! RIGHT AWAY HUMAN!" Papyrus saluted, and I giggled at his childish enthusiasm.

"Okay, the first step is filling the pot up with boiling water. And the reason why is because the noodles can't cook properly without hot water, otherwise noodles wouldn't go like, well, noodles," I instructed. "You think you can do that?"

"CAN DO!" He shouted, grabbing the pot and filled it up with hot water. Once filled, he brought it back to the stove top. "IS THIS RIGHT?" I peeked over and saw steam rising and gave him a thumbs up, making him squeak happily.

"Now, the next step is turn on the stove top to HIGH. But not too high, otherwise you'll boiled water everywhere and burnt the pot, that also includes not to burn the house down." I reached over and turned the nob to HIGH and watch the bubbles appeared in the steaming water. "Now, you add salt in the water."

"SALT? WHY SALT?"

"Because this stuff helps to cook the noodles properly. Plus, this helps to stop the noodles from sticking to each other." I explained, sprinkling a small amount of salt in the water, watching them dissolving quicker. "Now, add the noodles..."

"OKAY!" He opened the pack of noodles and before he could shove it in, I stopped him.

"Wait, you need to be careful. Noodles shouldn't be thrown in roughly, you need to take it nice and easy."

"RIIIIGHT." Papyrus drawled, carefully adding the noodles in slowly. "HOW'S THAT?"

"BRILLIANT!" I cheered, and Papyrus was doing his 'victory dance?' Oh well, he's getting there.

"Now, to make the sauce." I continued, as Papyrus grabs another pot from the cupboard while I grabbed out other ingredients for the sauce.

Sans's P.O.V

After watching some boring shows and listening how fun these two are having. It seems that Frisk have finally improve Papyrus's cooking even better. I can't wait until it's done.

"BROTHER, LUNCH IS SERVED!" Papyrus announced, taking the two plates from the kitchen to the living room while Frisk brought her own over. I narrowed my eyes a bit and took the plate before examining. I took a sniff, and... wow, this aroma smells great. I picked up the fork and twirled it around before lifting it, it's all soft and wiggly... eh not bad. Finally, I took a bite and my eyes went wide at the surprise taste.

"SO BROTHER, HOW WAS IT?" Papyrus asked, watching my action. Without hesitation to answer his question, I quickly dig in hungrily like this is the best food I've tasted for a long time. He gasped, and turned to Frisk with a happy smile, "WOWIE! I'VE NEVER SEEN HIM EAT THAT QUICKLY, DID SOMETHING HAPPENED?"

She giggled, "No, you did it. You are qualified as Headmaster Chef Papyrus."

"REALLY?" His eyes sparkled with stars, "YEAH! I DID IT! I DID IT! I DID IT!" He cheered over and over, and quickly ate his spaghetti, surprise on how different it is compared to his own spaghetti. "WOWIE! THIS IS DELICIOUS! THANK YOU SO MUCH, FRISK!"

"No prob, Papyrus." She thanked, sitting next to me and digging into her spaghetti happily.

After eating, Papyrus gathered up our dishes and walked into the kitchen to put in the sink. I licked the sauce of my top teeth and sighed, "Man, that spaghetti was so good. I can't believe that you taught him even better."

"Yep, and the more he does, the edible the food he makes gets better." She replied, leaning her head on my shoulder as I wrapped my arm around her.

"I should thank you for that, you have no idea how long I can survive his food without getting sick." I mentioned.

"Well, glad I could help him." She giggled.

"Say, wanna head back and help me fix the machine?" I asked.

"Sure thing." She jumped off the couch and onto her feet as I got up as well. We walked back to my 'workshop' and I locked the door just so we could work or talk privately.

"Now remember, before we could 'fix' this. I have other information that I need to explain to you. That includes you don't tell anyone or even Papyrus, especially not Papyrus." I stated. "So, before doing so, do you trust me?"

"Of course." She nodded to me, making me smile despite that she's the only one who understands about me more than anyone else. She then frowned, "But... why not him?"

