You and Yukio returned home exhausted after you had sent Jake home.

His roommate had given you his word to look after him just in case so you had nothing to worry over and after you parted ways with Lola whom you dropped at her apartment building, you had reached home five hours later than usual.

"I am exhausted and hungry ~" You whined as you plopped on the couch, not even bothering to take your bag off of you.

"Don't look at me. I am equally tired, I ain't doing shit." Yukio lay right beside you and you both just stared at nothingness for a while, till a voice disturbed your zombie states.

"Young people these days lose energy so quickly. I believe that must be because of lack of discipline." Hoseok commented before leaving his body to form piece by piece in front of you.

"Ah, seriously you were the only thing I needed right now."You told him sarcastically as dealing with him was actually the last thing you wanted to do.

" Of course, I know, I am needed. Thank you for expressing it so delightfully. "Hoseok smiled at you, clearly playing around as your facial expression was nothing but delightful.

" Oh wait! "Yukio suddenly snapped and stood up and approached closer to Hoseok's figure, soon bowing her head deeply to him.

" Oh great fox spirit. I humbly request your help. Do you think you can spare some of your time to help our souls?"She spoke and you gave her a perplexed look as to what absurd weird things she said again.

" Y/N, quickly come here and bow! "She ushered you as she came and grabbed your hand pulling you up.

" Have you gone crazy? "You whispered to her as she forced your head to bow.

" Shut up! Don't you know that he can make food appear out of nowhere if he wanted to? You were the one saying you were hungry. "She explained and Hoseok smirked proudly as you left your eyes to travel at him.

" I am not hungry enough to ask him for a favour. Thank you very much. "You declined out of anger towards that arrogant facial expression he placed on his face as if he was saying that you were in need of his greatness.

" Oh is that so Miss Y/N" He raised an eyebrow as tails started appearing one by one behind him till all nine were present.

Yukio took some steps back in recognition of the aura around him that changed while you out of stubbornness just stared at him as you folded your arms in front of your chest.

"Was that an implication that you wouldn't under any circumstances ask for my help?" He questioned, feeling annoyed by your behaviour that according to him was ungrateful since he had more than helped you tonight with the condition of your little friend.

" Don't take it personally but I have learnt to stay firm on my two feet. I don't need favours from anyone. I can get by." You responded sincerely as you didn't have any intentions to be rude to him in any way, but apparently, it was a bit too late for clarifications, as a light flashed through his orbs.

The last thing you heard was Yukio's voice calling your name, before you found yourself standing at the top of a metal bar that was barely fitting your two feet together, up high at the top of a building that was under construction.

A scream left your lips out of fear as you lost your balance for a second, having been caught off guard by the sudden change of environment and danger you were suddenly facing.

"Oh! What is that? Am I hearing a voice in need? Of course not, it must be the wind."You heard his voice echo in the atmosphere as you were now literally staring with wide eyes at the distance that you had from the ground.

" T-This is not funny! P-please, stop this. "You stuttered as you slowly straightened your body and opened your arms to keep balance while your legs started feeling weak and noodly.

" The night is surely beautiful tonight."He appeared in a laid-back position floating before you as he gazed up to the night sky, ignoring you and your feared state.

" Okay, okay. Look whatever was that I said that triggered you, I am terribly sorry. "You tried to fix this as your heartbeat was thumping loudly against your chest.

" I could surely pass some hours observing this beauty. "He ignored you again thing that ticked you off.

" Seriously what's wrong with you?! You are just such a mean spirit! "You blurred out of anger but you immediately regretted saying those words as the smile he had on his lips instantly disappeared.

Hoseok left his head turn to the sight slowly and faced you before letting his nine tails appear around him again.

" Mean? Oh dear, how can you say that? When I haven't even dropped you yet." He replied and as soon as he finished his words you felt a push behind your back that made you fall.

You screamed your lungs out as you started falling from that high but after a bit, you felt your body coming to a halt, even though you had your eyes closed tight and you were still screaming.

"I thought you said you liked being with your two feet on the ground yet here you are, so scared of meeting the surface. You really don't match your words with your actions Miss" He spoke in a serious tone and you opened your eyes and met his, that was now holding you in the air using his tails.

You stayed quiet for a moment as you were at a loss for words and your mind was consumed by the fear of death but after some breaths, small pieces of events started rushing into your head, that would soon enable you to understand what was it that made him so furious to be torturing you like this in the middle of the night.

If it was to take notice of the incident in the aeroplane where you had forgotten his name and didn't call him by it or the story Yukio told you about that rich man who was the only one to whom Hoseok declined to help as well as the buttery comment incident which he had not taken so lightly. Only one thing could come to mind that these incidents had in common.

Lack of respect.

He was someone that seemed to always have a thing for mannerisms after all and as a spirit, he may have held a lot of respect back in his days so maybe someone trying to disrespect him as a being would really strike a nerve, enough for him to go to extends and teach those individuals a lesson. Just like he was doing with you at that instance.

