Kai's POV 

It was the middle of the night and I was wide awake. Me and Lloyd had had a long talk today and I couldn't believe how blind I had been to his struggling I mean I'm his big brother. How could I let him think no one loved him and that he was only important to us as the green ninja because it was not true. I fight beside the green ninja but I wouldn't die for the green ninja I would only die for Lloyd. My brother. My little baby brother who thought know one cared and who hurt himself who gave his life for a city that never deserved him. A city that thinks the green gi is a blessing that thinks the blames and burdens don't effect him because he has the green gi. Why did destiny hate this little kid who has literally given his everything when will it be enough. When can he be normal burden free, put himself first, not get trauma from every day he lived.

Knock knock. I heard two quiet taps on my door. "Come in " I say wondering who is crazy enough to be awake at two am. It was Zane! "Zane what the heck you do know that it is two am right? I said wondering if he was having a glitch. "Actually it is one fifty eight am Kai" he replied before saying " I wasn't sure who to wake so I came here someone's at the door and I am unsure of how to handle this situation ". "Oh ok yeah give me one sec" I say pulling in a jumper and wondering a few things 

 1. Who the fuck is at my front door at two am and yes Zane it is now officially two am

2. Why was Zane talking like this was normal cause as far as I'm concerned THIS IS NOT NORMAL and trust me my life is not normal 

3. I need time to do my hair 

I was suddenly at the door and Zane pestered for me to open it so I stretched my hand out and it grasped the cold door knob it felt like I was dreaming but I couldn't be cause I always have good hair in my dreams. I open the door. "Ohhh you have got to be fuckin kidding me!" I yell before slamming the door.
