(The kids were running through the jungle looking for their mom.)

Trevor: "Mom!"

Isabelle: "Trevor, stop!"

Trevor: "No, I want to find our mom!"

Isabelle: "But you can't just run through the jungle like you're a savage animal. There must be a different way!"

Trevor: "What do you suggest, then?"

Isabelle: "I...I don't know."

Trevor: "Exactly. So, let me find her!" (Isabelle grabbed Trevor's arm.)

Isabelle: "Not like this! We need the others." (Trevor started to cry with tears coming down his face.)

Trevor: "I just want our mom back. I'm sick and tired of this madness. I just want our mom back just the way she was. Caring and nurturing. She loved us, you know? I just don't want our mom to suffer and the truth is...I'm really scared she might...might...die." (Isabelle felt Trevor's pain and she hugged him.)

Isabelle: "I know, but it won't come to that."

Trevor: "And Aunt Elena did try to kill her."

Isabelle: "She panicked and she didn't want that to happen. Believe me, I saw it in her eyes. Please try to forgive her."

Trevor: "Okay. I will. I just want our mom to be back to normal."

Isabelle: "It's okay. We'll find a way to free her from this horrible change."

Trevor: "I hope you're right."

Isabelle: "I wouldn't lie." (She rubbed his arm and they both heard their names called.)

Nathan: "Isabelle!"

Elena: "Trevor!"

Sully: "Where are you?"

Isabelle: "We're over here!" (Nathan moved a leaf out of his view and saw them.)

Nathan: "Thank goodness. You kids, okay?"

Isabelle: "We're fine. It was just Trevor. He was worried about mother."

Nathan: "It's okay, Trev. We will get her back to normal."

Elena: "Is everything okay?"

Sam: "Everything is good and the kids aren't hurt."

Elena: "Great. Great. I'm glad." (Trevor walked towards Elena.)

Trevor: "Aunt Elena, I'm really sorry about earlier. When I was yelling at you."

Elena: "It's okay, Trevor. You didn't mean to. I'm sorry for almost killing your mother. That was pretty grim of me. Just imagine if you two were motherless, I could never forgive myself. Next time, I'll think before I act." (Trevor smiled at that statement and hugged her.)

Trevor: "I forgive you."

Elena: "We got to separate in order to find both Jason and Lara. Report anything if you found them. Now, who's going to find Lara?"

Nathan: "I am."

Trevor: "We are too, dad!"

Isabelle: "Absolutely!"

Nathan: "Oh, no. There's no way..."

Isabelle: "Father, we're coming with you."

Trevor: "Don't give us any excuse on leaving us behind because we're sticking to you like glue!"

Nathan: "Wow, okay."

Sully: "I'm coming too, kid. And don't say I can't come because I'm old." (Nathan looks at him up to his head and his feet.)

Nathan: "You're old."

Sully: "Why, I ought to knock your teeth out!"

Isabelle: "Hey, there will be no fighting in this group!"

Trevor: "We will turn around and pick another group unless you guys behave like real men!"

Nathan: "What? Sully started it!"

Isabelle: "And we don't like liars either! Get it together, you two!"

Trevor: "That's right. We're in charge!"

Sully: "Damn." (Sam was snickering at Nathan's group.)

Sam: "Man, I wish I had a video camera right now because this is too adorable."

Elena: "Yeah, they are. Okay, back on subject, people. That leaves us to find Jason. Remember, report in if you found them."

Sully: "Got it."

Elena: "Let's move out, people and be safe." (They all went separate ways in the jungle. Meanwhile, back to Lara at Vaas's place, Vaas heard Lara walk in.)

Vaas: "Chica, you're back. I was beginning to be worried that you wouldn't find your way back to this f****** place."

Lara: "There were so many. I couldn't get out of there."

Vaas: "Which is exactly why..." (He walked up to her and slapped her. She fell to the ground.)

Vaas: "You need to do a whole lot better than that **** you pulled!"

Lara: "I'm trying as hard as I can!"

Vaas: "Not hard enough! I want them gone! Can you read my lips, chica? G-o-n-e. I want them all dead! If you won't do what I ask, then you are no use to me anymore. I thought you loved me, chica and you gave me this? I'm truly disappointed."

Lara: "Look, I can try again."

Vaas: "Don't fail me again. You have another chance to kill them. Now, go before I change my mind. I'll be hearing you the entire time." (Lara nodded and ran out into the jungle once more.)

