Hyung Shik hadn't expect it to turn out to this way, and this was definitely a huge blow for Taehyung and he wondered how things will now unfold. But Taehyung was rather calm at this which Hyung Shik found surprising. HMm so I need to get those two right hands, don't worry kid we'll surely get them sooner. As for now you guys will have a good time at the police station and will be convicted in a few days!"

"Now that we told you their names can't you leave us alone, we told you we were given orders we didn't do it on our own" the guys pleaded. But Taehyung didn't listen to them and the officers pulled them inside the police car and took them.

As soon as they left, Taehyung and Hyung Shik went back in their car, their ride was very silent and Hyung Shik decided to remain silent because he didn't want him to know that he was aware of it beforehand! But then a phone call broke the long silence "Taehyungie it's me, when are your returning back? Have you found out anything?" he asked him. "I'm driving I'll call you back later" the older said and hung up.

Hyung Shik realized that Taehyung was putting up a front to avoid breaking down but it could be seen how badly he was affected and respected his personal privacy. Taehyung dropped him at their hideout and left immediately before giving him any time to ask anything.

"Where's Tae?" Jungkook questioned. "He needed to get something from the office so he'll be back in an hour or so" Hyung Shik replied and then messaged Jungkook on his phone

"What's wrong?" the younger asked. "Taehyung found out about Park Jimin!" he said and Jungkook was taken aback for a moment "What did he say?" he asked stammering, "Nothing, he tried to show nothing was wrong and that he wasn't affected but I know he was his best friend and no matter how much he hides it, it's still seen." He explained to Jungkook but he was still sad "Go talk to him, he needs someone close at a time like this, don't worry we can put a hold on this until he gets better" he suggested.

"Any idea where he will be? And as far as I know him, he won't put a hold on this so please continue with the others and stay alert and let me know if I am needed" Jungkook asked."Ayanggyo bridge, he often goes there when he feels down or he goes to Jin. And kid I'm the policeman here so I know I have to alert" he says teasingly "Arraseo Arraseo, thanks I'll go meet him."

"Jin Hyung did Tae call you?"

"He got to know about Jimin so I thought he would come to you. Anyways tell me if you get a call, don't call him because I'm going to meet him"

Jungkook stopped his car as soon as he saw Taehyung standing and looking over the lake, He then went up to him and put a arm around him "Ohh it's you!" Taehyung said surprised at how he did know where he was "Hmm yes it's me." He didn't know how to start talking so he just went with the flow. "Nice view right! I come here usually it's a peaceful view and calming" Taehyung continued "Tae, lets go to the park, its noisy here" he said and pulled him to his car.

"Jungkook did you hack into their camera's?" he asked and Jungkook became angry at how he was acting "YAH!!! Hyung how long are you to do this?" he shouted, "What, be clear Jungkook" Tae asked calmly. "Jimin Hyung! I got to know just now, how are you so normal about it?" He replied. "Because I don't care Jungkook!! You know what hurt me more than this that all of you knew about it and yet kept it hidden." Jungkook froze on his statement.

"You don't have anything to tell, so just leave me alone." The older spoke roughly. "Why don't you listen to me for once Hyung! We had a reason because no one told each other about it after they got to know, Jin Hyung and Namjoon Hyung knew about this from long back, I got to know when you told me to check up on Jiminie. And I didn't have the courage to tell you, I knew it would affect you deeply and plus I wasn't there, it was for you that I didn't tell Tae" Jungkook explained but the Taehyung's expressions didn't seem to change.

"You think I'm so easy Kookie, you know that I am a superintendent and my role, I aint the Taehyung you all still think of as, I might be reckless and fun going but when it comes to my duty its completely opposite, I know you all care for me and its nice knowing that but I have come a long way. This is just a drug trafficking case, I have dealt with worse cases of murders, serial killings and even received death threats. I have changed Jungkook, there were times I had to remove bullets on my own, did I come and tell you guys anything, no because I know its my work and this is what I'll have to deal with." Taehyung blurted out and Jungkook was shook.

"But Hyung it's Jimin this time, isn't he your friend. He was more close to you than I was, you have lived your entire childhood with him, and there wasn't a time you guys fought. Whenever we fought over something you would go and talk to him, do you know at times I even felt that you and I are just friends and I am nothing compared to him. Taehyung to me you were how Jimin is to you, I'm sorry I don't know why I am ranting all this but please don't push me away like this." He said as tears started flowing down his eyes.

