The next day was a Friday and it was the afternoon. Jessica and Danny were wrapped in each other's arms waiting until it was time to pick up Emma from school.

Jessica had her head laying on Danny's chest and he had his arm around her. He was gently playing her hair. She had her eyes closed but she was smiling.

"So, what are your plans after you pick up Emma?" Danny asked.
"Well, I thought we would have a girls day." Jessica replied, "We're going to pick up Isabelle then we are going to do our nails, maybe have a pedicure as well. Then go shopping for a bit. After, I'll pick up something for dinner." She opened her eyes and looked up at him. "What are you going to do while we're gone?"

"I'll probably go for a swim, then I have some meetings with my agent." Danny replied, "We are going to talk about the premieres of the two movies I did."

"I can't wait to see those movies." Jessica said as she played with Danny's chest hair.
"Are you going to go to the premieres with me?" He asked.
"Of course!" She said, "I'm excited to see Big Eyes. I love Margaret's artwork and can't wait to see her life being told through this movie."

"You'll enjoy it." Danny said as he smiled.

He then moved out of his position and hovered over Jessica. "So...one more round before you start getting ready?"
"Honey, if we continue this I'm never going to walk again." Jessica said with a giggle.

Danny chuckled and kissed her lips. His hands moved down to her hips and Jessica sighed in content. She was going to let him continue but she then took him by surprised and pushed him onto his back while she straddled him.

(I realized I already wrote a scene like this so I'm sorry for a repeat lol)

She then bent down to kiss his lips. He put his hands on her waist but she grabbed them and pinned his hands above his head.

"Ohhh...I like this." Danny said with a smirk. His eyes going to her breast since they were close to his face.

Jessica chuckled then bit her bottom lip. "Then you're definitely going to like what I do next." She said in a seductive tone.

Danny's breathing increased and Jessica took control.

Jessica walked out of the bathroom after taking a shower and was in her bathrobe. A towel wrapped around her head to dry her hair.

She looked over on the bed and saw Danny still laying on his back staring at the ceiling. A satisfied look in his eyes.

"Still in bed I see?" Jessica said with a smirk.
"Oh babe...I don't think I'm ever going to walk again." He said sounding exhausted, repeating her words from earlier. "But holy shit balls that was incredible."

Jessica laughed and walked over to him then leaned down to kiss his lips. "I'm going to get dressed now. You should get up and wash up."

Danny nodded in agreement and sighed in content. So as Jessica got dressed, Danny limped to the bathroom to take a shower.

Even after all these years of marriage, their sex life has never diminished. If anything, their appetite for each other has grown over the years.

Jessica dresses in some black jeans and a comfortable red blouse. She then curls her hair and does her make up. She keeps her makeup light for today since it's just casual outing.

Danny was already dressed and was combing his hair back when Jessica finished up.

"Feeling better?" Jessica asked with a smile as she approaching Danny.
Danny put his comb down and smiled back. "Absolutely." He replied then he wrapped his arms around her. "You and the girls be careful and have fun."

She kisses him then nods, "Thanks. We'll try to be back by seven."
"Okay." Danny said then he kissed her lips. "Hey, I love you."
"I love you too." She replied.

Jessica then walked out of the bedroom and walked down the stairs. She grabs her purse which was on the couch then she grabs her car keys.

She then walks out of the house and gets into her car. She then turns the engine on. She puts on her sunglasses then she backs out of their driveway and out of their gate.

She drives to Emma's school and waits ten minutes. The bell soon rings and Emma walks to the car five minutes later.

"Hey mom." Emma said, as she sits in the passenger seat closing the car door.
"Hi, sweet girl." Jessica replied with a smile. "How was school?"
"It was alright, I guess." Emma responds with a shrug. "So, are we going to pick up Sara?"
"Yes we are heading there now." Jessica said as she drove away. "Oh, and I brought your travel bag with some clothes. I know you wouldn't want to walk around the mall in your uniform. You can change at Isabelle's."

"Definitely not." Emma replied, thanking the heavens that her mother knew her well. "Thanks, mom."

Emma had her hair done so she grabs her backpack which held her makeup. Even though she doesn't wear her usual makeup for school, she still carries around her makeup bag.

She then starts to do her makeup in the car that way all she has to do was change when she got to her sister's apartment.

"I don't know how you do it." Jessica said at a stop light. "Every time I tried to do makeup in a moving vehicle, it ended in disaster. You do it and you make it look so effortless."
Emma giggles and replied, "Well, it took practice. Lots of practice. Plus the great thing about a smokey eye look is, if you mess up, no one will know."

Jessica giggled and drives forward when the light turns green.

They finally make it to Isabelle's and Emma's makeup is done. They get down from the car then Emma puts her school backpack in the backseat then grabbed the travel bag that held her regular clothes. Also in the bag were her Demonia platform boots.

They walk up to Isabelle and Mathew's apartment and knocked.

Isabelle opens the door a few seconds later, she greets and hugs her mother and sister and she invites them in.

Emma rushes to the bathroom to change and after a few minutes they were ready to leave.

They decided to go shopping first then they would go to do their nails after.

Because Jessica was dressed low key and she didn't bring attention to herself, no one came up to her. She felt at ease walking around the mall with her daughters.

Although there were a small few who did recognize her but they stayed back and just gave her a wave and a smile. Jessica loves her fans. She was just a very private person. So she responded and gave them a smile and wave in return.