"I suppose you still won't ask for my help regardless. What else can I do? I shall respect your decision." He spoke again after he waited for you to say something but you uttered nothing as you had slipped in your thoughts and then he let you drop again, only for some more screams to leave your mouth before you halted your breath and unconsciously whispered your plea.

"Please save me!" You closed your eyes tightly as you saw the ground getting way too close and you couldn't help but think that this was it, however, instead of meeting the ground, you landed in Hoseok's embrace, softly as he controlled the airflow around you.

Your heart was almost getting out of your chest and your breathing was all over the place as if you run a marathon, however, unlike you, he was not faced a bit by it. As if he was one hundred per cent sure that he was gonna catch you.

"Where you scared Y/N?" He softly questioned next to your ear, as his face was emptied of any feelings or expressions while you stood there frozen for a bit, till a realisation hit you.

You wrapped your arms around his neck and hugged him tightly. An action that didn't surprise him as at that fearful moment anyone would grab hold of something and hang onto it for dear life.

"No. I was not afraid." You replied and he couldn't help but smile, finding your denial amusing even though your trembling body was already betraying your statement.

"You have a talent for speaking things that oppose your body language apparently." He claimed right before a light passed through his orbs and you found yourself falling backwards, hitting your bed. Him on top of you in the position you were standing in earlier.

You looked at his face shocked as your hands were still wrapped tightly around him and once you realised the situation you were in, you grew immediately uncomfortable and let go of him. But Hoseok didn't move.

"Don't you perhaps have something to say to me?" He questioned as he left the corner of his lips tag upwards, forming a mischievous smile.

"T-thank you. For helping me... Now and earlier today."You finally let him hear the words that he wanted and his smile grew wider in satisfaction.

" But just to be clear, I didn't ask for your help in either of the cases. I appreciate it though but-"You halted your tongue as you were battling with your pride and your fear of ticking him off again but to your delightful surprise, his expression didn't grow serious nor threatening. He just laughed a bit while his body started transforming into a fog.

" So stubborn" His words echoed in the room, giving you shivers then you felt a warm air hitting your ear and your body jerked away out of reflex.

"You can be as feisty as you like, my dear. Nothing can really change the fact that you need me." His words were barely a whisper that felt as if it was coming from inside you, right before the burning sensation on the inner part of your thigh, started demanding your attention.

You let out a whimper of pain as it grew needy quicker than you had imagined, making you grip your bed sheets as the sensation started burning over your skin, like a flame that was eating you up more and more each second that went by.

Sweat was now dripping from your forehead as you were biting down on your lower lip in order to not let out any noises that could display the pain and anguish that you were feeling.

"Say it! Beg for my touch" His voice softly spoke next to your ear, corrupting that sense of lust within you that was in desperate need to be soothed down.

"Do you really have to do this?" You asked in between gritted teeth as you now understood well that there was no way he was going to let you slide off, without him taking a full clear win on this matter.

He wanted to hear that you needed him and he was going to make you say it, no matter how prideful you could be and how much you may try to avoid indulging.

"Don't you want it to go away? Aren't you in pain? With one touch of mine, I can make your wishes come true. Me and only me." He stated as he reappeared slowly on top of you, his palm hanging right about the green light that was now flashing on your skin.

However, instead of touching your inner thigh and absorbing those flames, he just stayed still and looked at you, waiting to hear what he wanted to hear.

You struggled more each minute that passed by, soon becoming a puffing and huffing mess under him while in your head you were fighting between the frustrating feeling that would cause you if you were to drop your ego and the pain that just kept pushing you to sick salvation.

"Touch me! Please touch me!" To your displeasure, you couldn't help but give in after going through a bit more torturing minutes and Hoseok smirked before bringing his fingers to walk over the fabric of your pants, slowly and teasingly, till he finally left his whole palm rest on top of the seal and absorb all the green flames that had appeared over it.

You felt the burning sensation going away as he kept his head there and an exhale of relief couldn't help but leave your mouth, feeling as if you had just dodged death itself, now knowing that those flames could literally eat your soul.

"That's right. Breathe my darling. Cause I am here to eat your pain away. Me and only me." He spoke as he smiled upon your messed up state that closed your eyes, giving in to exhaustion.

"Like it or not Y/N. There is no one in this world that you need more than me. So you better start acting the right way with me...Except if you like tingling my sadistic sides that are." His voice reached your ears lightly making you slightly open your eyes to have sight of him again.

" Not that I mind, my lady. I reassure you, I enjoyed every single moment we had together."His mischievous facial expression was followed by a low chuckle before his image puffed in thin air, letting your body meet a sudden fresh breeze before silence took over your room, now alone in it.

"I hate you" You murmured after a moment before your consciousness drifted to blackness, bidding you goodbye for now so you would be able to meet her on a new day.

A day that was just some hours away.
