another chapter update only now they will be on Saturdays since I have a very busy schedule dealing with college and school work. I will most likely miss a few Saturdays due to homework and family things, not that anyone would care I guess. 

Lucy's Pov

While sitting on Natsu's lap and finishing my cake, I got this weird feeling from Mira. I glanced at her to see her with a blank look in her eyes but she was also crying. I got up quickly and went to her side, for some reason my magic was drawing me to her. I jumped over the bar and hugged her tightly " Mira, is what she said upset you?" I asked quietly in her ear. " She said she'd never brought it up again. It's not even any of her business anyway. She never should have stuck her nose in Natsu's mating. Lisanna chose what happened that day." she said getting angrier as she spoke. 

I was already interested in this situation because I feel a strong connection with Mira, but as soon as she mentioned Natsu I was even more so. " Mira I know this may be hard to talk about, but I need you to give me the short version of what happened," I told her while leading her to a chair to sit. " What does Erza mean when she said that I can't be with Natsu? Who is Lisanna?"       " Lisanna is my younger sister who died when Natsu was 7. She was upset that Natsu didn't want to be with her because he was waiting on his mate. Erza asked Natsu to go on a job with her before Lisanna did. Since Natsu had already said yes to Ezra before Lisanna said anything, she got upset and demanded we go on an S-class quest where she threw herself into the monster's way for it to kill her. Elfman and I didn't know about her plan, her last words were: "  She said that since Nastu didn't mark her today that she would make him suffer to have to live his life without his one true mate". 

" When Natsu, Gray, and Erza came back, I made Erza promise to be more considerate about other people's feelings. She never brought it up again until now," she said while glaring at Erza.  " In my defense, I only wanted what was best for my friends, They seemed so happy and in love with each other so why not stay together for the rest of their lives no matter if someone else has some dumb claim on them. They were both happy with each other so I don't see a problem with what I said!" Erza yelled. I see what the problem is now " You do know that I'M is mate and that he was waiting on me right? And that if he did get with someone else they would also die along with Natsu and me!" I yelled, clearly pissed at her.  I guess that I wasn't paying attention and accidentally activated my magic.

I came back when Natsu grabbed my face in his hands and kissed my forehead, " Luce I know that you're upset about what she said but you need to rein your magic in, you're scaring everyone." he said calmly. It was true, my magic was flaring and my guildmates were hiding under tables and the bar. " Oh kami, sorry guys!" I say as I get my magic back in check. " Erza, mating I a very serious matter for those that have to deal with it. You can't simply choose who it is nor can you change it. If the person you are supposed to be mated with isn't ready yet and someone else likes you, you can't be with them. The magic that bound them together can't be changed or canceled." I  told her.

" Also Erza if you remember correctly, I told you that I never wanted to be with Lisanna. She was the one that was obsessed with me while I only saw her as a guildmate," Natsu told her. " Gramps even warned me that she might act that way since she did it before I even came here. Since you were all up my ass about me and Lisanna being together, did you do the same thing when she saw obsessed with someone else? You can't be mad that we didn't want the be with her just because you said so. Also, you owe me an apology for dissing my dad and my magic, that's pretty fucked up."    "Erza" Luce started, I do think that you owe Natsu and Mira an apology. I don't don't know if you've changed since that day but it doesn't seem like it. If they were truly your friends you should want them to be happy with who they choose, no matter if you don't like them together." 

" What do you mean that I owe Mira an apology? I did nothing to hurt her! Her sister knew that I liked him at the time, I even asked her to stay out of the way so we could be together! Only after seeing how much time they spent together did I give up and thats when she threatend me to help her. If I didn't she'd tell  Natsu how I felt about him and the other person I liked. After that I started pushing for Natsu to get with Lisanna, but when he explained that his magic already had someone chosen for him to be with. When I told her about it she said that she was who hisv magic had picked and it was wrong of me to want to bewith someone who has someone he's destined to be with. So I backed off and grew to no longer like Natsu, now I only see him as a brother. I never told anyone because I didn't want you guys to be upset." Erza said sadly.

Mira was too stunned to speak. Her eyes wide and mouth opened, She couldn't believe what she was hearing. How had she not known about this, she'd been around the guild everyday and she never had a clue. " WHAT! ARE YOU FREAKING KIDDING ME RIGHT NOW!", she yelled out " How did I not know about this, how could you not tell me something of the upmost importance?! Even though we fight sometimes I thought we were friends at the end of the day, but I'm just now finding out that there is someone that you liked before you came here? Also I knew that Lisanna was kinda crazy but I didn't think she'd go that far, I apologize that you and Natsu had to go though that, I should have tried harder to get her to let it go."
