Powers: Same as his brother, except he has the power to induce sleep (ranging from a short nap to a coma-like state). Sometimes just being around him can make a person drowsy (but only under the right conditions)

Backstory: His brother was tried for multiple counts of murder on the gods. Now burdened with the realm of sleep and shunned by the gods. (Undyne visits to check up on him and see if he is causing trouble)