Elena: "Jason Brody, do you copy?" (She heard nothing, but static.)

Elena: "Sam, are you sure that Jason has a walkie-talkie?"

Sam: "He had one on the last adventure. Maybe his disconnected?"

Joshua: "Or maybe it's turned off?"

Elena: "I don't know, but we'll keep trying to reach him."

Joshua: "I hate to ask this, but Elena. Are you still seeing Nathan as more than me?"

Elena: "What? No! I don't see Nathan as more than you! That's ridiculous! I see Nathan as a friend of mine and nothing more. What's in the past, stays in the past. Okay?"

Joshua: "Okay, just making sure."

Elena: "Once I stay with someone, there's no going back and that someone is you. Besides Nathan has Lara, so I say those two are perfect for each other. Go figure."

Joshua: "I understand."

Elena: "Which is why I don't want to continue this conversation. We need to focus."

Joshua: "Right. Okay." (They kept walking and Elena is trying to get a signal.)(Back to Jason and his new partners.)

Jason: "So, after this, where will you two go next?"

Chloe: "Hmm. I'm not exactly sure."

Nadine: "Maybe Bangkok to settle down and relax."

Chloe: "Sounds wonderful, Nadine."

Nadine: "Ja. I want to embrace the sun's rays and feel its warmth."

Chloe: "Don't forget picnics."

Nadine: "Especially picnics." (They both laughed and Jason's walkie-talkie ringed.)

Nadine: "What's that?"

Jason: "It's my walkie-talkie."

Chloe: "Who the hell is calling you?"

Jason: "That's what I want to find out." (He was flipping through channels until he kind of got a signal, but it was static.)

Elena: (COM) "Brody.... (static)...copy? Trying.... (static)....reach...you... (static)...over?" (Jason straightens his signal to get better audio.)

Elena: (COM) "Jason Brody?"

Jason: "Yes, this is me." (Chloe and Nadine were listening to the conversation.)

Elena: (COM) "Christ. We've been trying to reach you for a couple minutes. We thought that your communicator was off, but since you answered, we're relieved."

Jason: "I'm sorry, but who are you?"

Elena: (COM) "My name is Elena Fisher and you may not know me."

Jason: "Umm, no I do not."

Elena: (COM) "You know Nathan Drake, right?"

Jason: "Yeah, I know him. What about him?"

Elena: (COM) "I was his lover from before."

Jason: "Okay, then. Why did you call this channel?"

Elena: (COM) "We're trying to find you. So, tell me your location and we'll be there."

Jason: "Okay. We're right next to this gigantic waterfall and close by these two tents with a campsite. Hopefully, you can still see the smoke in the air."

Elena: "Joshua, give Sam the binoculars."

Joshua: "Got it. Here you go." (He hands Sam a nice pair of binoculars.)

Sam: "Thanks. Ooh, these are nice."

Elena: "Focus, Sam. Do you see the smoke anywhere?" (He looked around and saw it quite far away.)

Sam: "I see it and man, is it far."

Elena: "Okay. Jason, we see the smoke."

Jason: (COM) "Okay, how far are you?"

Elena: "Pretty far."

Jason: (COM) "Might take a few hours, but you'll make it."

Elena: "Okay, you stay there and don't move."

Jason: (COM) "That's simple. See you when you get here."

Elena: "See you. Keep your channel open."

Jason: (COM) "Okay, roger that."

Chloe: "Wait. She said her name is Elena and she said that Drake was her lover. I haven't seen them in years."

Jason: "I know Nathan, no doubt. It's Elena I've never met."

Chloe: "She's a charming woman. They've been together for years."

Nadine: "Speaking of Nathan, is he here?"

Jason: "Probably. It's been a while since I've seen him. We were separated when this happened."

Chloe: "Ah. Well, let's stay here like she says."

Nadine: "Ja, we don't want to wander off." (They all sat down on logs and waited. Meanwhile, back to Nathan and the group.)

Nathan: "Hey, kids. Any sign of your mother anywhere?"

Trevor: "Not yet."

Isabelle: "We're looking, though."

Sully: "Wait, I think I see her."

Nathan: "Where, Sully?"

Sully: "Over there by the trees." (Nathan sees her running quickly through the jungle.)

Nathan: "Let's go after her!"

Trevor: "Go!" (They all ran behind her.)

Isabelle: "Mother, stop running!"

Nathan: "Lara, stop!"

