The moment Archer pressed the keycard to his hotel room, he immediately pulled me inside and pressed me against the wall.

I quickly opened my mouth when he claimed my lips again to kiss him back. He snakes his arm around my waist while I held onto his shoulder for support.

Ate Stella asked if I have plans on going home yesterday night. When I didn't reply, she told me that she's going to tell my parents that I'm staying over at my "friend's" place. At dahil nga gano'n ang pinaliwanag niya sa magulang ko, agad na tinanong ni Daddy kung sinong kaibigan daw ba iyon.

"Ano naman kayang excuse ang pupwede sa nangyari sa atin kagabi?" I could hear humor in his voice.

Bahagya akong tumawa at inismiran siya. "Well, we're both single and in Europe. It happened of our emotions."

Suminghap ako at hinampas ang braso niya. He chuckled.

"Ang kapal mo!"

"Busy ka ata, Captain, e. May naririnig ako kagabi, e."

My eyes widened.

"The fuck are you talking about, Jared? I was sleeping soundly last night! Sa ibang kwarto 'yon." Narinig kong singhal ni Archer.

"Masyado ka namang defensive, Cap! Binibiro lang kita, e. Parang guilty ka tuloy."

Pumikit ako at nagpakawala ng malalim na hininga. Akala ko mahuhuli na kami, e.

I don't know how Archer managed to shoo his co-pilot away. Nang bumalik siya sa at naupo muli sa tabi ko, he looks at me apologetically.

"As much as I want to stay with you, I have to leave. I have a flight in an hour and I have to go."

I smiled at him to assure him that it's okay. Inaya pa niya ako na maligo daw kami ng sabay pero syempre tinanggihan ko siya! Kahit papano may natira parin namang kakaunting self-control sa sarili ko 'no!

He was already wearing his pilot uniform when I went out of the bathroom wearing the same clothes that I wore yesterday. Kung alam ko lang na ganito ang mangyayari, sana nag-dala ako ng pamalit.

Sinabi ko na rin kay Ate Stella na pauwi na ako ngayong umaga kaya nag-volunteer na siyang sunduin nila ako nila Kuya Mark.

"When are you coming back in the Philippines?" he asked.

"Are you free on Monday?"

"I'll be busy by then. I'll start reviewing for the boards so I don't think we'll be able to see each other from time to time?" medyo malungkot ko pang sinabi.

"It's okay. You can focus on that."

Ang malungkot kong ngiti kanina napalitan naman ng ngisi ngayon. Nga naman, kapag nag-aral ako ng maayos para sa boards, pabor din sa kanya.

"But we'll get back to work next Monday. Kailan ang sunod na treatment cycle in Aya?"

Kinuha niya ang phone niya upang i-check ang schedule.

"Wednesday next week."

"Then we'll see each other that day! It's also the start of my last rotation. I'll try my best to be free so we can see each other."

Tumango siya at inaya na akong lumabas ng hotel room niya habang hila niya naman ang maliit niyang black luggage.

I'm glad that he didn't try to force me to clear my schedules just so we meet each other. Because I'll definitely do that. Siguro naiintindihan niya rin naman na isa ang pag-pasa sa boards ang priority ko kaya hindi na siya namilit.

Saktong pag-labas namin ni Archer ay ang pag-daan naman ng mga kasamahan niya sa tapat ng room namin. My eyes widened and so are they. Nagpabalik-balik ang tingin nila sa aming dalawa ni Archer. Base palang sa mga itsura nila, mukhang may naiisip na silang kakaiba.

"Hi." I smiled nervously and waved.

Agad naman akong tumalikod at kinagat ang pang-ibabang labi bago nilingon si Archer. Isang mapaglarong ngisi ang gumuhit sa labi niya. He looks unbothered while I looked nervous that his crew caught us going out of the same room!

Nakita ko pa iyong dalawang flight attendants na minamataan ako noong nakabunggo si Archer sa airport noong pag-dating namin dito. Kahit silang dalawa ay mukhang hindi makapaniwala.

