Your pov

You exited mettaton's hotel. You need to go and do some shopping. Your running out of food and even if you are a skeleton, ya still need to eat. You went to the river person. "Tra la la~ hello there (y/n)! Where do you want to go today?" "To Snowdin please!" You hopped on as the boat goes. You sat down and looked at your reflection.

(What you look like. It's not the best example but... Meh)

You smiled. "Tra la la~ eat a mushroom everyday~" you tilted your head in confusion. "Why? So I know that you are listening to me." You came back to your sitting position and hummed with the river person.

You finally arrived. You hopped off. "Tra la la~ come again sometime (y/n)!" River person said and went off to probably pick up some more monsters. You walked to the store, greeting a few monsters on the way. You hummed as you entered the shop. "Hello there fellow monster! What can I get for ya?" "Can I please get some milk,carrots,flour,oil,eggs,fish and sugar?" "Sure. Wait here" the bunny said as she went to the back. You sat on a chair and waited. .... "Here ya go!" She said and handed you the items. You put them all in the bag you are carrying. "That'll be 26g please" you paid and waved goodbye, your tail swishing side to side. You looked outside and you saw the monsters gone. Huh? You walked back to the river person. Oh right, he wasn't there. Just then, a small gush of wind blew as you stumbled. A snowstorm? Great... You walked, your teeth chattering,your tail and other arm wrapped around you and your ears were laying flat on your skull. You trudged through the snow, the storm getting worse. Another strong gush of wind knocked you over. The snow rained furiously as you tried to stand up. You can't. Your foot is stuck in a root of a tree and you can't get it out. Even if you are a skeleton, you can still feel cold. Logic right? You panted as you tried your hardest to get your foot free. Your vision was getting covered by black spots. You fainted.

Sans's pov

I looked at the window. The snow storm was raging. Papyrus really wanted to go and look for humans but this storm hits. He was disappointed but he smiled and made some spaghetti anyways. I saw a figure walking. Why are they outside? Shouldn't they stay on their house? The figure collapsed. I watched as they struggled and then stopped.  Did they faint? Well, the snowstorm IS strong. I sighed. They must be cold. I went outside. I narrowed my eyesockets to see through the fog. I saw the figure shivering. I went over to them. They are a skeleton cat? Huh. Never seen those before. They were carrying a bag full of groceries. I tried to carry them but they were stuck. I saw the root and carefully destroyed it with a bone. I carried them and stumbled back home. I opened the door and quickly shut it. "SANS! DID YOU GO OUTSIDE? YOU KNOW THAT IT IS DANGEROUS!" I set the skeleton on the couch. I finally notice that they were a girl. "SANS W- OH!" papyrus saw her and ran upstairs and came back with a blanket. He draped it over her. "THIS POOR MONSTER! THEY MUST BE FREEZING! I WILL WARM THEM UP WITH THE GREAT PAPYRUS'S SPAGHETTI WHEN THEY WAKE UP!" he said and ran back to the kitchen. I sat down at an empty spot on the couch. This is different. I haven't seen her in any of the timelines before. I sighed and watched the pink and black bolts dance in the TV while paps cooks his spaghetti.

Temskip....

Your pov

You grunted. You felt yourself laying on something soft. You nuzzled and realized that it was a pillow. You opened your eyesockets closing them again due to the bright light. You sat up while rubbing your eyes. You opened them to see a living room. "Heya kiddo." You squeaked. Your tail and ears were up. You got off the couch, summoning a bone in hand and pointing it at the one who spoke. "Thats not how you greet the one who saved you from the snowstorm. Shake my hand." The skeleton said and stuck out his hand. You were cautious as you looked at him warily which he didn't really care about. You shook his hand.

PFFFFFFFFFFFFFFTTTTT....

You jumped at the sudden sound, ears perking up but you giggled anyway. "Hehehe... The whoopee cushion in the hand trick. Never seem to fail. Name's sans, you?" "I'm (y/n)." His smile widened a bit. "Say, I haven't seen you around here before." You told him the story of how you got here.

