Y/n's POV:

I was walking to school with my friend Awaken, (added myself just for fun :P) and I turn around and see Spray Cray. I blushed and hear Awaken snicker "I know you like him, Y/n," I blushed hard, "Is it that obvious?" I asked her and she nodded. "It's okay if you like him, no one's gonna judge ya' Y/n" I look back at him and see him talking to his friends, and soon I received a message and see it was from Palette. I slowly opened it and see his text message.

"Meet us in the cafeteria"

I was confused and looked at Awaken, she looked at me and shrugged. Guess she doesn't know why they asked. So me and Awaken walked in and we see Cil, Quill, Pj, Fresh, Idle, and Palette, I soon saw in bold letters.

SCHOOL DANCE!

I see Awaken walking to the group of skeletons and I soon saw Palette's smile wide "HEY, GUYS!!" and waved his hand back and forth and I started to blush of embarrassed and soon heard the doors open and we all turn around and see Cray, I started to blushing f/c and look away.

"Hey, people!" He put out his permanent smile out which made my heart beat fast. We all talked for awhile and soon saw Palette stand up and we stopped talking and we all looked at the cheerleader. "Do you guys know why you're here?" He had his cheer smile and we all look at each other and looked back to him with a confused face, which cause his smile fade to a frown.

"Didn't PJ tell you?" He asked again and we all shook our head which made him frown again. "I don't even know what's going on." Pj said.

Palette sighed and pointed up and I already knew what he meant. Awaken soon spoke "Cool a sign now can we leave?" I glared at her and so did Palette, "No you can't Awaken, now get my megaphone, please!" She groaned and got up and handed it to him, "WE ARE DOING A SCHOOL DANCE PEOPLE!!!" I felt my ear drums bleed and Awaken was with Palette, so she could be deaf for a while.

"Isn't good if you put the megaphone down, please?" Cil asked "NOPE MY FRIEND!" Palette screamed to the megaphone which made Awaken fall to the floor.

"Asgore, help me" The galactic girl muttered and Cil went up to help her out.  "Thanks, Cil" She thanked. "No problem, Awaken" Cil said and they went back to their seat.

I soon felt someone staring at me but I can't figure it out. "Okay, are you guys in or what?" Palette asked everyone. Everyone looked at each other and looked back at him, they all nodded.

"THANKS GU-" He was interrupted by Awaken taking the megaphone, Palette looked at her and she soon screamed in the megaphone "HOW DOES IT FEEL KNOW?!" Palette was knocked out and everyone looked at Awaken as she was crazy. Which she is.

Awaken looked at the unconscious cheerleader, ¨Are you okay Pal?¨ Palette put up a thumbs up showing he's okay. Awaken helped Palette up and soon we all started to do our jobs.

Soon everyone started to get a job from Palette, which i got party decorations with Fresh and Cray. I was so blushing right now when i heard Cray's name, I soon started to blow the balloons, Fresh with the streamers and Cray with the set up for the band.

"Hey Y/n! A little help?" Cray asked and I shakily nodded and walked up to him, "I thought about, maybe a disco ball what do you think?" I thought about it and nodded of agreement "Sounds cool" I told him and his smile widen with sweetness "Great, ill pick you up to look at the disco balls!" I blushed hard and nodded slowly, "A-Alright.." Cray chuckles "Cool! Just tell me your address and Ill pick you up!"

"O-Okay, its (Your address).." I told him, and he noted it. "Great! See you around 4:45?" I nodded again of agreement. He smiles at me again and I jump down the stage and see Awaken and Fresh with their smirking faces. "Nice, you got asked out." Awaken says with the nerd nodding with agreement, which made my blush go worse "AWAKEN!" I cover my face.

"Come on its alright! We're so proud of you!" Fresh says and Awaken soon puts her thumbs up. This is gonna be a long day. I sigh and went back to work with a huge blush.

I got ready and I'm looking through my phone, I sigh and I soon see a figure walking near me and soon realize it was Cray walking near me and I soon start to blush a light f/c. I see him with a grin on his face, "Hey Y/n!" Cray said which made my heart melt "H-H-Hi Cray.." I said to him. "You ready to go?" He asked me which i responded with a nod. "If i wasn't ready i would of been late." I giggled a bit which made Cray let out a nervously chuckle "O-Oh! Yeah! Hehe" His face turned to pink with a lime green in the middle. Wait is that his blush? Hmmm even if he is, why?

"Alright! Let's go!" Cray said in his happy tone which made me happy more, Cray and I walk around the streets until we found the
place. We went into the store and starting looking for the disco balls. There was huge ones, small ones and even or shinny ones compared to non-shiny but there were all so many, it was pretty hard to choose!

I look and see Cray and he was still blushing but he was looking at a notebook paper that looked crushed. I ignored and probably thought he was looking at something else or a stupid dirty joke might be there. I kept looking until one caught my eyes,

I was amazed, it looked so pretty. I come closer and see the price. $900 ouch that's gotta hurt I sighed and looked at what I got, I have I think enough money. I was about to tell Cray, until I saw him talk to someone else. I looked at him and looked back at the disco ball and just sat down trying to see if I do have enough money. I soon counted that I had $822, which I sighed and calculated how much money I needed left. I just needed $78.

