You and Sans have been dating for two years now and life couldn't be better. He often came to your work nowadays and hung out and told you jokes while you were working. Now, whenever you stay the night at the skelebros' house, you slept in Sans' room with him instead on the couch.

Though, this week hadn't exactly been a good one. Sans had been avoiding you. He didn't visit you, whenever you ran into him he quickly excused himself before running off. You had tried his house twice and Papyrus had told you he didn't know where the skeleton was or why he was avoiding you.

It honestly scared you, what if he didn't like you anymore? What if he was planning on breaking up? These thoughts were constantly on your mind as you finished work for the day.

"Bye Boss!" You called as you left work. He didn't answer but you were fine with that, it was normal. Your phone beeped, signaling a new message, and you quickly took it out to look.

Hey, wanna go out tonight? - Sans

You looked at it in surprise, checking the number to make sure it was actually Sans. Really?! After not talking to you in a month he just texts you and acts like everything is normal?!

Sure thing. What time do you want me over?

You weren't going to pass up the opportunity, no matter if you were mad at him or not.

I'll come and pick you up from your house K? Dress fancy. I'll be there at six. - Sans

You quickly checked the time, four, you should have time to get ready.

Okay. See you later.

It didn't take long to reach your house and you quickly started to get ready. You took a quick shower before getting dressed in a light blue dress that went to your knees and black one inch heels.

It didn't take long for six to arrive and you were in your room when you heard your bonefriend arrive downstairs. "(Y/N)! You ready?!" Sans called.

"Yeah! Give me a second!" You called back before leaving your room and walking downstairs. He looked at you and blushed blue.

"You look bootiful." He told you as Sans took your hand in his. He was wearing a suit, which was surprising.

"And you look handsome. Mind telling me where we're going?" You asked as he held you out of your house.

"Nah, it's a secret. Close your eyes." He told you and you nodded before closing your eyes. Feeling the familiar feeling of teleporting, you sucked in a breath. Soon it was over and you opened your eyes to see the two of you in front of MTT restaurant.

"Follow me milady." Sans said jokingly and you giggled before taking his hand again and him leading you inside.

The two of you walked inside and sat at a table towards the back. Sans grinned at you as the two of you sat down. He leaned against the table and put his skull in his hands as Sans looked at you.

"So, how's your day been?" He asked and you raised an eyebrow. Sans hasn't talked or visited you all week and he acts like nothing happened?! Well actually that's just like him. Didn't make you any less mad though.

"What, other than the fact that my bonefriend has been avoiding me all week then all of the sudden asks me out on a date? Fine, just peachy." You answered and he winced slightly.

Rubbing the back of his skull, Sans blushed. "Uh, sorry about that. I was busy all week with something." He told you. You stared at him for a minute.

"What?" You asked curiously. Sans grinned and winked at you.

"I'll tell you after dinner okay? I have somewhere else to talk you." He told you and you nodded, a bit suspicious. You probably should lighten the mood a bit though.

"What do skeletons order at restaurants?" You asked with a grin, Sans grinned back, knowing the joke well even though it always got to him.

"What?" He asked back.

"Spare ribs!" You answered and it started a round of laughs from the both of you.

Once the two of you finished dinner, you left the restaurant. The two of you had cracked jokes the whole time during dinner and you almost forgot that Sans hadn't told you why he ignored you all week, almost.

"Sans, now will you tell me? While it may not get under your skin, it's getting under mine!" You said and he chuckled and nodded as the two of you walked through the wishing cave.

"Sure. Close your eyes for a second, no peeking." Sans answered and you nodded before closing your eyes. He let go of your hand and moved somewhere, making you wonder what he was doing. "You can open them now (Y/N)." He called and you nodded before opening your eyes and gasping.

Sans was kneeling before you with a ring in his hand. "Hehe, surprised? (Y/N), You are by far the funniest girl I have ever met and I don't know what I would do without you. My world would be so bonely without you. You certainly have my skeleton heart and I wouldn't give it to anyone else. Gosh, this sounds weird coming out of my skull but... (Y/N)... Will you make this bonehead the happiest skeleton dead or alive and marry me?" He asked and tears appeared in your eyes before you nodded and threw your arms around Sans.

"Omg Sans YES! A MILLION TIMES YES!" You yelled as tears escaped your eyes. He grinned and pulled you away slightly before putting the ring on your finger and pressing his teeth to your lips in his own version of a kiss. You pressed back slightly before pulling away and smiling.

"Love you Sansy." You said with a smile. He smiled back and held you close.

"Bone you too (Y/N)." He answered before pressing his teeth against your lips again.
