Sophie stood beside Mia in front of the well as Olivia, Eric, Natalie and David stood around the well waiting for Mia to make her speech and to dump her drugs down the well and Kai quietly was sitting down.

Okay, may my girlfriend, friends and family witness this act...an irrevocable promise to my commitment that...fuck it, Mia said while shaking her head. Mia then took out her open bag of drugs and began pouring it down the well.

I promise not to touch this shit ever again, Mia said. Mia finished pouring the drugs down the well, crushed the bag with her hand and let the bag go down the well.

Sophie looked down the well to look at the bag falling to the bottom of the well. Okay, let's play cold turkey, Mia said. At least this time since we aren't going to let Mia leave, this'll work unlike the last time, Sophie thought to herself.

Sophie made her way to her car and unlocked it with her keys to get her bags and umbrella. Smart of you to bring an umbrella, Mia told Sophie. Yeah just in case it rains, Sophie replied. 

Kai and Grandpa happily greeted each other by rubbing up against each other. Wow this is their first meeting and they are friends already, Sophie said. 

Since our dogs are getting along we could also be friends after we get to know each other, David told Sophie. I still don't like you also since dogs are a good judge of character and your dog likes you in time we may be friends one I get to know you, Sophie told David.

Who knows, we might also be sibling in laws in the future after all you've been Mia's girlfriend for a year and four months, David told Sophie. Maybe we'll end up getting married in the future if that's what Sophie wants, Mia told David.

Sophie smiled happily at Mia's words knowing she's want to get married to her someday which of course Sophie would have to save up money to buy an engagement ring. Let's head in the cabin now so we can all unpack our things, Sophie said.
