Blackberry used to consider himself as a sort of Dark Lord, that is until Nightmare shows up. Blackberry plans on stealing his title back, but instead he becomes an ass, so out of pettiness he joins Nightmare's gang and tries to over throw him. But he learns more about Nightmare and he can't decide to betray him or stay with him.