I looked away from her, "It's just that I don't want him to feel the pain, it's feeling, ya know?" I explained, and sighed "Okay, I'll explain... you see, from what Gaster told you was true, except there are pieces still missing in the puzzle. For example; when I work with him along with Alphys, he discovered the most powerful thing in the universe, 'determination'. Then he built a machine, which is not so called DT EXTRACTION MACHINE but a different one before this thing was even invented." He looked at the covered object, "Let me show what it looks like..." He grabbed the cloth and yanked it off. The cloth was settled on the ground and before us was a large computer-like machine. "You see, this machine is powered by determination. It's sort of like a time machine, except instead of going to different times, you go to different timelines."

"What are timelines?" I questioned.

"Oh, timelines are like history in different periods of time, on which where the important events are marked. It can be either the past, present or future." He answered with his knowledge, "Now from the beginning, Gaster was once a pretty curious guy. He had to test everything. So he have himself a bit of determination... he even gave me a small bit, too... and he started jumping from one timeline to another. It was all good fun at first, until one day... Gaster thought to himself what would happen... what would happen if he started killing monsters in the other timelines? How would it affect other timelines?" He began questioning like how will Gaster act like in the past, "And of course, he just had to try it. But I tried to warn him that the more you kill, the more you distance yourself... But he didn't listen to me, he really wanted to find out what happened. Soon enough, he started going through different timelines... killing innocent people."

"He killed them?!" I asked in bewilderment.

"Yep, and his reasoning was, 'it's not in our timeline, so it doesn't matter'." He replied and continued, "But over time, he started to become less sympathetic, it started to distance himself. Then one afternoon, he wanted to go full genocide on another timeline. I had to stop him, it was going too far..." He sighed and spoke, "I... I remember now..."

*FLASHBACK*

I was standing there, watching as Gaster goes over to the time machine to go to another timeline. He was going psycho and I have to do something before this experiment goes the wrong way. Without a second to waste, I warned him. "C'mon, G, this is stupid and you know it. You can't just go to some random timeline and kill everyone in it! That's crazy! Now step away from that damn machine."

"No, Sans, I will NOT!" Gaster shouted, "I must do this, for the sake of science! Besides, it won't affect us, will it? It only affects OTHER timelines! I must find out what happens! Besides, I would never harm anyone in our own timeline! No one!" He began breathing heavily from yelling too much and took some small breaths before continuing softer, "Sans... Don't you trust me?"

*END FLASHBACK*

" 'Don't you trust me'..." I recalled from my memory and focus my attention back on Frisk, "Nah, I couldn't. He was going insane. No way I could trust him." I turned to the broken machine and sighed, "Hopefully, when I bring him back, he won't be mad again."

"Why would he mad at you?" She asked.

"Huh? Oh, well, uh... the thing is..." I stuttered, blushing a bit since this conservation was getting awkward. "After I tried to stop him, Gaster had activated the machine. Just when it was about to take him to another timeline... I quickly used one of my attacks to destroy the machine. This caused the whole thing to go horribly wrong and the timelines fell apart..."

"Gee, that's horrible..." She whispered.

"Yeah, I know. Since the machine doesn't work anymore, he continued on with other experiments and crazy inventions. Since the machine only presumed with determination, he created the DT EXTRACTION MACHINE to absorb determination from a SOUL which is from a human. He was only just getting the machine working while I was in the other room playing with Papyrus who's only a baby. I was about to bring him over to see 'our' dad when he suddenly shoved us back and the beam that was unleashed from the machine took the hit on him. He suddenly corrupted right before our eyes and vanished. Desperately, I took Papyrus away from this place and did the best I can to look after him."

"So what happened next?"

"Well, over years, I went back to the lab and find anything if I can, maybe some way to bring him back. I figure that the time machine may be the only option, so I took the machine to my workshop and since I have no idea to how to repair it, I need the blueprints which I have right now." I continued, pointing at the blueprints on the desk, "Suddenly, I've discovered something on the screen of the machine. There's a new timeline created where Gaster didn't exist, (which is where we currently are.) Perhaps maybe that Gaster is still there, in the old timeline; which I can only guess it is an empty void now." He looked at me with concern, "So basically, it was my fault that he was trapped in the void now. I wouldn't be surprised if he hated me." I inhale air and exhale afterwards, making my way to the machine and set my hand against the controllers, "But with this machine, though... I could bring him back. I've tried to fix this thing so many times. Too many times to count but I've got a good feeling about this attempt." I turned back to my girlfriend, "Babe, do you want to test it with me after we fix this?"