Flashback

The war was over. Humans pushed monsters underground while you ran away and hid in the forest, wearing a cloak. You weren't really a skeleton on that day. You were a cat monster. You didn't really last too long in the surface. A couple of months later, the humans found out about you and chased you to Mt. Ebbot. When you were in a cave, a human pushed you in but you ended up bringing them along. You fell on buttercups. You quickly stood up and ran. The human chased after you with a crazed smile. You ran and ran. You got into a dead end. The human went in front of you and killed you. They were really enjoying your screams. They left you to bleed but was soon killed. When that was happening, alphys found you. She carried you to the lab and injected you with determination with some other fallen monsters. You all survived. As time passed, you were feeling more and more weird and weak. She was getting worried. A few more weeks later, you were all melting. Alphys was shocked and scared. They all formed and turned into amalgamates. You though, your skin and organs were the only things that melted. Since you were so determined to live, you lived as a skeleton. Alphys injected you with more determination, the other determination has served as your power. Alphys was really shocked as you thanked her for reviving you. She smiled. She at least got one successful experiment. After a few check-ups, she let go of you and you lived life as normal.

Flashback end...

You almost puked as you remembered you melting. In the middle of your story, papyrus listened too. Sans introduced him. "Geez, that was brutal." "YES, NO BODY DESERVES TO EXPERIENCE THAT!" "Nah, it's okay. Besides, it's in the past." Humans are such vile creatures. You thought. It was silent-"SO (Y/N), DO YOU WANT SOME SPAGHETTI?" -until Papyrus broke it. "Okay." You smiled and waited. "Where do ya live kid?" You turned to sans. "In mettaton's hotel. But I think I can't go back with this storm or I might get chilled to the bone." You winked as he chuckled. "SANS! YOUR A BAD INFLUENCE TO (Y/N)!" you laughed at Papyrus's reaction."c'mon pap. It was very humerus." "Doesn't it hit your funny bone papyrus?" "NYEEEEEEH!" papyrus stormed out of the house, coming back and going to his room because of the Storm. You and sans laughed. Both of you soon calmed down as you tried to catch your breath. "His reaction was priceless! Well, there isn't really a tag on it right?" Sans chuckled and smirked. "Your on." "I'm not a device that needs power! (Horrible pun made by me)" you both ended up doing a pun war.

"But you-" sans's pun got cut off by the infuriated papyrus "SANS! (Y/N)! STOP YOUR HORRID PUNS THIS INSTANT OR I WILL KICK BOTH OF YOU OUT IN THE STORM!" You both stopped. "Huh. Guess we should stop. We do want the storm to stop but we don't want pap to breath out fire in rage." You giggled. "Yeah." You slouched on the couch. "Actually, can I stay here for the night? I don't think that storm will be stopping soon." You both looked at the window to see it completely white and covered in snow. "Yeah. You can stay. Some visitors would be nice." "Thank you sans." You both stayed silent. "So what are we gonna do now?" You shrugged. "I dunno. Do you by chance have any movie discs here?" He nodded and teleported away, coming back with a dusty box. "It's all in here." You blew off the dust as the both of you coughed. You opened it and saw some discs all in order. There is Alice in Wonderland, Star Wars, Beauty and the Beast, Boss Baby, The Nightmare Before Christmas, Annabelle and Moana. There were a lot more discs that has scratches and the titles were unreadable. "Hmm... (Movie of choice) sounds good." You picked the disk up and put it in the small DVD player as sans turned on the TV. You both got snuggled in the blankets, you snuggling up to him since the blanket is kind of small.

(In the middle of the movie... if you picked Annabelle then it's in a part where it's not scary. Haven't watched that movie yet)

You yawned and snuggled closer to sans for extra warmth. You didn't noticed that he blushed as you closed your eyesockets and fell asleep.

Sans's pov

(Y/n) fell asleep, snuggling me. Why does everybody think I'm a teddy bear? First, it was frisk, then papyrus, then some other small monsters like monster kid. They always snuggle up to me when they fall asleep next to me but, when (y/n) does this, it feels... Different. I feel a fluttering feeling in my chest as a blue hue appeared on my face. Her soft breathing and peaceful face makes me feel so comfortable. She's so cozy. Huh, I wonder why skeletons are soft. Meh, logic isn't really used in here in the underground. I felt my eyes droop down as I fell asleep on her, snuggling her as the movie served as background noises. ( Your a teeny bit shorter than sans. Sorry)