I soon see Cray, walking back which he soon asked "So, did you find one?" I nodded and showed him the disco ball. He was amazed and nodded of agreement, "I only have $822, I just needed $78 more. Sorry," I told him which he looked at me "Hey, don't be sorry it's fine! I have enough for it." He smiled and made me blush he took out his wallet and took $79 I looked at him and he said "For taxes" and I understood.

We both, soon bought the disco ball and soon had to carry it both. But it was fine, we both got to school, it was still open and we both went to the gym and went to put it on. I grabbed the ladder and put it where he thought it would be good, I climbed up the ladders after I won for who goes up. Soon after I hanged the disco ball, I soon felt my balance betraying me and I soon fell which I thought I was on the ground until I felt myself in air and see Cray holding me. I was amazed and looked at him and he looked so worried, but I soon realized he's carrying me. My cheeks starts to blush a deep f/c blush.

"Oh my gosh, are you okay?" Cray said in a worried tone and I nodded, he soon pulled me to a hug, "I wouldn't forgive myself if you got hurt! I'm glad your okay" He was worried? I soon realized that he was hugging me too long which I was suppose to hug back? I wrapped my hands around his waste and stayed like this for a while. It was quiet and calm, that's great no ones here to see this.

"U-Um.. Hey Y/n..?" Cray broke the silence "Y-Y-Yeah C-Cray?" I stuttered and looked at him and he started to blush again, "I-I wanted to..to ask y-you something.." I looked at him more "Yeah-h..?" I kept on stuttering and blushing hard "W-Would.. wouldyougooutwithme?" I looked at him confused "C-Can you repeat that, please?" I asked him and he gulped.

"Will.. will you g-go out with me?" He said, finally calmed down and I started to blush massive. "Y-Yes! I would l-love to!" I said and he looked at me excited "Really?!" He said with the handsome smile and I smiled more. "Yep!" I chirped and kissed his cheek.

He blushed but he still didn't stop smiling, "That means you'll go to the dance with me?" I nodded and he chuckled. "Alright, I'll pick you up at 5:40?" He asked and I nodded again. "S-Sure!"

We soon walked and left to our houses, I was amazed that he asked me out. I ran up to my room and squealed and so happy I was and right away fell backwards on my bed. While I was daydreaming I forgot I don't have a dress. SHIT!

How can I not have a dress!?! Holy! I quickly checked my closet and saw no dresses but the short ones and I didn't like to reveal myself. I quickly texted Awaken, for help. Cause why not?

Y/n: Awaken!!! Help me!!!

Awaken: What? I'm trying to sleep?

Y/n: Your not trying to sleep 😒

Awaken: I know! :P so what's up?

Y/n: Soooo, you know that Cray asked me to go with him to the store right?

Awaken: Yeah?

Y/n: He asked me to prom!!

Awaken: Oh my flip! For real!?

Y/n: Yeah!!

Awaken: YASS!! LET (Your shipping name) sail!!

Y/n: But I don't have a prom dress.

Awaken: For real!? I'm picking you up!

Y/n: Awaken its fucking 6:34, my parents might not let me!

Awaken: Already here!

Y/n: You never listen do you?

Awaken: Nope! Now hurry up!

Y/n: Alright Alright!! Jeez hold up!

I turn off my phone and quickly checked on my window and see Awaken next to my window and she was looking at her phone and soon saw me and started to smile wide. "You see? It didn't take you long enough to come!" She said and I sighed "Again, you never listen?" The purple girl shook her head, I laughed and she looked at me. "Ready?" I look at her and looked at my door. I'm a really gonna do this? "Yes, yes you are. Now hurry up!" She grabbed my hand and we jumped out the window.

The Dance:

"Awaken! Thank you so much!" I looked amazed with the (f/c) dress her grandma made "No problem!" She smiled and her grandma grabbed a flower hair clips and has it on my favorite color! A (dark/light) (F/c)! I was amazed that she would let me borrow one of her dress.  I spin around and almost trip until Awaken catches me "Be careful! You don't want to get hurt!" I nodded with s huge smile on my face, and soon we hear knock on the door and I go get it and see Cray is there with a suit which he looked so handsome on it making me blush.

He had roses on his hand and he blushed when he saw me and I smiled "Hey.." Cray was still blushing but he smiled "Hey, you look gorgeous!" I blush more and smiled more softly at him "Thank you" I turn around and see Awaken nodding to go with him, she had a black dress with sleeves which I know she's coming. I went with him and close the door "Ready?" I asked him and he nodded and slipped a flower bracelet through my hand and we both walk to the school.

While we went inside and danced, every couple danced and if the people weren't with anyone they would dance with their friends. I really had an amazing time with Cray, he was so nice. While we were dancing he pulled me outside to the blossom tree and we sat their until Cray stood up sticking his hand out wanting me to stand up with him and I accepted and I stood up, he pulled his boney lips with mine and I kissed back. This was my first kiss, and it was magical.

We pulled away and he placed his hand on my cheek "I love you Y/n" I smiled and grabbed the hand that was on my cheek "I love you too Cray" He smiled and we went back to the dance.
