FRISK
•~•~•~•~•~•

Frisk listened in carefully at Chara's story. She asked about why she and Asriel had similar sweaters and that her own style of clothing seems to match Chara's. Exception for their sweater's colors of course. Chara began explaining, and in the same time, munching on her cinnamon roll.

"So... Yeah. That's how it went." Chara said, in between munches. Frisk giggled. Monster Kid leaned at her tray and looked down at her untouched spider cider.

"Are you gonna drink that?" He asked. Asriel pulled Monster Kid roughly back on his seat. "KID! YOU CAN'T JUST ASK HER IF SHE'S GONNA DRINK CIDER!" Asriel scolded. Monster Kid tilted his head. "Why not?"

"B-because...! U-uh... It's... RUDE! And... NONE OF YOUR BUSINESS!" Asriel said. Suddenly, Frisk's giggle caught his attention. "Sorry, It's just.." Frisk paused to sit straight. "Thank you. For... your consideration." Frisk said, looking at Asriel. Asriel blushed. "Err... N-no problem!" He stuttered. Chara smirked at his brother and gazed at the two.

"But... It's fine if Kid asked the question! It doesn't bother me." Frisk said. Asriel bit his cheek in embarrassment. "So... Are you gonna drink that? Because, if you won't... Can I have it?" Kid asked. Asriel tried to contain his annoyance. Chara cracked up laughing.

"N-no! It's fine... I-I'll drink it." Frisk said. She took the cup and gently drank the cider.

She set the empty cup down. Before she could swallow the cider inside her mouth, she felt something tickle her jaw. Since her mouth is full, she can't just open her mouth just like that. Or she'll end up spitting the cider and make fun of herself.

Frisk ignored the movement from inside her mouth, but she didn't swallow the cider. She waited, then the tickles came back.

This time, the tickles started moving around her jaw. And an unusual flavor bursted through her tongue. She tried to keep a straight face. Suddenly, her face is about to turn green.

"Frisk? Are... you alright?" Asriel asked in concern. Frisk nodded, then the tickles came back. This time, it almost made her spit.

"Are you sure? You're getting green." Chara said. Frisk nodded and mustered a smile. The bad flavor bursted more, causing her to blow up her cheeks and contain the tickles she's getting. Until, she can't take it no more.

She puked the whole thing out, and the cafeteria started screaming and laughing. The cider scattered on the table, and some ended up trickling down at Frisk's sweater.

The tickles stopped, and she tried to catch some breath. After heaving, she looked down at her sweater in disgust.

"Frisk? Wha-?" Chara said. When she saw the cider all over the table, she cupped her mouth and stared at it.

Asriel and Kid already stood up, avoiding the table as much as possible. Frisk sat there, dazed.

Suddenly, something black caught her eye. She looked for the source of the flavor and tickles when suddenly, she looked down at her tray, only to spot a hairy black spider, looking up at her.

"EEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!" She screeched. She stood up immediatley, edging away from the spider. It waved at Frisk, and it started moving it's jaws in a very wierd way. As if it was talking to Frisk.
Frisk didn't understand what it was saying, since it was a spider.

The cafeteria cracked up laughing, pointing at Frisk. The others were taking out their phones, taking videos and pictures of the event.

"WHAT? WHAT IS IT?" Chara asked, swinging her head to look for the answer. Frisk pointed a shivering finger at the spider, and Chara looked down at where she was pointing.

Chara gasped and edged backwards. "OH MY GOD." She said. The cafeteria laughed harder.

Frisk covered her face in embarrassment. Feeling ashamed at how the whole cafeteria is acting. Monster Kid, Chara and Asriel led Frisk towards the door, so the embarrassment will stop. The crowd parted, making way for Frisk. But they are still laughing and pointing at her, meaning they just parted only to avoid the stench of her spider-smelled cider all over herself.

Asriel and Kid stayed silent, but Chara scolded everyone for laughing and told them to forget about the whole thing. She even took someone's phone just so the person can stop taking videos of Frisk.