Emma however was drawing attention but she didn't let it bother her. She just walked with her head held high and confidence.

They go into a few stores and the final store they walk into is a baby store. Jessica goes crazy.

"Mom, we don't know what the baby is." Isabelle said, "This is too much."
"I know. But I picked out gender neutral colors." Jessica replied, "Plus look at this cute teddy bear!" She holds out a teddy bear to show Emma and Isabelle.

"Okay that is cute." Emma said as she looked through some onesies. "I think I'll wait to know the gender. After then we can come back and I'm going to get this." She holds up a baby dress. It was red and black; the top was black and the flow-y part of the dress was red.

"Of course if it's a boy, then I'll get him something else." Emma went on then out the dress back on the rack.

After a while, they check out with the few items they bought then they were on their way to the nail salon. Jessica was going to get a manicure and get French tips. Isabelle was just getting a manicure and Emma was getting a manicure and getting her nails painted black.

Back at the house Danny was still limping but he had washed their bed sheets and put new ones on their bed. He cleaned up a bit then he went for a swim and helped him relax his muscles. After, he got ready for his meeting with his agent.

He was now waiting for Jessica and Emma to get home.

Jessica and Emma had dropped off Isabelle at her apartment then they went to pick up some Chinese food for dinner.

It was close to seven in the evening and Ava was nervous. She didn't know what to think. Was this a date? Or was it just dinner with a friend? She wasn't sure but she got dressed as if it were a date.

She wore a red dress that hugged her body. It showed of her curves. There still no baby bump yet so no one could tell she was pregnant. She did her makeup and curled her hair in loose curls. Then she slipped into some black high heels.

Ethan arrived at Ava's apartment five minutes till seven. He grabbed the bouquet of flowers from the passenger seat then he got off his car.

He was wearing black pants and a black long sleeve button up shirt. His hair was slick back.

He walked up to the door and took a deep breath in then let it out. He reached up and knocked on the door.

Ava answered the door a few seconds later. She took Ethan's handsome face and just like every-time she sees him, her heart skipped a beat. She smiled at him and he smiled back.

"You look beautiful." Ethan said, "I uh, I brought you these." He handed over the bouquet of flowers.

Ava smiled more and took them into her hands. "Thank you, Ethan. These are beautiful. Come on in while I put these in water. Then we can go."

Ethan stepped inside her apartment and followed her to the kitchen. She grabbed a vase and filled it with water then she placed the flowers in the base.

After, Ava grabbed her purse then let Ethan step out first. But before closing the door, she turned to Ethan and asked, "Ethan? Uh, I need to know...what is this? Is this a date? Or?"

Ethan became shy but he looked at Ava and replied, "I mean...yes. But if you prefer not to call it that then we can just be two friends having dinner together."
Ava shook her and said, "No. I mean, this, this could be a date. I don't mind."

"Awesome." He said with a chuckle. "Let's get going, shall we?"

Ava smiled and nodded; she closes the door and locks up. They soon make their way over to Ethan's car.

He opens the passenger door for her and she gets inside. He closes the door then walks to the driver side. They then make their way to the restaurant Ethan would be taking Ava to.

The restaurant wasn't too fancy but it was still a great restaurant. The host takes them over to a booth and they sit across from each other.

A waiter then walks over and gives them a menu. He takes their drink orders and lets them look over the menu.

The waiter gives them a few minutes and at first Ava and Ethan were quiet. Each nervous about their date together.

But once the waiter brings them their drinks; Ethan asked for a sweet tea and Ava asked for a glass of water, and takes their orders, Ethan breaks the silence.

"So, how was your day?" He asked.
"It went well. I had some papers to grade and also had an appointment today." She replied, "Your brother was there with me. He got to see the baby. Our next appointment is in two weeks. I'll be ten weeks by then."
"Is everything good? The baby?" He asked, "My brother?" He chuckled knowing how his brother could get.

Ava giggles and said, "Well, since he is a first time parent, of course he is nervous. But, seeing the baby himself and talking with my doctor, he seemed to mellow out a little. The baby and I are doing fine. Everything is marching on as it should."

"That's great." Ethan said, "I'm glad. My brother can be too much some times, so I hope he isn't giving you too much trouble." He laughs.
Ava smiles and shook her head, "No. He's doing well. Like I said, first time parents can be that way but I understand."

After that conversation, they move on and talk about other things. They talk about music, movies and about their families throughout their dinner. Their conversation just flowed so easily for them.

It seemed that time flew by them because the next thing they knew, they were already pulling up to Ava's apartment.

Ethan gets out of the car and opened her door for her. He held out his hand and helped her out.

He then walks her to her door. When they get there, Ethan said, "Tonight was great. I had a good time. I hope you did too."
"I did." Ava replied with a smile. "Thank you for dinner."
"You're welcome." Ethan said, "We should do it again some time."
"I would love that." Ava said feeling shy.

"I'll call you later." Ethan said, "I hope you sleep well."
"Thank you. You too." Ava said.

Ethan was very much a gentleman and he didn't want to over step. So instead of kissing her on her lips, he gently grabbed her right hand and placed a kiss on it.

Ava's cheeks flushed and she bit her bottom lip. She had never had that happen before and she felt grateful.

It was then and there that Ava sent up a silent prayer for things to continue to go well between herself and Ethan. She also prayed that Ethan would be the one for her.
