Sans: *bangs skull against wall* why this?

Pika: *rolls eyes* Shut it Sans. I like the AUs. Especially AUs of you cause they're pretty cool.

Sans: not as cool as me right?

Pika: sure Sans, if it floats your boat. Your skeletons cooler than the AUs.

Sans: was that sarcasm?

Pika: *shakes head* no, it's tiredness. It's like 2 in the morning and I can't fall asleep though I want to.

Sans: *winces* ouch, tough kiddo.

Pika: *nods* yeah. So everyone enjoy this please!

You and Flowey walked through the forest, shivering slightly at the cold. You had a (F/C) jacket on, along with a pair of jeans and black snow boots. They weren't exactly the best in the snow though so you were still cold, it was better than nothing though.

The two of you had just left the ruins and personally, you would rather go back to that crazy goat woman Toriel (this is Underfell people, Underfell!Toriel is crazy) than be out in this cold. Unfortunately though, you had to move on so you could leave the underground.

"(Y/N)? Are you okay?" Flowey asked you from his spot on your arm and you nodded as you pulled your hood over your head to stop the snow from falling on your head.

"Just fine Flowey. Let's hurry through this forest so we can get somewhere warmer though." You told the flower and he nodded.

Passing over a large branch on the path, you saw a large fence on the bridge ahead. Your eyebrows narrowed in confusion as you looked at it. That's weird.

A snap sounded behind you and you turned to see the large branch snapped in two. Your eyes widen as you turned and started running towards the fenced bridge.

Hearing footsteps behind you two made you run faster. Once you reached the fence, you quickly climbed over to the top and landed on the other side. Turning, you yelped as you saw a short skeleton in front of you. Well, he was actually the same height as you.

The skeleton was wearing a black turtleneck covered by a black and red hoodie. He wore black basketball shorts and tennis shoes as well. He seemed to be sweating and slightly out of breath.

"Damn, you run fast for a human." He said, snapping you out of your thoughts. You rolled your eyes at him. You were a bit sassy after all.

"It's called you sacred me shitless back there, of course I'm going to run fast. I don't exactly want to die yet buddy." You snapped and he looked at you in slight shock before smirking, showing off his sharp teeth, one was even golden.

He held out a hand towards you. "Names Sans, Sans the skeleton but you can call me Sans." He told you and you nodded as you shook his hand, being careful of the joy buzzer you noticed in his hand.

"(Y/N). (Y/N) the human but I suppose I can let you call me (Y/N). Nice try on the joy buzzer by the way." You told him and smirked as he looked at you in surprise before taking his hand away.

"You certainly are different from other humans. Tell you what, hide in my station while my bro comes to check to see if I'm working. I think I can be nice enough not to kill you... not yet at least." He told you and you nodded before hiding in the guard post.

Sans seemed to not get along with his brother, as you heard. You didn't dare peek, in case Sans' brother saw you. The skeleton also seemed a lot meaner than when you were talking to him. Why would he be soft to you though? You were a human, something everyone down here, except Flowey, hated and despised for taking away their above ground freedom and soon after taking their prince.

Once Papyrus, Sans' brother, left, Sans took you through a shortcut to the end of town.

"See you around (Y/N). This is the most dangerous town for humans so I would suggest not even trying to go through. See ya." He said and before you could answer, Sans vanished. You frowned and looked at Flowey, who was as confused as you.

_time skip_

You knew Sans told you not to go through Snowdin but Toriel had called and literally begged you to visit. You couldn't say no and decided to go, despite Flowey's pleas.

A tall skeleton was at Sans' post and you knew it probably was his brother, Papyrus. You needed to sneak by since this skeleton was a human killing fanatic. It wouldn't be good if he saw you.

Walking around the edge of the woods, you quickly got pass and climbed the fence. You sprinted to the ruin's door and was greeted by Toriel waiting for you with a big smile. You smiled back and even Flowey smiled a little. It was nice.

_another time skip_

Now you had to sneak all the way back to Hotland. Really, you just had to go meet the river person, who was the only kind person really and would take you back to Hotland free of charge. Though, you had to make it through Snowdin to do that. You hadn't seen Sans yet and you didn't know if that was a good thing or not.

"A HUMAN?!" A loud voice called and you turned to see Papyrus running towards you. You and Flowey gasped slightly before sprinting into town, making monsters gasp at you. You were going to wait until night to go through town but being seen before then didn't exactly cross your mind.

You spotted Sans coming out of a building and his eye sockets widen slightly at the sight of you and you raced to the river towards the river person.

You yelped in alarm as an orange light surrounded you and threw you into a snow bank. "(Y/N)!" Flowey cried as you shivered slightly at the snow that went into your shirt. Looking, you saw Papyrus coming towards you.

"Damnit. Flowey, we have a boney problem now." You said quietly and Flowey rolled his eyes at your joke.

"This isn't a time to be joking (Y/N)!" He whispered as he readied to throw pellets if you were attacked.

Suddenly, Sans appeared behind you, somehow out of sight of Papyrus, who was creeping closer now. "One shortcut coming right up." He whispered to you before you were suddenly at the river in front of the river person. Sans was beside you and turned you to look at him, rage literally in his eyes. Like no joke, both of his eyes were on fire instead of one whenever he uses magic.

"What were you thinking kid?! I told you not to come here!" He yelled at you as you pulled out of his grip.

"It's called I had made a promise to someone to visit and had to come through here to make that promise! Don't yell at me for that!" You yelled back and he growled before suddenly slamming his teeth into your lips. Your eyes widen slightly as he pulled away as suddenly as he kissed you.

"Damnit! I lost you last time line (Y/N)! I'm not losing you again to my brother!" He yelled and your eyes widened even further as memories started coming back.

"I'm not that much of an idiot Sans! Trust me for once!" You said before turning away from him and walking to the river person. They gave you a smile from under their hood as they quickly took you back to Hotland. Sans stared at you in shock as you rode away.

_another time skip cause I'm tired and lazy_

You were going through the judgement hall. Since you and Sans had that argument, you haven't seen him once. It was strange and personally it gave you a bad feeling.

You saw Sans at the end of the hallway and he glared at you and Flowey. "Hello (Y/N). Been a while, hasn't it." He said. You nodded as he was suddenly in front of you.

"Do you remember the past time lines now?" He asked and again you nodded. Flowey even remembered some of them and you were glad for that. You had someone else to talk to them about.

"So you know how to break the barrier now?" He asked again and you nodded, getting frustrated.

"Got enough healing items just in case?" He asked and you nodded.

"Sans! I will be just fine! Trust me for once! You never did before so fucking do it now!" You yelled, letting your frustration get to you. Sans looked at you in surprise before chuckling.

"Always my Sassy (Y/N). Well, see you in like 15 minutes then." He said and you nodded before Sans teleported away.

_final time skip!_

You watched as Asgore, Toriel, Papyrus, Undyne, and Alphys all argued as Flowey went after the souls and Sans stood by you watching. It was really funny actually.

"So... I'm sorry for yelling at you back at the river." Sans said silently and you looked at him in surprise. He's never apologize before.

"Yeah well. I guess I can forgive you. After all, kinda in love with you." You teased and he smiled at you. Suddenly, Flowey came back and temporary sucked up all of the monsters souls to break the barrier. Once he let them free though, apparently the human souls turned him back to his past form, the prince Asriel. Toriel and Asgore had been happy about that and thanked you a bunch. Asriel had given you a hug as well.

Everyone stopped trying to kill you since you broke the barrier, though Asriel did technically but they didn't need to know that, you ended up dating Sans and moving in with the brothers and you lived happily ever after.