Frisk, Asriel, Kid and Chara exited the cafeteria. Frisk looked down at her now purple stained sweater and sighed. Chara gave Frisk a pat on the back and took her hand. "Come on. I'll take you to the girl's restroom." She said. Frisk wiped the remaining cider on her lips and turned to face Chara. "B-but... History class.." Frisk winced. Chara rolled her eyes and tugged her arm. "You can't go to class like THAT." She said, pointing at her purple stained sweater. Frisk felt the tears coming back.

Chara noticed Frisk's expression and shushed her. "Sorry, I'm just concerned." She whispered. Frisk stopped the tears from flooding and she tried to smile.

Chara craned her neck to see what's behind her. "Come on. Let's just get a spare shirt on the way to class." She said. Frisk slowly nodded, staring at the ground.

Chara looked at Asriel then at Kid. "I'll catch up." She said. Asriel gave her a sturn nod, and led Monster Kid towards their next class.

Chara tugged at Frisk's arm and began running towards the nearest girl's restroom, with Frisk following behind her.

<LE TIMESKIP>

Frisk looked up at the tv screen, watching a video of herself puking cider back at the cafeteria. The laughs echoed in the footage, which grabbed everyone's attention to the monitor. The crowd laughed once again, pointing at Frisk and at herself in the monitor. Frisk kept her head low and sighed.

"Oh my~ Who put the spider in the cider~?" The square-shaped robot asked. The crowd laughed harder.

"Shut your dirty mouths." Chara muttered, glaring daggers at the monsters surrounding them. Frisk found it nice of her to protect her around the monsters. But she didn't want Chara to start a fight because of her embarrassment.

"Anyways, That's all for today's news! Mettaton, out!" The robot said, giving a last wave. Then the screens went black.

Several parted from the crowd for the show just ended. But it didn't stop them from giving Frisk giggles and whispers. Frisk sighed.

Chara gave her a pat on the back, but it didn't improve Frisk's feelings one bit. Noticing that Frisk doesn't feel any encouragement, she laid her arm down and stayed silent.

Suddeny, a voice echoed through the corridor.

"SQUEE!!! EVERYONE!!' THE DORM SCHEDULE IS NOW BEING POSTED IN THE BULLETIN BOARD!!!" The voice shouted. The voice grew louder and out of the crowd, popped a crocodile with blonde curly twigs and lipstick on. She has a wierd sense of fashion, and she's filled with the color pink. Behind her is a cat, shorter than the crocodile herself. She has black bangs with blue highlights and she's wearing over-alls.

The cat followed the crocodile, spreading the same word. "THE DORM SCHEDULE IS BEING POSTED RIGHT NOW!!! SO LIKE, GO CHECK IT OUT!" The cat shouted. "HEY EVERYONE!!! BETTER SEE THE SCHEDULE BEFORE THE CROWD DOES!!" The crocodile added.

Frisk titled her head. "Dorm schedules...?" She asked. "That's where you know who's your dorm partner is! Come on!" Chara said, leading Frisk towards the bulletin board.

The crowd made it before Chara and the others did, so they squeezed through students and gaps and finally reached the board right beside the principal's office.

A man from the staff is now stapling the last few papers in the board. He finished stapling the last corner of the page and he slid the bulletin's glass door shut.

He turned to escape the crowd and they drew nearer towards the board, hoping to see their name in the paper and curious about their dorm mate.

"Hey! Watch it! I want to see!" Chara shouted. She seems to be talking to a dinosaur like creature, wearing a hat and vest. It took off his hat and did a small curtsy. "Oh! I-I'm so sorry, Chara. I-I was just trying to squeeze through... Just so I can see my name and-"

"So sorry my face!" She said. The dinosaur gasped and walked away. "O-oh... Well... I'm sorry to bother you." He said. Chara rolled her eyes and tried to squeeze in.

Most of the students parted from the crowd, others are contented while others aren't.

"EEEE!!!! Bratty, Guess what~?" The cat from earlier said. "What?" The crocodile (who's actually Bratty), asked. The cat started squealing, her tail wooshing excitedly. "You're... My... ROOMIE!!!" She shouted. They both squealed, tackling themselves into a tight hug. "Oh my gosh! That's totes great, Catty!" Bratty said. Catty nodded.