Vaas: (COM) "Use your surroundings, chica! Your instincts!" (Lara aimed her bow at the coconuts and shot them. Down came raining coconuts.)

Nathan: "Watch out above you!"

Isabelle: "Yikes, falling coconuts!"

Sully: "Dodge them!" (They all dodged the coconuts and Lara got mad. She used her two axes to cut tree trunks and slowly they fell.)

Trevor: "Look out for trees before they crush you!"

Nathan: "Watch out, kids!" (The kids jumped over the trunks.)

Sully: "Nice hops, kids."

Trevor: "Thanks, grandpa."

Isabelle: "Keep going. We're getting close to her."

Lara: "Vaas, they're still coming after me. I've tried everything and they just kept dodging."

Vaas: (COM) "Then turn around and stop running like a damn coward. Show them not to mess with you."

Lara: "Copy." (She did a fast u-turn and came back at them.)

Trevor: "Now, she's chasing after us!"

Sully: "Kids, run and get to safety."

Isabelle: "No, not without our mother and not without you."

Nathan: "Kids, listen to your grandfather. It's me she wants."

Isabelle: "But father!"

Nathan: "Don't worry, I'll be fine! Now, go!"

Sully: "You heard your dad. Run and hide!"

Isabelle: "Come on, Trevor."

Trevor: "Fine." (They both ran behind trees.)

Sully: "I got your back to watch the kids. Don't worry, I'll keep my eyes on them. When you go, we'll follow."

Nathan: "Thanks, old man." (Lara looked at Nathan.)

Nathan: "Lara, I don't want to make you upset. I just want you back in my arms again."

Lara: "No, I want you gone!" (She attacks Nathan and he blocks her moves.)

Nathan: "Lara, don't do this! I don't want to attack you!"

Lara: "I do and once your dead, the rest are next!"

Nathan: "That's not going to happen!" (He grabbed her arm and pushed her against a tree.)

Nathan: "Stop this nonsense, Lara! This isn't who you are, god damn it!"

Lara: "Get the hell off me, you disrespectful ****!" (She stepped on his foot hard and slapped him. He fell to the ground and she ran off.)

Nathan: "Uh, uh. You're not leaving at all." (He ran after her and Sully gestures the kids.)

Sully: "Come on, kids. Follow!"

Isabelle: "Right behind you!"

Trevor: "Following!" (Nathan ran close up on Lara and tackles her on the beach.)

Lara: "Get off me! Get off!"

Nathan: "Hell no. Not until you come back to the family."

Lara: "I have no family anymore!"

Nathan: "Yes, you do. You just won't look in front of you. Look in my eyes, Lara."

Lara: "No. You can't bring me back."

Nathan: "Yes, we can and we will. Now, look in my eyes. What do you see?"

Lara: "I see you loving someone else."

Nathan: "No, you don't. Focus on me." (Lara struggled, but couldn't break free, so she looked in his eyes and was curious.)

Lara: "I see...us? No, no. I won't let you tramatize me!"

Nathan: "But that's already happening, isn't it? That means it's working. Good. What else do you see?"

Lara: "I see you and I falling in love."

Nathan: "Yes. Keep going!"

Lara: "Leave me alone!" (She gets up and held onto her head.)

Vaas: (COM) "Lara, come back to me! Snap out of your sentimental life and come back to me!"

Lara: "I'm trying, but he's pulling me back into my normal self."

Vaas: (COM) "Fight it and come back to me!"

Nathan: "Lara, your children Isabelle and Trevor, they're scared and they want you back."

Lara: "My children?"

Nathan: "Yes, don't you remember?"

Lara: "No. No. Please, stop."

Nathan: "No. I'll never stop."

Lara: "Why?! Why wouldn't you stop?!"

Nathan: "It's because I love you, Lara and I would never break your heart because you are so damn beautiful in my heart and soul. I will never let you go. Never. You are sweet and kind to your children that they brag about you everyday in school to their teachers. Seriously."

Lara: "They talked about me in school?"

Nathan: "See? Everyone cares about you. Everyone. Except Vaas. He's the one that's pulling your strings, isn't he? Because in your memories, he's messing everything up. Your childhood memories and everything he could put his hands on. Hell, he killed your parents in your house while we were searching for them in your mind. How crazy is that?"

Lara: "He killed my...mother...and father?"

Nathan: "Do you see why he's so sick in the head? And he wanted you to be his wife after everything he did to you. Just think about that."