"Sure." She agreed.

"Alright then!" I grabbed my toolbox from behind the machine, "Let's get to work." I set it down beside me and slid the doors aside to locate the wires inside the machine. "We just need to adjust a few things here..."

Frisk walked over and knelt down beside me as well, working together. I used the wire clippers to clip the wires and plugged them into the engine. I told Frisk to check the screen if anything shows up, she says nothing. I tried again and finally she squeaks telling me the screen is on. Grinning, I pulled back and saw the green and red words appearing on the black screen. Smiling, I shut the doors and stood before tapping the buttons to get the machine going.

"Alright, you might want to stay back there." I commanded, pointing at the wall far away from the machine. Frisk obeyed and walked over there and stayed there. "Okay, on a count of 3..." I hovered my finger over the enter button excitedly, waiting for this moment to happen. "3... 2... 1..." After the count, I pressed the button and... 'Huh?' I thought suddenly. "Huh, nothing happened." I murmured, scratching my skull in confusion and groaned "Don't tell me it's still not fixed! I worked so hard this time with your help, and I didn't even fall asleep!" I began to press the button again, nothing happened. I tried again, pressing rapidly. "Come on, work!" I was pressing so many times that my finger was going to go flat. I sighed, giving up. "I guess it ain't-" I was cut off when the room was flood with white light, knocking me and Frisk unconscious.

Frisk's P.O.V

I felt the area cold under my skin, sending shivers down my spine. My eyes fluttered a few times to regain to conscious and I gasped. I quickly looked around and saw nothing but darkness. The sound of the eerie creeps me out despite I was, what, walking the dead. I looked around for Sans but... where is he?

"Sans!" I called out into the darkness but there's no reply except my echo. I was getting more worried but I felt my pants vibrate from it. Looking down at my shorts, I dug my hand into the pocket and pulled out my cellphone before answering.

"Uh, hello?" A familiar spoke out, "Frisk, are you alright, babe?"

"Yeah, I'm okay." I replied, receiving a sigh of relief from him - he must be worried about me.

"Where are you? Are you safe?" He questioned with concern.

"Yeah, I'm safe. I happened to end up in the void." I answered, checking around my surroundings.

"Huh." He seemed to be agreeing with me, "Well, I guess the machine malfunctioned or something... and it sent you somewhere else. It's actually right here next to me..." I heard some shuffling papers and a thick paper moving, "But, uh... there's a bit of a problem."

"What is?"

"I think the machine is, well, broken." He replied. "And I can't fix it."

"Aww..." I whined, feeling uncomfortable and worried about leaving me here in this darkness of eternity.

"But... I'm going to take a wild guess... and assume this is the void."

"So this is it?"

"Yeah, Gaster should be around here somewhere." He continued, "Maybe if he isn't mad and doesn't hate my guts, he can fix it. He was the one who built it, after all. And... ya know, this is a pretty strange void. I would have thought it'll be empty."

"How come?"

"Well, I don't know but you need to look for him." He replied. "You should probably try to look around, too. But be careful, alright? It doesn't look really friendly here. I wouldn't want anything to happen to you. I'd never be able to live myself if you... uh..." He cut off in the chase, "Well, anyway. I'll call every now and then, so listen for your phone, okay?"

"Okay."

"Alright, talk to you soon. Take care, babe."

"Okay, bye."

Afterwards, he hung up and here I am stuck in the void. Fear is crawling up my spine and shivered due to how much it contains to rattle my bones. With determination I had, I began to explore through the darkness.

(Timeskip)

I've been walking here for hours in the darkness for hours and no sign of Gaster. Whatever Sans says was true, he should be here somewhere. I know that he needs help but where is he? I looked and searched but nobody came.

"Frisk?" A voice called out.

"Huh? Who is there?" I asked aloud.

"It's me, Gaster."

"Gaster, where are you?"

"Over here."

I turned around and saw Gaster in the distance. He had a smile on his face. I let out big smile and ran towards him and crashed into a hug, so glad to finally found him.

"Gaster, I'm so glad that I found you."