And Taehyung pulled him in his embrace, this meant a lot to him and he was touched "I'm sorry Jungkook, I really am sorry. I never thought that you were hurt because of me. You are everything to me Jungkook, I never compared between you both, don't you dare say that again okay!! While Jimin was there every time for me, you were always by my side. I adore you the most if it weren't for you I wouldn't have accepted Ha Eun then." He said crying.

"I am so angry not because he didn't tell but because he didn't ask for help, and this will really affect how I'll work now and I am just confused, no matter what it's true that I have never thought of dealing with someone from whom I know, I suspected him a long time ago but that one trust that I knew he wouldn't do something wrong kept me back. I just can't let him go, he shouldn't have done it even if there were situations he couldn't avoid he should have asked for help. Like there is something called trust between us and we would try the best to help each other. There are things he did you don't know for which I can never forgive him."

"What do you mean by that? What did he do?" He asked shocked, "I can't tell you Jungkook, it's definitely not something you should know."He replied remembering the assault on Ha Eun. "Hyung, please tell me, I will be silent about it." He persisted but Taehyung didn't change his mind, "I don't break promises Kookie-ah and that's why I cant tell you." He said and suddenly hugged him. Taehyung started crying and just couldn't stop, all those flashbacks of their good old days came in front of his eyes, and then he couldn't forgive himself for what happened to Ha Eun. There were just too many secrets that were buried in his heart. "Tae, pls don't cry we'll try to figure out together" the younger tried to console but seeing him cry like this was a first for him, he was strong but now he knew it was very difficult to even stand up, and slowly tears left his eyes too. Life was seriously playing dangerous games.

After half an hour when he finally calms down a little, they both went to a restaurant and had dinner where only the sounds of their chopsticks and spoons filled the air around them, and then Jungkook received a message from Hyung Shik, Is everything alright? I'm worried it's been more than 3 hrs. Pls reply. Jungkook then replied to him that he'll tell him in detail later and now Taehyung is not in the position to take the lead. "Jungkook, I know it'll be hard but I just want to finish this off and take a leave so pls don't delay." He said, "YAH!! Are you seriously nuts, or did you drink something while becoming a superintendent? This is so not you!!!" He blurted out and Taehyung had a small laugh on that which indirectly made Jungkookie smile. "I changed Jungkookie, you need to change as you grow because that's how you can continue to live in this world." He advised.

"Well, I'll let you stay on this case but on one condition. If not say a goodbye and take your hands off this case." He demanded and Taehyung was surprised, "And what's that condition of yours?" He questioned. " AS OF TODAY I AM THE HEAD OF THIS CASE, AND YOU ARE WORKING UNDER ME, THEREBY ALL ORDERS TO ALL YOUR SUBORDINATES ARE TO BE GIVEN BY ME." He commanded and Taehyung was somewhere relieved to be taken off this responsibility and seemed happy, he was proud of him and instantly hugged him tight. "Yes Sir" and Jungkook smiled. "Are you like going to hug me for all the years I wasn't there in just one day" he teased, "I swear no one is mine in this world... Pabo go away and don't ever touch me" He whined and hit him and started walking fast. "Yah! Paboya, How can I go away when I live in your heart, it'll stop without me." The younger teased as he was catching up to him.

UMM HI!!! YEAH DON'T THROW YOUR STUFF ON ME NOW! LIKE I KNOW YOU HAVE ALL RIGHTS TO DO THAT BUT I SERIOISLY HAD A FEW MAJOR STUFF GOING ON.

I SHIFTED FROM THE COUNTRY I LIVED IN FOR MY UNDERGRADUATION SO WE HAD TO SET OUR HOME AND STUFF THEN IT TOOK A MONTH FOR ME TO GET WIFI AND TILL THEN SURVIVING ON MOBILE DATA WAS A BIG PROB, AND THEN SINCE UNI STARTED AND STUFF IT TOOK TIME FOR ME TO ADJUST WITH THE NEW ROUTINE AND SET A TIME TABLE...

HONESTLY SPEAKING I HAD WRITTEN 50% OF IT IN JUNE LIKE I REALLY DID AND THEN WE SHIFTED IN JULY AND IT WAS STUCK THERE.. SO HERE YOU GO!!