Lara: "He drugged me."

Nathan: "What?"

Lara: "He drugged me right when he said that he need to speak to me privately."

Nathan: "So, that's why you couldn't remember things in your mind. He drugged you."

Lara: "Yes."

Nathan: "That son of a *****!"

Vaas: (COM) "Chica, you spoiled everything! Now, your boy toy knows our secrets! You f****** idiot!"

Lara: "I hate for what he done to me and I hate having these mixed emotions inside of me! I want it to stop!"

Nathan: "We will make it stop right here and now. We'll go back to the machine beds and change everything the way it should be."

Lara: "It won't be that simple anymore."

Nathan: "What are you talking about? Of course it will."

Lara: "Maybe for you, but not for me."

Nathan: "Lara, what are you doing?" (She took out the butterfly knife and flipped it in her fingers.)

Vaas: (COM) "Chica, tell me what you're doing right now!"

Lara: "I'm sorry, Nathan, but I can't let him control me any longer! I'm so sorry!" (Nathan noticed what she's about to do.)

Nathan: "Lara?"

Vaas: (COM) "Chica! NO!"

Nathan: "NO! LARA, NO!" (Lara stabbed herself in the abdominal area and shred a horizontal angle in her. She fell to her knees and on the ground. Nathan went to her and puts her head on his lap.)

Sully: "Oh, my god. Kids, close your eyes! Jesus Christ!"

Trevor: "Why? What happened?"

Sully: "Just stay there and don't look! Kid, you okay?"

Nathan: (Sobbing) "Lara...why?!"

Lara: (Weakly and Panting) "I...had to...do it." (She grunted at the pain.)

Nathan: (Sobbing) "But why? Because it was an option that you thought of."

Lara: (Weakly and Panting) "No, because....it was...the right thing...to do..." (Nathan felt so devasted and sad on the inside. Lara caressed his cheek and he kissed her hand.)

Lara: (Weakly and Panting) "Hey, I did...it...for...the family."

Sully: "I say that was pretty smart."

Nathan: "How could you say that?!"

Lara: (Weakly and Panting) "No...he's right....it was...pretty...smart. Because the drugs he gave...me...is wearing...off. It worked."

Sully: "See?" (Lara was grunting at the sharp pain.)

Nathan: "Shhh...take it easy. I'm right here."

Lara: (Weakly and Panting) "Nathan, you got to go to....the machine beds and...change...my memories...back."

Nathan: "What? What about you?"

Lara: (Weakly and Panting) "Don't worry. I'll be with you in there, but not in reality."

Nathan: "What do you mean?"

Lara: (Weakly and Panting) "I'll be in my...memory, but I won't be...beside you in the...machine bed."

Nathan: "No, I won't leave you and you're losing a lot of blood."

Lara: (Weakly and Panting) "It's okay....because...you won't...have to."

Nathan: "Lara?" (She drew her last breath and she stood still with her eyes closed. Nathan shook her, but she wasn't moving.)

Nathan: "Lara! Lara, wake up! Lara, please!" (Nathan broke up into tears and was crying hard.)

Nathan: (Crying) "Lara, please! I can't do this without you!" (He was crying on her body until he heard a voice.)

Man Voice: "Hey, what the hell is going on here?" (Nathan looked up and saw who was talking to them. Few hours earlier, back to Elena, Sam and Joshua.)

Elena: "Hey, Jason. We're getting close to your location. How's it going?"

Jason: (COM) "We're just waiting on you."

Elena: "Okay, I think I see you."

Jason: (COM) "Oh, good. Are you in a blue tanktop?"

Elena: "Yes, that's me. Come on, fellas. We're on our way to you!"

Jason: (COM) "Copy!" (He saw the group ran to him.)

Elena: "I'm so glad we found you!"

Sam: "Yeah. Took us a long time to get together."

Jason: "I hear you."

Chloe: "Hey, Elena!"

Elena: "No way!" (Chloe hugged Elena.)

Chloe: "It's been so long."

Elena: "It has and who's this?"

Chloe: "Oh, this is Nadine Ross."

Nadine: "Hello."

Sam: "Hello again."

Nadine: "Don't talk to me."

Sam: "Okay."

Jason: "Hey, wasn't Nathan supposed to be with you?"

Elena: "Yes, but we decided to separate to find the other person. Much faster that way."

Sam: "I'm starting to get worried about my brother." (Elena heard a sound that was loud. It sounded like a coconut cracked, but it was actually the walkie-talkie.)

