Cory's POV

[A/N: Sorry for the title, couldn't think if something better. Also, sorry for no updates lately, school started so... yeah]

What?! I thought, mentally screaming. Sans is gonna give us away! I-I'll k-ki... no, Frisk wouldn't like that...

I shaked my head before this can go any further and focus on Sans and Papyrus. Sans did say that Papyrus is harmless, and Sans... I'm not sure.

"Cory," Frisk whispered, worry in her voice. "Wh-what do we do now?"

"I-I don't know Frisk." I whispered back. "Sans mentioned that Papyrus is pretty much harmless and... innocent. I don't think he would pick up on the hint about the lamp."

"O-okay."

"NYEH HEH HEH HEH HEH HEH HEH!" Papyrus crackled as he runs off down the only road we need to take. Great...

"Okay guys." Sans spoken after his brother disappeared. "You can come out now."

"What the heck, Sans?!" I hissed at him. "You practically gave us away!"

"Buuuuuuut, my bro didn't seem to pick up the hint. Anyway, I'll keep a eyesocket out for you kiddies."

"See you later Sans!" Frisk exclaimed as we strolled down the path.

"So," She started after a few minutes of walking in silence. "Sans is pretty funny, right?"

"Hmm?" I said, looking at her. "Oh, he's okay. I don't get puns anyway..."

My right hand feels strange. I glared at it and quickly shoved it into my jean pocket.

"Really? Maybe you don't hear puns that often, that's why you don't get it."

"Maybe..."

"What's that over there?!"

"It... it's a monster... named Snowdrake..." I murmured. Snowdrake throws snowballs at me, ignoring Frisk.

"Woah! Wo-o-o-o-o-aaaaah!" I yelled as I run away from the snowballs.

"Cory!" Frisk cried as I went deeper into the woods. "Please come back!"

Then the world suddenly fell and I blacked out.
