chapter two
"You're Julian Carter?"
He raised an eyebrow at Kimberly questioningly, clearly still curious as to why an unknown girl was at his front door. "Did I stutter?" He asked.
Kimberly looked away from him, embarrassed for asking such an obvious question.
"Sorry." She muttered.
"Don't apologize, I'd just really like to know who you are." He said.
"I'm Kimberly."
"VanStromme?" He asked, surprise etched onto his face.
She nodded.
His eyes widened as he looked at this girl who had turned into a woman. Nothing like he had remembered her to be from the last time he had seen her. Granted, she was a child that time, but she definitely wasn't a child anymore.
Her long hair had grown into a fiery mane as oppose to the curly mess it used to be. Her body had changed into that of a woman's, her bust large enough for him to have a nice view of her cleavage, and her behind was a whole nother story.
"Holy shit." He said, scratching the back of his head as he looked at her. "I can't believe it, you're Marcus' daughter?"
Kimberly nodded, a blush creeping its way onto her cheek from the intensity of his gaze. She had never been looked at this way before.
She had never been looked at by a man.
Julian stepped to the side, motioning for Kimberly to go in, before he grabbed her bag, carrying it inside behind her.
Needless to say, the inside of his house was just as impressive-if not more, as the outside was. The large walls were covered in equally large windows, allowing the sun to enter the house, reflecting off of everything.
It looked extremely neat, as perfect as the houses look in magazines, which was surprising. Kimberly expected a man like Julian to be a messy liver.
Kimberly was enchanted by the view outside of his windows, which was a large rectangular pool, with stones encircling it, and it was connected to a smaller, but still quite sizable Jacuzzi. She had never seen anything of the sort, especially not at a house.
"Come on, this way." Julian said, snapping Kimberly out of her trance.
She followed him up one of the sets of stairs until they came to a hallway. Way down at the end was a closed door that Kimberly for some reason was curious about, but she didn't ask any questions as Julian turned left, leading her to a bedroom.
It was much bigger than her room back at her house, this one had a television, a fireplace, a walk in closet, and a wall of windows that gave her the view of a beautiful garden outside.
She was at loss of words as she looked around the room.
"You like it?" Julian asked.
She nodded slowly, smiling at him. "Yeah, this is probably the most expensive floor I've ever stepped on, even the air feels better."
He returned the smile, along with a laugh. "Well I'm glad you think so, I'm going to go downstairs and work, you can come down and get dinner when you're hungry."
She nodded. "Okay, I think I'm going to probably take a shower first though."
"Okay, your bathroom is the one next to the closet." He said, before walking out of the room, gently closing the door behind him.
A big smile took over Kimberly's face as she turned back to the room, still in shock. She walked over to the bed, falling into it and letting the soft mattress engulf her it its warm embrace.

Kimberly found Julian sitting at the large round dining table she had first seen upon entering the house. He was looking at some papers, writing down things as he read and he seemed to be deep in thought.
She stood at the foot of the stairs, unsure of whether to interrupt him or not.
"Are you just going to stand there?" He asked, his eyes still on his paper.
"I was just wondering if you could show me how the shower works... it's pretty confusing."
He put down his paper, now turning to Kimberly, surprised to see her in only a bathrobe. She had put it on when she was in the bathroom, not intending to come down, but it seemed easier than putting all of her clothes back down to come ask him a simple question.
Julian stood up, joining Kimberly at the stairs. "Yeah, come on." He said, leading the way back up to her room.
They entered the bathroom and Kimberly was horrified when she saw that her clothes were still laying on the floor, her bra and lace underwear on full display for him.
Julian bent down and picked up Kimberly's underwear, causing her to gasp quietly at the sight. His eyes were primal as he looked at them, but his body was proper and he placed them to the side, on top of her shirt.
He looked up as Kimberly who was still in shock and didn't know how to respond to what had just happened. Julian stood up and walked over to the shower, which was really a large Jacuzzi bathtub with a showerhead.
"So you just have to turn this big knob outwards and to the right if you want to shower in hot water, to the left if you want cold. And if you want to take a bath, this little knob will fill up the bathtub if you twist it."
Kimberly nodded, taking note of his words.
"And these switches right here activate the pumps if you would like to have a Jacuzzi bath."
He got up and went over to the cupboard next to the tub, pulling out some soaps.
"I also have a bunch of soaps, my mother dropped them by when she was visiting last month." He showed them to her, before returning a few and emerging with only one. "This one is Moroccan black soap." He said, handing the bottle to Kimberly as he sat down next to her on the edge of the tub. "It looks like shit, but apparently it's really good for the skin."
Kimberly chuckled, placing it beside her. "Well, I'm only here for a little while, I might as well try it out."
"Cool, tell me if it's as good as they claim." He said, standing up.
"You want me to tell you about my shower?" She asked. "I can already tell that that would be the most boring conversation ever."
He chuckled. "And yet I can see it being quite a...stimulating conversation."
Kimberly looked up into his eyes which were seemingly deep in thought as a smile spread across his face. Kimberly didn't dare to ask what he was thinking though, his thoughts seemed to be dangerous things.
"I'm going to...shower now." She said, untying her bathrobe, waiting for him to leave before she pulled it off.
He nodded, turning to leave the bathroom, but he stopped himself before he was gone, turning to her. "Oh, and the shower head is removable, in case you may have any...personal use for it."
Kimberly's jaw dropped as she watched Julian walk away half convinced that that conversation didn't actually happen.
She entered the tub, turning the little knob and letting the warm water fill the tub. For a reason unknown, she felt like she was doing something scandalous when she opened the soap, applying some on her arms.
Julian was right though, it made her skin feel softer than ever and she started applying it all over her body, his face in her mind as she did so.
She lathered herself in it, her skin turning dark and smooth with every rub. Finally when she had covered herself in the soap, there was only one place left to wash.
Kimberly bit her lip, and closed her eyes as her hands ventured down into her netherlands, not leaving an inch untouched.
She was trying her hardest not to make noise, but she couldn't control the small yelp that left her lips at the image of Julian in her head and the feel of her hands on her body. She clamped down on her cheeks to keep herself quiet, and as she was caressing herself, her eyes opened and she looked up to the removable showerhead, an idea forming in her head.
She quickly squashed the idea though, not willing to risk making another sound, one that Julian may hear this time.

