Your POV

I woke up laying on EJ's chest. He was still sound asleep and I smiled at him a little. Then I started looking over his wounds touching his scars and I grimaced a little. ' I wish I was stronger so I could protect him as well.' I quietly snuck out of this bed and headed for the door. He started to stir in his sleep a little so I hurried and put a pillow where I was. When I knew it was safe for me to leave I quietly crept out the door.

" Hey Y/n" I turned around to find Masky walking up to me. I put my finger to my lips showing him to be quiet. He gave me a questioning look.

"EJ is still asleep I whispered.

"Oh" he said understanding. Then I motioned for him to follow me.

"Hey Masky, I was wondering if you could teach me a little self defense. I know there are things out there that can kill me and I also know that Jack won't be there all the time to protect me. So I was wondering if you can teach me how to defend myself."

"How come you don't ask eyeless to help you?"

"Because I know he won't. He is very protective and I'll know he would hold out on me. That's why I'm asking you."

"Alright, fine I'll teach you. Just meet me outside after dinner and we'll get started."

"Yes! Thanks Masky." I gave him a small hug and ran off to my room.

Eyeless Jack POV

I woke up soon as y/n left the room. Truth be told I was up way longer than she was. I looked at my wounds then at the door. I know she feels bad for what happened, but all honesty its not her fault. I sighed and headed for the door to go talk to her. When I reached for the door knob I heard her asking Masky to speak with him.

I already know what she is going to talk to him about. I just wish she would have asked me first. I sighed and laid back on my bed to think about this. Maybe she thinks I won't train her to my best ability. I groaned in annoyance and turned to look out my window. I will show her I can teach her without any hold backs.