"I'll leave now." I whispered and waved at him.

"Alright. Message me."

Medyo kabado pa akong tumango bago tuluyang dumiretso sa elevator. Hindi ko ata kakayanin na hintayin pa sila at sumabay dahil mamamatay na ako sa hiya. At isa pa, malapit na sila Ate Stella kaya kailangan ko na ring magmadali.

"Sabi ko na nga ba, e. May naka-score kagabi! Aw!" narinig ko namang sinabi noong co-pilot ni Archer.

Nang makarating ako sa lobby ay sakto namang nag-message si Ate Stella na kakarating lang nila ni Kuya Mark. Halos kasabay lang din noon ang paglabas nila Archer mula sa elevator kaya nag-madali ako.

"Fely, over here!" kaway ni Ate Stella nang makita akong lumabas ng hotel.

Agad akong nag-tungo doon. Nilingon ko naman muli ang exit ng hotel nang makita kong palabas na rin sila Archer doon. Nagkatinginan kami. I wanted to wave at him but his crew are looking over at me so I immediately tore my gaze away.

"Kumusta? Enjoy ba?" tanong ni Ate Stella.

Sinabi ko nalang na masyado kaming napagod sa kakalibot sa park kaya nag-offer nalang iyong "kaibigan" ko na mag-stay sa kanila. I also made this non-existing friend's name just so my excuse would sound believable.

Naging madalas ang pag-memessage namin ni Archer sa isa't isa simula nang dumating siya sa Germany. He told me that he immediately went over to visit his mother when he landed. Naging abala na rin siguro siya sa pag-aalaga kaya hindi na rin siya masyadong nakakapag-reply sa akin.

But it's fine though. Abala rin naman ako sa pag-lilibot lalo na't ito na ang last day ko sa Vienna. I'm bound to leave tomorrow. Kinuha ko ang araw na ito bumili ng pasalubong sa pamilya ko at para kay Carmela.

Mabilis naman ang naging takbo ng araw at nang makabalik ako sa Pilipinas, sila Daddy ang sumundo sa akin. They know that I might get jetlagged because of the long flight so they let me rest for the whole day on Monday.

Si Carmela naman agad na sumugod sa bahay nang mabalitaan na nakauwi na ako. Agad naman siyang nakiusosyo at nagtatanong agad kung may nasunggaban ba akong European habang nandoon ako.

Hindi European ang nasunggaban ko, Carmela. Pinoy din!

Sa nag-daan na araw puro text at tawag nalang ang ginawa namin ni Archer since parehas din kaming abala sa ginagawa. He's pretty much occupied with his work while I was occupied with my group study.

He instantly asked for my number when he get back and I gave it to him kaya iMessage na ngayon ang madalas naming form of communication. He said that his visit in Germany was good when he called. But he sounded troubled so I don't know if I should believe him or not.

Nang matapos ang break namin, agad naman kaming bumalik ng trabaho. A surgical resident orientated us before we started our rotation.

On my first day, I already worked with Kuya Rico for his case. Unang araw sa surgery department, napasabak agad sa neurosurgery. I didn't assist the operation but I was given a chance to watch and be inside the OR.

Sa tuwing may hindi pamilyar na ginagawa, tinatanong ko si Kuya Rico. Kahit pabiro sumagot minsan, may natutunan naman ako kahit papano.

I knocked twice on Ate Margaux's office to give her the souvenir I got for her in Vienna. Hindi ko naibigay sa kanila last week dahil ngayon talaga ang plano kong mamigay ng souvenir. Tinatamad pa ako last week kaya ngayon nalang.

Natigilan naman ako nang makita ko na nandoon rin si Ate Brittany kasama ang kanilang mga asawa. So, they're back again huh?

Mabuti nalang at dala ko dito ang lahat ng pasalubong ko kaya isahang bigay nalang din ako sa kanila.

"How's your trip to Vienna, Fel? Did you enjoy?" tanong ni Ate Margaux.