"Indeed, I've waited for this moment for so long to be rescued." He said, wrapping his slender arms around me and return the hug. I pulled back for a bit and smiled at him.

"Well, that's why I'm here for. Come on, Sans is waiting for you."

"Alright, let's go. I know the way out."

"Huh?" He turned around and pointed at the grey door that's a few feet away from us. "This is it... a way out." Breaking away from the embrace, Gaster took my hand and guide me to the door. He approached the door and grabbed the doorknob, twisted it and pushed it opened until we stepped out into the bright light.

--------------------------------------------------------

"Frisk... Frisk, wake up babe. Are you okay?" I began to hear voices again, and they sounded so familiar. I tried to think who this voice belongs to but nothing came into my mind, "The explosion from the machine threw you against the wall. You've been out cold for an hour..." An hour? Gee, that's long enough to catch some Z's. Wait, is this a dream or something? "C'mon, let's get you up..." I felt a cold hand under my arm and other one behind my back. I felt him pulling me up and grunted, "Geez, this is going to be hard. Hey, G, can you give me a hand here?"

"Hm? Oh, yes!" Another voice answered, "Hold on my hand, Frisk!" I slightly used my hand to reach out until I came in contact with another bony hand but it was larger than Sans. "Up we go!" I felt myself being pulled up slowly by lots of hands, "Take it easy!" Finally, I was standing up onto my feet and I slowly open my eyes to see two skeletons? A short one and a tall one with cracks on its face. I saw them grinning at me. "There you go!"

"Sans? Gaster?" I spoke with a hoarse voice that I coughed a bit to clear my throat. The next thing happened was Sans envelop me into a tight hug.

"Glad you're okay, Frisk. You had me worried!" He said softly.

"It's okay Sans, I'm alright." I replied and pulled back to see Gaster wearing a white turtle-neck sweater under a black coat, black trousers and black shoes. "Gaster, you're here."

"Yes, I am here thanks to you." He replied, smiling.

"Guess what? The machine worked!" Sans bragged, pointing over to the machine working in process, "I still can't believe it worked, but it did! It's amazing!"

"But wait? How did we get out the void?" I questioned

"Void? What void? We never went to a void. You probably just imagining it while you were knock out." He reasoned.

"Even though the void you went to was just a dream. The void IS a real place. I was trapped there for so long... it was painful." Gaster explained. "I was pretty upset at you Sans, but..." He turned to Sans, "After a while I realized that I was the one in the wrong. I'm glad that you fixed the machine with your friend here to bring me back. Thank you, Sans..."

"Don't worry about it, Dad. It's good to have you back." He replied, "...hey, why don't we introduce you to everybody? Sadly they won't remember you, but I'm sure they'll get you know you! Wanna go?"

"I'd love that." Gaster answered. "Shall we go?"

"Sure thing." Sans agreed then he remembered something, "But, you know, there was something I kept telling myself so that I never forget you, Dad."

"Oh? Like what?"

"It's quite really, really. I just keep telling myself 'don't forget'. " He answered.

Then something struck me like a lightning bolt and recalled the scribble picture I found in the drawers with the same message. The two words means for to remember someone important, it makes sense now.

"Oh, by the way, this Frisk here is my girlfriend." He added.

"Oh, really? She does look lovely though, a very beautiful woman indeed." Gaster grinned.

"Hey, don't go flirting with my woman. She's mine." Sans scolded, making his dad laugh.

"I'm just messing with ya son, don't worry." He joked, making Sans blushed in blue in embarrassment.

"Ha ha, very funny." He mumbled.

"Come on, let's go." I told him, intertwine my arms with his who look surprised but smiled at me and walked out of the 'workshop' with Gaster, Sans's Dad, behind us.

My Sayings: Yee-ah! Gaster is back, people!

So there you had it buds, Gaster has came back from the void thanks to Sans and Frisk. Though, it was hard trying to figure the theory on how did W.D Gaster disappeared years ago. I was watching everybody's video on W.D Gaster's theory and still no clue except what people believe or would've investigate with these evidence by his followers. So I give up and use what part I can to create this chapter. So guys, thanks a lot for your support.

Don't forget to leave a VOTE and COMMENT for this chapter.

Peace out Buddies!