"So if you worked with my father, how are you so well off?" Kimberly asked, taking another bite of her burger that herself and Julian had ended up getting delivered. "If you don't mind me asking." She added.
Julian shrugged. "It's no big deal, but your father and I had worked together years back. He used to work at the law firm that I'm still at, and he would've been living the same as me had he chosen to stay."
"Why did you stay all these years?" I asked.
"I mean believe it or not, I like my job a lot, so I've never been out looking for the next best thing. But also, I feel like I couldn't because back in the day I was that teen wonder that helped raise a broke firm into a multi-million dollar firm that is now worth over a billion. I don't think they'd let me leave."
Kimberly chuckled. "Yeah probably not, I remember my dad used to talk about you he was mad that a teenager was getting more eyes than him. That was like fifteen years ago though."
Julian nodded, his eyes filled with thought.
"Wait...how old are you?" Kimberly asked.
"Thirty-one."
"Thirty-one?"
"...I just said that...how old are you?"
"I'm eighteen." Kimberly said proudly.
"Wow." Julian's eyes took in her whole body. "Had I not known you were in high-school, I would have guessed differently."
"Thanks?"
"It's a compliment, last time I saw you, you were just a girl, but now, you've transformed."
Kimberly's cheeks reddened as he complimented her, she tried to turn the conversation back to him so that she wouldn't give away her embarrassed state. "So you're thirty-one but have no wife or family?"
Julian shook his head. "I prefer to immerse myself in work, and...other pleasures."
"Oh."
He chuckled. "Yeah, marriage doesn't seem like it would be a convenient choice for me right now."
Kimberly nodded, not saying anything, instead, taking another bite of her sandwich.
Julian watched her with amused eyes.
"What?" She asked, her mouth full.
He laughed. "How was your shower?" He asked.
"Well I actually took a bath, but it was really great, I felt so relaxed afterwards." She said.
"Yeah, it sounded like you were doing a good job of relaxing yourself."
"What?"
"I heard the Jacuzzi pumps going, did you not use them?" He asked, his gaze strong upon Kimberly, and his eyes twinkling with the knowledge of something he shouldn't know.
He stood up grabbing the duffel bag that was laying by his chair.
"I'll see you later." He said, heading for a door by the living room opening.
"Where are you going?" I asked.
"To work out."
"At midnight?"
He chuckled. "I'm just going downstairs Kimberly."
"You have a gym in your house?"
He nodded, smirking as he opened the door ready to descend. "You'd be surprised at the kind of things I have in my house."

Kimberly had finished eating and the followed Julian downstairs to see both his gym, and what other amusements awaited in the basement.
She came down a set of stairs that led into a vast space. There were games like fuse ball and pool scattered throughout the area, but there was also a door, slightly ajar and from what I could see inside, it looked like an in-home theatre.
She walked towards it, hoping to find a good movie to watch, but on the way, she passed by the gym, its glass walls allowing her to see inside it.
She saw Julian lifting some weights on a bench press, wearing only shorts, and his muscles rippling as he lifted them. He did a couple more before placing the bar up, wiping his forehead with a small towel.
She crouched behind the pool table, watching the man as sweat dropped down his body. His body that clearly took hard work to attain, but looking at it, it definitely seemed worth the work.
Julian then proceeded to take off his shorts, and his underwear along with them.
There he stood in the gym in all his glory, and Kimberly was crouched by the pool table watching him. She held her breath as he left the gym, not willing to let him catch her in this questionable state.
He entered the bathroom that was to his right and when he closed the door behind himself, she let out a deep breath sinking to the floor as she replayed his body in her mind. His body that seemed to be carved of steel, and his...other parts that were larger than expected. As he walked into the bathroom, he seemed to be getting an erection, but Kimberly could have been wrong, she didn't really have that much time to see what was happening, and she wasn't really thinking straight either.
She heard the water turn on in the bathroom, but through its sound, she thought that she heard him moaning in pleasure.
The thought of him stroking himself inside the bathroom made Kimberly nervous, but excited as well. She knew that this man was a dangerous person to be attracted to, but the couldn't help what she was feeling. He was an attractive man and she was a woman who couldn't deny the fact.
What she could do though, was run back up the stairs, hoping he would never find out she was down there.
