Backstory: Kona was a young girl when her fake friends pushed her into the hole, with nothing but her boomerang. She encounters Flowey in the ruins. She was naive. Luckily for her, she escaped him and ran blindly into Toriel's home, immediately taking the stairs and exiting the ruins, not getting a chance to meet the nice goat lady. She ends up in snowdin and a few months later, she was known as the underground's party planner, 6 years later, here she is now, a beautiful girl with an amazing girlfriend.

She manages to befriend the boys and they promised to not kill in Undertale. Which is how they became friends.