Elena: "What the hell?!"

Nathan: (COM) "NO!!"

Jason: "That sounded like Nathan!"

Sam: "Brother!"

Chloe: "Let's follow the voice!"

Elena: "Let's go!" (They ran towards Nathan's voice that was loud.)

Nathan: (In the distance) "How could you say that?!"

Elena: "Who knew that Nathan has such a big mouth?"

Joshua: "Not cool!"

Elena: "Sorry, Josh!"

Jason: "We're almost there! Keep running!"

Nathan: (In the distance) "Lara, please! Don't leave me! Not like this!" (Elena saw the kids behind the trees closing their eyes.)

Elena: "Hey, kids. What happened? Where's your father?"

Trevor: "Grandpa Sully told us not to look."

Isabelle: "So, we don't know what happened."

Nathan: (Crying) "Lara, please! I can't do this without you!" (He was crying on her body until he heard a voice and it was Jason's.)

Jason: "Hey, what the hell is going on here?! Ohhhh." (He saw Nathan holding Lara.)

Elena: "Nathan, what the hell happened?!"

Nathan: "She just..."

Sully: "Nathan, you better go to the machine bed with Sam and fix this."

Nathan: "You're right. You're right. Let's go, brother. We need to make a change." (He saw the earpiece on the ground and grabbed it.)

Nathan: "Vaas, little known fact. Once we're done here, you're going to die today along with your brother. I promise you for what you did to Lara, you have earned it." (He dropped it and stepped on it.)

Nathan: "Let's go."

Sam: "Right." (They both ran towards the tents where the beds were.)

Chloe: "Wait, Elena I thought you and Nathan were together?"

Elena: "Yeah, long story for another time. Right now, we have to help her." (She points to Lara.)

Chloe: "Oh. I see now."

Elena: "He adores her so much that he would die for her."

Jason: "That's it! We got the Elixir! So, let's put it to good use. Remember, anyone who drinks it, a loved one must die as well in sacrifice."

Sully: "Kids, come out now."

Trevor: "Okay. Mom!"

Isabelle: "Mother!" (They ran to her.)

Trevor: "Is she?"

Jason: "Yes, but we can bring her back. In return, someone has to sacrifice themselves for her as a loved one."

Trevor: "It should be us! Isabelle and I will do it!"

Sully: "No, you two are too precious to Lara and plus she would be heart-broken!"

Isabelle: "True."

Sully: "It should be me. I'm too old for this job anyway. I'm like a fossil who's been in the dirt for thousands of years. I should do it."

Jason: "Guys, enough. It should be me."

Sully: "Jason, why?"

Jason: "Because she's like my fair and trustworthy cousin. I would love for her to be a part of my family as well. She's pretty cool and hip. She's a really nice person to hang out with."

Chloe: "And you would sacrifice yourself just for her?"

Jason: "More like the family. Go ahead give her the Elixir of Life and I'll take the sacrifice." (Chloe poured the life into the silver chalice and the sacrifice into the gold chalice. Sully grabbed the silver and gave it to Lara.)

Jason: "Well, it's been fun hanging out with you all and I hope you guys have a safe trip back home, okay?"

Trevor: "We'll never forget you, Great godfather Jason."

Isabelle: "Yeah."

Jason: "Wow, you kids are incredible. I'm going to remember that, too."

Sully: "We won't forget you."

Jason: "Yeah. Me too."

Chloe: "You're very brave, Jason."

Nadine: "Ja."

Jason: "Thanks, ladies. I appreciate it. Tell Nathan I said it's been nice knowing him and I consider him as a step brother."

Sully: "We will."

Jason: "Alright, guys. It's been real. Peace out." (He drinks the whole entire chalice and he collapsed on the floor dead. Chloe had tears coming down her cheeks and Nadine felt sad.)

Sully: "He's gone. We should prepare a burial."

Chloe: "I'll get the firewood."

Trevor: "We'll get the vines." (Isabelle and Trevor ran off to get the vines so they can tie the wood together. Sully looked at Lara with sadness in his eyes.)

Sully: "Lara, I do hope that you wake up soon for our sake and Nathan's." (He moved the strand from out of her face and behind her ear. Then he kissed her forehead and carried her towards a tree and sets her up gently.)

Sully: "Nathan and Sam, please hurry back." (He sits next to Lara, holding her hand and rubbing it.)
