Third Person

You fell. Okay, not enough detail. You fell into a hole in Mt. Ebott. And find, monsters live under there. And they know how to dance. How they knew how to dance was a mystery to you. But what you did know is that they are good. Extremely good. Good thing for you, you knew how to dance Hip Hop really well. You and your friends on the surface even danced out in public by a large fountain for money. It helped so said persons' parents didn't mind, and it was entertainment for the audience so people didn't say anything. And on the surface you were like a hip hop god! You were so good you and your group got nicknamed the Dancing Blazes. Not that you minded. But down here Undyne could rival you, somewhat, since she too did hip hop. You knew almost all the monsters dance preferences. I say almost because Sans doesn't dance anymore. No one ever new why. 'He just did', Paps would say.'Th- There's n-no record of hi-him ever d-dancing,' Alphys would say. So being the curious person you were, you wanted to know. When you asked he simply said he never danced in the first place, which you knew was a lie. You wanted to know so bad you were filled with DETERMINATION to find out. But you could worry about that later. Right now, you were practicing for the dance competition being held at Grillby's. You and your dance partner Undyne were practicing to the song Raise Your Hands by Ummet Ozcan. She kept messing up when the first drop came. She was supposed to do a back flip but instead did a front flip.
---Timeskip to dance competition, Undyne finally mastered the dance---

You and Undyne were really nervous. Sure your friends watched you practice but that's different. These monster aren't  as close friends as the others, and their judges no less.

---Timeskip to your turn---
The last act had just finished and it was Undyne and your's turn. You had just been called and turned around when Undyne took off running.
You stared in disbelief, Undyne's nerves got the best of her. And now you'd have to forfeit, there had to be two dancers in order to compete. Your eyes watered a bit, you had practiced so much all for nothing. You felt a hand on your shoulder and turned to see Sans.
"I've seen you enough times to know the moves by heart, are we going to dance or what?" You smiled brightly at him and nodded. Toriel went out and told the judges.

You and Sans won! And MAN could he dance! You were still mad at Undyne and stuff but at least Sans was there to help you. Wait, he'd never show you his moves before, every time you'd ask to dance with him he declined, so why did he do it this time? After you gave Undyne the silent treatment and made her beg, which is something you don't get easily from her, you forgave her. After everyone came home from celebrating you winning, everyone went to bed. Execpt you and Sans of course. You were out at Waterfall looking at the crystals sparking off of the reflection of the water before you felt a presence beside you. You turned to see Sans. He smiled before watching the crystals with you.
"Sans."
"Ya kid?"
"Everytime I've asked anything of you that included dance, you've never been up for it. But, at the competition..." Sans sighed before turning to you.
"Truth is kiddo, I only did it because... well... I, uh, kinda like... you." You smiled so big you thought you'd burst... with joy of course. You leaped forward, your lips connecting with Sans teeth as tears fell from your eyes. When you pulled away the kiss the look of shock and the bright blue blush on his face made him look even cuter.
"I like you too!" Sans' shocked face turned into one of happiness. You hugged held each other close. And then heard a camra click. You both whipped around to find all your friends watching with intense eyes. Undyne was the one who took the picture and Alphys kept whisper screaming 'OTP OTP OTP OTP.' You and Sans couldn't help but smile.

---Timeskip, the barrier is broken---

The human, (Y/n), was reunited with her friends on the surface after the barrier was broken. Once requested to see their skill, the humans monster friends got to see them dance, and in due time Sans joined. Once monsters were finally excepted into society of course. Since word that these monsters knew how to dance well, more dance competitions were being held more often and monsters easily out danced all of their opponents. Since, like me, you the reader must know how today's society is. But, humans actually weren't mad they got out danced, they were glad for the prospect of a challenge. Soon monsters and humans could counter each other and the odds seemed more even. As for the human and Sans... them and the Dancing Blazes were known to be the best dancing group out there. You'd be lucky to see them, luckier to talk or sit with them, and unbelievably lucky to become a part of their group. So, dear reader, keep that in mind. They world can change and adapt, but only if it wants to. If it doesn't want too, what's the point? Like a quote I once read 'Don't complain about things your not willing to change.'
