Chase Roswell wasn't cut out for hockey.

At least that's what he had always told himself. His father was a big time hockey player back in the day until an injury caused his dreams to come crashing down. Now, the pressure was put onto Chase to follow in his father's footsteps and carry on the Roswell legacy. He wasn't very good at hockey, even though his father always told him that it was in his blood and that he just needed to bring it out to the surface. Chase didn't think that was the case.

Chase used to be on the Hawks. His father coached the team alongside Jack Reilly. But when the two experienced a falling out, Chase was forced to leave the team and his best friend, Adam, behind and join a new hockey team—District 5—coached by Gordon Bombay. Chase soon finds himself in uncharted waters when his new teammates are less than accepting of having a former Hawk on their team. But thanks to one of his closest friends and neighbor Charlie Conway, Chase is happy when the team decides to give him a chance.

When Adam joins the team, Chase is more than happy to have his best friend by his side to navigate their new team—The Mighty Ducks. Together, and with their new friends, they'll have to work together to come out victorious.

From discovering his true self to making new friends, Chase Roswell has a lot to learn. But with the help of his friends—new and old—Chase feels like he can do just about anything.

But when everything seems to be going perfect and right in the world, something always comes along that  complicates it all.

But the thing about ducks is that they always fly together.

this is a complete revamp of a fic that i had published years ago but only wrote 2 chapters for. my mighty ducks phase randomly came back so i decided to give it another shot and change up the plot a bit!!

also sierra won't come in until the second part/movie. she will be introduced along with the other members of team usa.

anyway i've been rewatching the mighty ducks movies basically nonstop and planning things out. this fic will be split into 3 parts for the each of the movies. and maybe (maybe!!) i'll do the game changers tv series too where chase & sierra make a return.
