It was prom night. You, of course, had gone alone. You sat by the food, watching the other people dance. A very upbeat song that was playing ended and was replaced by a song you knew: Can't Help Falling in Love. It was kinda a slow song, and made you feel worse about not having a date. Then, someone came up to you and held out their hand.

Wise men say only fools rush in

It was Frisk, a boy you knew, and had a crush on.

But I can't help falling in love with you

"Wanna dance?" he asked. You of course said yes and you both stepped onto the dance floor.

Oh shall I stay?

You smiled. Frisk was a great dancer. You wondered how, since he never took any classes that you knew of.

Would it be a sin?

Frisk smiled at you and you couldn't help but smile back.

If I can't help falling in love with you.

It was a dream come true. You were dancing with your crush. On prom night.

Like a river flows, surely to the sea.

You glided along the dance floor with ease. It seemed as though you were the only two people in the world.

Darling so it goes, some things are meant to be.

At the end of the song, Frisk leaned down to give you small kiss, making you blush.

So take my hand

When the dance was over, Frisk walked you home. On the way, he asked for you to be his girlfriend.

Take my whole life too

You blushed and nodded. He smiled and held your hand the whole walk.

Years later, you were still together. You were taking a vacation at the beach. That night, you had a bonfire. Frisk pulled out his guitar.

He began to play and sing the same song that you had danced to at prom.

Darling so it goes, some things are meant to be

He finished the song and bent down on one knee, taking your hand in his.

So take my hand

"Y/N," he began, "these past few years have been amazing. I couldn't ask for a better girlfriend. I love you, and I wish to spend eternity with you. So, would you make me the happiest man alive and be my wife?"

You were shocked, yet amazed, and happy. You nodded, tears rolling down your face. "Yes," you said, "I would love to marry you Frisk."

And you did get married, 2 years later, on the same beach Frisk proposed to you on. It was the happiest day of your life.

You bought a nice house together and had a few children. You had your ups and downs, but you were happy.

Falling in love

Frisk's monster friends would even come visit from time to time. You were one big happy family.