Frisk was outside the crowd, watching as Chara, Asriel and Kid squeeze through. She took a deep breathe and plunged in the crowd.

The crowd stayed silent, and soon they stopped moving. The other students made way for Frisk, making it easier for her to walk towards the bulletin board. The students are probably still avoiding her for what happened at lunch. Thinking that she might puke again and stain their clothes.

Frisk sighed. But at least she made it to the front. She looked up at the several pages stapled in the board. She scanned each looking for her name.

Finally, she found her name at the last page and she scanned the remaining bits of information.

53. Frisk          Flowey     Room 203

Flowey? Who's Flowey? She asked to herself. She scanned the crowd, hoping to find somebody who looks accurate to the name. "Does anybody know who Flowey is?" She asked. The crowd stayed silent, and they didn't answer. Frisk frowned. They probably still think she's a loser because of what happened. Honestly, how long can monsters move on to something like that?

"Out of the way!" A squeaky voice yelled.

(PLAY THE MUSIC! 🔊)

The crowd seperated, making way for what looked like a big dog wearing the school jacket, and is holding a flower pot.

There on top of the pot is a flower, with yellow petals and healthy leaves. It glared at the students, which made them make way for the dog and the flower itself. Frisk jerked back, startled when the flower peered into her eyes. The dog stopped in front of the board, and the flower leaned closer to the glass, looking for his name. The flower stopped when he noticed himself in the last page. "Alright. Who's Frisk?" He asked. The crowd stayed silent.

"I said WHO'S FRISK?" The flower asked in a deep voice. Others began shivering in fear, avoiding eye contact.

"I am." Frisk said. She raised her arm overhead so the flower can take a look at her. The flower paused to stare at her for a few seconds and he looked up at the dog. "Is THIS the best you can come up with?" He asked. The dog shook his head. The flower growled and he leaned to look at Asgore, who's behind Frisk.

"ARE YOU SERIOUS?" He asked. Asgore nodded. " 'Fraid so." He answered. The flower scoffed. "CAN YOU AT LEAST SIGN ME UP FOR A ROOM REASSIGNMENT?" He asked. His voice just seemed to be loud, but he isn't yelling.

Asgore sighed. "Dad said you weren't allowed for a room reassignment, because it's just the beginning of school. Room reassignments will only be open by the next 2 months." He said. "TWO MONTHS?!?" The flower repeated. He turned to look at Frisk, then he narrowed his eyes.

"YOU CAN'T GIVE ME TO THE NEW GIRL!" He shouted, leaning at Asgore. "SHE DOESN'T KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT ME. NOR THE RESPONSIBILITY SHE'LL BE HAVING. AND WORST OF ALL, SHE'S EMBARRASSING. IT'L CHANGE MY IMAGE IN THIS SCHOOL."

The flower's words stung, but Frisk kept her face straight.

Asgore raised an eyebrow at Flowey, not even showing any fear or annoyance. He scoffed, but still smiling. "I'm afraid you'll have to wait for 2 months. For now, Frisk will be taking care of you. And she'll take you to your classes, to lunch, and most importantly, assist you in your needs." Asgore answered.

The flower growled, and faced Frisk with burning eyes.

"I WON'T ALLOW IT. AND YOU CAN'T MAKE ME." He growled at Asgore. Asgore raised an eyebrow, his expression not changing.

"GREATER DOG! TAKE ME TO HISTORY. NOW!!!" The flower ordered. The dog nodded, and walked towards the other corridor.

The crowd watched as he disappeared down the hall. They parted, leaving only Frisk and Chara in front of the board.

(Okay. You can stop the music now. 😋)

"Is Flowey really that rude?" Frisk asked. Chara nodded. "He doesn't have a soul. That's why he doesn't care about other's feelings. Nor he can't feel his." She answered. Frisk gasped.

"So... He can't feel anything? Not love? Sadness?" She asked. Chara nodded. "Yeah."

Frisk stared at the ground. She felt bad for the flower... But hopefully, things would turn better and maybe they can work this out.

Frisk shook the thought away and walked towards Math, while Chara walked towards the opposite direction.
