Everything was quite now that the people had left and all you could here was the soft breeze in the air, whistling softly.

Proxy was still tired from escaping the void and his soul was still hurt badly. All he could do was lay there and think of what just happened. He lifted his shirt to look at the mark, he couldn't see the whole thing sense it was on the back of his spine but from what he could tell it was just a little green stripe.

He pulled his shirt back down and sighed. The best thing to do now was to rest and regain his strength or try and get up. He smiled as he slowly drifted into a deep sleep...

"Hey"!

A voice called out in the distance, a bit hazy but he was able to make out what was being said.

"What are you doing on the floor? Are you ok"!

It was closer and more clear this time so Proxy decided to open his eyes. A concerned skeleton loomed over him, he was wearing a striped  brown sweater with red fluff on the rims of it. Two little red hearts were on his cheeks. The skeleton poked Proxy's face and smiled.

Proxy looked back awkwardly at the other skeleton and a short pause was the result...

Proxy rubbed his cheek and looked around, confused at what was going on.

"S-sorry I was just um...napping..."?

"Napping? In the middle of the forest"?

"Um, yea"?

Proxy sat up and looked around again getting a better look at where he was. A snowy forest? The guy wasn't lying Where in the world was he?! He looked back at the other skeleton and smiled awkwardly.

"Hey um I have a question".

"Y-yea, what's up"?

"Not to be rude but...where are your hearts? And is that your soul"?

The other skeleton pointed to Proxy's left eye in amazement and confusion.

"Uh well...".

He looked around for something that might help answer the question. Then there it was, a large purple door off in the distance. He pointed to it.

"Uh...I come from there so my, hearts are, different? I guess their not colored, so they're just white".

"And your eye, soul, thingy"?

"Um...well...oh! I never told you my name! I'm Proxy".

"Oh! The names Sans, but most people just call me Shipper".

"Alright then well nice to meet you Shipper"!

"So, about your soul"?

"It, um it's nothing really just...".

It takes Proxy a moment to fully wake up, but he soon realizes where he is. He's not in the void anymore, he can be free.

His eyes widen as he jumps up and starts to roll around on the ground laughing. Surprisingly Shipper joined him and laughed along beside him.

Proxy's smile quickly faded away as he thought about what he would do now. There's no explanation to any of this and...what if this was all just a dream?

Shippers face also dropped into a simi-serious expression.

"What are you fanboying about"?

The question pulled Proxy out from his thinking.

"Wait, what"?

"Yah, what are you fanboying about"?

"I wasn't...what do u mean fanboying"?

Another awkward pause bared heavily down on the two, but it was broken by Shipper yelling loudly.

"WHAT"!?

He ran off into the distance...

But soon came back moments later, tackling Proxy, hugging him for dear life.

"YOU POOR SOUL! - also appreciate this hug because I almost never run anyways - HOW COULD YOU NOT KNOW"!!!

Proxy was shocked by the sudden out burst, almost falling over again, and smiled.

"Heh, your welcome I guess but...can you maybe tell me where we are? I mean I have horrible memory so um...yah".

Shipper wiped away tears and let go of him.

"Sure, this is Snowdin Forest and a little ways ahead is Snowdin town".

A warm, bright smile appeared on his face as he handed him a heart shaped lollipop.

"Here, this might help a little. Also, is that upside down heart in your eye socket...your soul"?

"Uh, I'll have to explain later it can get a little...complicated".

Proxy took the lollipop and smiled warmly back at Shipper.

"Also are you ok? You looked hurt when I found you...hurt really badly actually, are you sure you came from the ruins? And what do you mean complicated"?

Before Proxy could answer a distant creek echoed throughout the snowy forest and almost immediately Shipper grabbed Proxy's hand and runs into the forest tree line.

"Follow me ok".

Shipper looked seriously down at Proxy, the look he gave him reminded him of something...but what? He knows it was something important, or someone important? No time to think about that though.

( *cough, cough* Glitch *cough, cough*)

"Um...ok, what's wrong though"?

Shipper didn't answer but instead started to walk in the direction of the big purple door, making sure to stay hidden in the tree line. Then he slowly made his way over to a spot behind some bushes.

A small human was walking out from behind the tall door and was holding a...a knife...but they quickly hid it in the pocket of their shorts and walked on down the path.

"I-is that a-a hu-"!

Shipper covered Proxy's mouth and shushed him but as soon as the human passed them Shipper started to walk behind them. Shipper would have to duck behind the tree line sometimes because the human would turn around at times.

Later down the path the human passed a stick laying on the snow, but Shipper didn't see it and accidentally snapped it in half. The human whipped around only catching a glimpse of Shipper, but he hid just in time.

They kept walking but a bit slower and looked back more often, making it obvious that they were scared. Proxy on the other hand stayed in the tree line following Shipper.

They stopped at a barrier or bridge? Something like that, as Proxy ran out from the trees and hid behind Shipper, hugging his scarf sheepishly.

"Human..."

"Don't you know, how to greet a fellow shipper"?

"Turn around, shake my hand~".

The human turned around slowly and shook Shipper's hand. The sound of a ship sailing away came from it.

Hehehe...the old 'ship, not that ship' works every time"!

"Anyways your a human right"?

"My, my that's totally shipable, but-"

The human backed up a little bit and looked behind Shipper at Proxy in confusion, but they dismiss it and looked awkwardly up at Shipper.

"Oh! No need to worry you see let me introduce myself, I'm sans the skeleton".

"And like I said before there is no need to worry. I'm actually supposed to be looking out for new comers to ship".

"But your a human, and I'm not really into Human x Monster stuff...unless for that one ship...but I won't get into that now".

"But you know, my brother papyrus, he's a shipping fanboy"!

"Actually, I think that's him over there...quick! Young shipper follow me right through these bars and behind that conveniently shaped lamp"!

The human did as he said and Shipper followed behind them. Proxy still hid behind Shipper, looking out from behind his back every few seconds, but none of them seemed to notice him...except the human.

Shipper and his brother teased each other as the human stayed behind the lamp, giggling softly in amusement as the bickering went on. But sooner or later Papyrus left and the human came out from behind the lamp and Shipper said his goodbyes, but...the human kept looking back at the 'very much anxious and confused' Proxy. Other than that all went well...or so they thought...