Your pov

You groan and snuggled more into the soft object. There was something heavy on top of your head. You opened your eyes and you saw a blue hoodie. Wait... You looked up and saw... Sans?!? Your face was covered in (magic color/m/c) hue as you tried to wiggle out of his grip. It was too strong. You tried walking him up. "Sans? Saaaaaaanss? Wake up!" You shook him. He leaned more into you. "Sans!!!" Still not waking up. "SANS WAKE UP!!!" he groaned. "5 more years..."  "SANS WAKE UP I NEED SOME WATER!" sans opened his eyesockets and looked at you. His eyesockets widened as he quickly let you go, blue covering his entire skull. "Sorry?" "It's okay." You stood up and stretched, bones popping making both you and sans cringe. You went to the kitchen and got a cup. You opened the fridge. Spaghetti,chips,ketchup,spaghetti,chips,ketchup, Spaghetti,chips,ketchup, Spaghetti, Chips,ketchup.... Aha! Water! You grabbed the pitcher and poured water in your cup. You drank it. You were still confused by the fact that the water doesn't just go through you and soak your clothes but then again, monster food and drinks quickly dissolves into energy so... Logic isn't really a helpful thing right now. You put down the cup, went to the couch and looked out the window. The once strong air was only wisps of snow. It could be cold but it was fine. "Hey sans." He looked at you. "Thanks for letting me stay here. I could've died if you haven't let me stay but, I think I'm okay to go. Thanks again." You were about to grab the groceries. "Wait!" "Hmm?" You looked at him, tail swishing side to side."u-uhhh.... Do you mind if I take you to your apartment?" "No, I don't mind but don't worry about me. I'll be fine." "But it's a long trip and I don't want you to get lost or.." "sans, you shouldn't really worry too much about me. I'm fine on my own." "But- *sigh* fine but, take my jacket just in case. I don't want you to get cold like last time. And no refusing." "Okay sans." You took it as he handed it out to you. You shrugged it on. It was a little big. It reached your thighs but you can still stick your tail out of it. Sans blushed again. "Thanks. I'll be sure to return it." "Don't worry about that. I have lots of those in my closet." "Okay..." You opened the door. "Also," you put a slip of paper with your number on the table. "so we can stay in touch." You smiled and went out,closing the door. Now, your powers are charge up and you can use them again. You can only use them in a better of time but, as alphys said, it will get better if you practiced using it once you have the opportunity. You summoned a wide and medium sized bone. Some circles of (m/c) appeared at the bottom,Makin it float, as you got on it. Some straps went over your feet and tightened. Your whole body glowed a bright but unnoticeable (m/c) as the board went fast, going to your apartment. You were careful to avoid some passing monsters on the way. You made it dissapear as you went in the hotel. It was busy, as always. You went in your apartment, putting the key in one of the drawers. You got your groceries and put it in the mini fridge you got. You went to your wardrobe and got a (dark/light) (f/c) and a (2nd/f/c) monster soul at the middle which was broken and stitched with (3rd/f/c) strings.

You also got some ripped jeans. You got a towel and went to the bathroom and showered, humming a tune.

You turned off the shower and got off of the tub. You wiped the drops of water on your body and put on your clothes. Just then,your phone rang. You got our of the bathroom and looked at the call. Unknowned number. You answered it. "Hello? I-is this (y/n)?" You heard sans's voice say. "Umm... Wrong number?" You said in a kind of male British accent. "Oh! Sorry!" "Nah nah... Your fine sans. It's me. Just fooling around" You chuckled as you heard a sigh of relief from the other line. "I thought I typed in the wrong number." You both talked.

"So, can we hang out somewhere like in waterfall where the statue is." "Sure. When?" "Maybe at 5." You looked at the clock. 4:40. "Okay. Sounds good." "See ya there be- (y/n)!" He quickly ended the call. He almost called you... Beautiful? You blushed. You got a regular jacket and went out of the apartment after getting the key and a small bag, locked the door and used your board again to go to waterfall. You also bought his jacket along. Might as well return it right? The sooner the better.

Sans's pov

Ugghhh geez.... Did I almost call her beautiful? I'm such a dork. What will I wear? I went up to my room and searched through my jackets,hoodies,shirts and shorts. Well, I do have a black jacket and blue undershirt with some pants and blue Converses. Wait... Why am I worrying over what to wear? It's not like it's a date right? I'm making this worse for myself. I wore them anyways and teleported to the statue in waterfall.

Your pov

You made the board disappear and walked to he statue. You saw sans leaning on the wall, staring at space. He seems nervous. You also noticed that he wore different clothes rather than his normal blue hoodie,shorts and white shirt. "Hey sans. Looking fancy eh?" He jumped at the sudden sound but stood up straight. "H-hi there b-(y/n)!" His blush was almost unnoticeable. He looks really nervous. "Sans? You okay? You seem more fidgety and sweaty lately." "N-no... I'm fine." "Okaaaaaay???" You decided to stop questioning about sans's suspicious behavior and hung out with him. You both made puns, ate nice creams, sat beside the glowing river and just hung out.

A few months later...

