Losing someone close to you is always difficult, and its always a challenge to cope with the grief that comes with it.

The feeling of emptiness you are met with, where you feel like nothing in the world is possible or attainable anymore.You feel sad, empty, unmotivated, unloved.

And this dark blue of a depression hits you and shows little to no signs of leaving. You do whatever to try to to temporarily block the feeling, but it lingers on like the long winter nights.

Prom

"Prom isn't fun. Let's ditch!"

He'd voice out your thoughts for you because you were too nice to voice out your own. He'd take you by the hand and sneak out of the prom you dressed up so well for and imagined so highly of for 6 years of your life. And when you finally got to experience 'PROM,' it was way below your expectations.

After you two sneaked out, he took you stargazing, he bought the pair of you sweet treats and drinks and walked around town. And then he took you home. It may not be the best prom, but it was the best day of your life.

Buying ice cream and cotton candy for girls he wouldn't even like. He'd just try to win their hearts and play with them for a while and then break them. His favorite pass time. But then you stepped into his life and changed it drastically. You weren't at all phased by his notions.
