Sorry, but, my headcanon is that Grillby is Fuku's Dad, and incest in a no in my book.

Also, Fuku is in a school uniform in the game, so we can assume she's a minor. While Grillby owns a bar, so we can assume he's an adult. So that would also be pedophilia.