You and sans had been hanging out a lot. And when I say a lot, I mean a LOT. You both hung out at different places and di different things. One time, you both whispered "butt" into the echo flowers as the others repeated it until almost all the flowers said the same thing. You both laughed but quietly so the flowers won't hear it. Everytime you hang out, sans had been fidgety and nervous. You didn't really know why but you won't question it. The thing is, you had grown quite the liking to the skele. You were 95% positive that he didn't like you back. You were sure of it... Or were you? You weren't really sure. You didn't really want to break the bond between the both of you so you kept silent. I went in a cave in waterfall with a single echo flower. You decided to sing. You want to sing this to sans but you will just chicken away.

Sans's pov

Everyday, my love for (y/n) grows. I still can't confess. It might ruin our relationship. I asked papyrus for some help. He just said go for it but, it wasn't really as easy as it sounds,trust me. It was just like you balancing over a thin string. If you move, there will be a possibility that you will fall but if you just stand there, the string might snap. That means somebody will already take her. I have to act careful but fast. I'm still so nervous! I'm a big ball of weak bones. Since I don't have any nerves, that is the one I used. Hehe...

Huh? I hear someone singing. Their voice was beautiful.

"And all that counts is here and now..."

I followed the voice.

"My universe will never be the same I'm glad you came..."

I went in a cave and saw (y/n) singing beside a echo flower. I walked closer to her. She seems to hear the footsteps and looked at me. She smiled and blushed. She pat the spot next to her. I sat down next to her as she resumed her singing

"You cast a spell on me,spell on me. You hit me like the sky fell on me,fell on me"

She looked at me.

"Then I decided you look well on me, well on me. So let's go somewhere no once else can see, you and me."

She stood up and grabbed my hand, making me blush. She went out of the cave and summoned her board. It was a little bigger and it looks like we are supposed to sit on it. It can fit two people. We sat as it just went on it's own way.

"Turns the lights off now. I will take you by the hand, and you will know the trick. Drink it of you can, can you spend a little time? Time is slipping away, away from us so stay, stay with me I can make, make you glad you came."

We soared through waterfall.

"The sun goes down, the stars come out, and all that counts, is here and now, my universe will never be the same. I'm glad you came."

I sung as she smiled at me and grabbed my hand.

"You Cast a spell on me,spell on me. You hit me like the sky fell on me, fell on me. So I decided you look well on me, well on me. So let's go somewhere no one else can see you and me."

The board soon stopped and landed under a white tree with some leaves similar to the glow of the echo flowers. I teleported my guitar here and started strumming the music of the song.

"Turn the lights out now, now I'll take you by the hand, and you will know the trick. Drink it if you can, can you spend a little time? Time is slipping away. Away from us so stay, stay with me I can make, make you glad you came"

I strummed my guitar as she leaned on me and listened.

"I'm glad you came..."

She hugs me.

"So glad you came..."

We both look at each other lovingly.

"I'm glad you came... The sun goes down, the stars come out, and all that counts is here and now. My universe will never be the same. I'm glad you came. I'm glad you came..."

I ended the music as we both finished singing the song.

"S-so... *Sigh* no going back now..." (Y/n) muttered. "L-look sans. I.... I really like you.... Actually no... I really love you. I can't really spend a day without thinking about you. Y-your just.... I-im just... It's okay if you don't like me. I can understand but, I just need to get it out of my chest." I looked at her,surprised. She likes me back? If this is a dream then please don't wake me up. I sat there, speechless. I just can't believe that she likes me back. I thought that she likes someone else, not this lazy,blue bag of bones. She looked down, her face shows rejection. I put a finger on her jawbone/chin (?) and made her look at me. I smiled and kissed her. She was surprised but kissed back. It was quick but it was sweet. We pulled back. We were both blushing messes. "I didn't think that you will like me back." "I don't like you back... I love you. I didn't t really think that you will love me back either. I was always really nervous, thinking that you will reject me if I confessed but, I guess you won't." She put her skull on my shoulder and looked at me. "Can we rest here? I'm really tired for walking here. I thought that I would use some exercise to save some magic I guess." "Nah, it's fine. As long as your here, I'm fine with it." She blushed and yawned. She snuggled up to me more as I held her. She soon fell asleep. I carried her and teleported to her hotel. We had visited each other for quite a while so I know what hotel she's in. I tucked her in bed but she pulled me with her. She hugged me and looked at me with half lidded eyes. "Sans, I love you." I chuckle. "I love you too." I said as we cuddled and soon fell asleep.