Binati ko naman sila isa-isa. Tumango ako at ngumiti.

"Yes. I really enjoyed it. Bitin pa nga ang one week, e."

"You deserve that break, Fel. Challenging ang surgery rotation pero for sure ma-eenjoy mo naman dahil nandyan ang Ate mo." Sabi naman ni Ate Brittany.

I smiled at her.

I bought a lot of Vienna goodies as the souvenirs I'm going to give my friends and families. Si Kuya Benj nag-request pa ng Vienna mug na galing Starbucks. Ewan ko ba dun! He's so obsessed with Starbucks mug.

"Akala ko Vienna sausage ang pasalubong mo, Fel." Sabi ni Ate Margaux nang buksan niya ang dala kong pasalubong.

Sinamaan ko siya ng tingin at inirapan. Nang makita niyang may chocolate doon, agad namang sumilay ang masayang ngiti sa kanyang labi.

I leaned in closer to her table.

"Nag-take ka na ba ng pregnancy test?" kuryoso kong tanong.

Her eyes widened. Nakita ko namang sinulyapan niya muna si Kuya Jaxon bago niya ako binigyan ng warning look.

"He doesn't know yet!" she hissed.

I gasp. "So, you're..."

Tinuro ko ang tiyan niya. She smirked and nods her head. Mabuti naman at sinunod niya ang advice ko! At mabuti nalang nasundan na rin si George!

When Aya's treatment cycle day came, I found ways for me not be super occupied with work. Gusto ko rin makita si Archer dahil hindi ko na ata kakayanin kung puro text at tawag nalang ulit kami.

It's crazy that I can handle not seeing him for a month or two before and now I couldn't anymore. Ang bilis talaga mag-bago ng panahon ano?

Abala ako sa pag-susulat ng chart nang makatanggap ako ng mensahe mula sa kanya.

Archer:

Where are you?

Me:

Tapos na si Aya?

Archer:

Hindi pa. But I'll leave for a while so I can see you. Where are you?

I bit my lip and smiled. Hindi ko na napigilan pa ang excitement habang nag-titipa ng mensahe sa kanya. Sinabi ko sa kanya kung saan kami magkikita kaya agad ko ring tinapos ang chart na ginagawa.

Hindi ako mapakali habang hinihintay si Archer sa pag-kikitaan namin. Kaya naman nang matanaw ko siya, mas lalong lumapad ang ngiti ko.

Damn it! I missed him so much!

Babati palang sana siya nang hilahin ko na siya patungo sa on-call room na malapit. He looked surprised pero agad rin namang nagpadala sa hila ko. I glanced sideways to check and make sure that no one sees us before I pulled him inside with me inside the on-call room.

"Hi-" hindi ko na siya pinatapos pa dahil agad ko rin siyang inatake ng halik.

Wow, Fel! Since when did you even became so aggressive?

Tumingkayad ako upang mas maabot ang labi niya. Ipinulupot niya naman ang kanyang braso sa aking baywang upang mas ilapit ako sa kanya. We kissed each other passionately as if we are already telling that we missed each other through this kiss.

"What. The. Freaking hell is this?"

Archer and I immediately parted from the kiss when we heard another voice inside the on-call room. I guess, we weren't the only ones inside after all.

Nilingon ko ang pinanggalingan ng boses na iyon at namilog ang mga mata nang makita si Carmela at Alex na nasa iisang higaan. She is only wearing a bra and her pants while Alex was shirtless.

She was on top of him and I think, they're having an intense make-out session before we got inside. Parehas kami ng kaibigan ko na hindi makapaniwala na nakatingin sa isa't isa.

"Felicity?! Archer?!" si Carmela na parang nakakita ng multo.

Bago pa siya tuluyang mang-intriga sa amin, agad ko nang kinuha ang kamay ni Archer at hinila na siya palabas ng on-call room. Nilingon ko siya at pinandilatan ng mata.

Shit. We just got caught.
