Chapter Two

Henry Hart
Henry punched a burglar in the face and flipped him over his shoulder onto his back. Two more burglars came at him one grabbed him from behind. Henry elbowed him in the stomach and kicked another who charged forward sending him backwards.

Henry struggled to get out of the burglars arms but to his displeasure, the man was too strong. The man flung Henry through the window display and he landed hard on the ground, broken glass raining down around him. Groaning, he pushed himself up and shook fragments of glass from his blond hair.

The man had already began to advance upon him again. Henry tried to guard himself but he was hurt and off balance so he swayed on his feet. The burglar smirked at him.

"You're just a kid. You can't fight me."

Henry didn't say anything in response to that because the man was right. He couldn't fight him...not in his condition. But that didn't mean he was just going to give up.

"I can try!"

The burglar chuckled and stalked over to Henry, grabbing him by his arm. Henry threw the first punch, landing a nice hit to the man's jaw. Henry threw another hard jab at the man catching him off guard and then kicked him in the chest, sending him backwards.

The man snarled in anger and leapt at Henry, knocking him to the floor. Henry fell in the glass, cutting his hands on the shards lying on the floor. Henry gritted his teeth and flipped back to his feet, glaring at the criminal.

The criminal charged at Henry and shoved him into a wall hard enough to knock the air from his lungs, leaving Henry gasping. Henry ducked when the man swung at him, causing him to miss and punch the wall. Henry kicked the criminal in the kneecap sending him to the floor. Henry delivered a hard right hook to the man's face, trying to knock him out.

No such luck.

The criminal grabbed both of Henry's legs and yanked him off his feet. He fell, hitting his head against the window display frame...which turned out to be concrete.

Henry had lost consciousness almost instantaneously and he watched as the man got to his feet and left before he passed out.

Ray Manchester
Ray hadn't heard from Henry since he left to go stop burglars at a jewelry store. And that had been two hours ago. Ray was beginning to worry.

"I'm sure he's okay." Charlotte said.

Ray ignored her and hacked into the jewelry stores security camera and he was shocked at what he found. "Oh my God."

In the camera, Henry was lying on the floor of a window display unconscious and bleeding from what was an apparent head wound. And he didn't make any sign of waking or getting up. Ray was horrified when he saw one of the burglars kick Henry in the stomach a few times before leaving.

Ray shot to his feet and ran to the tube. "Up the tube!" He shouted.

******
When he got to the jewelry store, Henry was still lying there and he rushed in, scooped him up and rushed back out. He ran to the Man Van and carefully placed Henry in the front seat before speeding off.

Reaching the man cave, he carried Henry inside and set him on the man couch. He yelled at Schwaz to bring him some bandages. He held Henry's wrist making sure his pulse was strong.

"What happened?!" Jasper yelled getting off of the elevator.

Ray didn't answer and as he began to wrap Henry's head with bandages, he began to wake up. "Ray?"

"I'm right here Henry."
