Shivaay and Anika were headed to the outhouse which was situated just behind the Mansion.

He stopped in front of a house which was decent looking.

Anika looked at Shivaay with widened eyes.

A- here?

Shivaay nodded his head.

S- Yes. Come.

Shivaay rang the doorbell and a servant opened the door. As soon as the servant saw Shivaay, she bowed her head and greeted him and he just nodded his head.

S- Where are uncle and aunty?

Servant- Sir, they're having dinner.

Shivaay nodded his head and held Anika's hand and headed inside.

Anika looked around the house and was stunned with the beauty of the house.

They saw Anika's parents sitting at the dining table and eating the food silently but there was a worry which can be easily noticed on their faces.

Anika had tears in her eyes after seeing her parents after such a long time.

A- Maa! Baba!

They turned to look at Anika and their eyes got filled with tears.

Anika's mother, Radhika hugged her tightly and Anika also hugged her back. They cried in each other's embrace and Anika's father, Hari caressed her head.

R- bitiya, I'm so sorry that you have to suffer so much.

Anika just shook her head while crying.

Radhika then wiped her tears and then noticed Anika's coloured saree and her jewellery, especially her mangalsutra and Sindoor.

She looked at Anika angrily.

R- Anika, what is this nonsense? Why are you dressed up like a bride? Don't forget that you're a widow. Remove it.

Radhika was about to wipe her Sindoor from Anika's forehead when Anika held her hand and stopped her.

She looked at Radhika and Hari with teary eyes.

A- These are nuptial signs of my marriage, Maa. I'm married now.

Radhika and Hari were shocked.

H- WHAT? MARRIED?

Anika nodded her head.

Shivaay moved forward and stood beside Anika. He joined his hands in front of Anika's parents.

S- Namaste. I'm Shivaay, Your son-in-law.

Radhika moved forward and slapped Anika hard.

Anika clutched her cheek and looked at her mother in shock.

Shivaay stepped forward angrily but Anika stopped him.

R- You married again. Have you forgotten our culture and rituals? You're a widow, for god's sake. How can you marry again and go against God? You have disgraced us.

Radhika shouted Angrily at Anika and she sobbed.

A- Maa....

R- No. How can you even do this? If I'm not wrong, this is his house, right?

Radhika asked her and Anika nodded her head. Radhika and hari just sighed.

H- We were happy that you left your in-laws behind as they were making your life worse and we were guilty about it. That's why we came here with you but we never expected that you'll get married again and forget our culture and rituals.
We won't live here anymore, especially in this man's house. We have talked to your Kaka who lives here in mumbai. He has arranged a job and a rented flat for us. We'll be living there. Let's go, Radhika.

Anika fell on the floor on her knees and started crying terribly.

Shivaay held her and turned to look at Anika's parents angrily.

S- Wait! If you think that one cannot marry after their partner is dead, then you're totally wrong. If you think that it's against the rituals or culture, then I don't obey such absurd culture. If you think that it's against god's wishes, then your wrong because pairs are made by God and our marriage was Destined by God, Himself. You have sacrificed your daughter once when she needed you the most and now also you are doing the same. I'm sorry to say but if your daughter mattered to you then you wouldn't have married her at the age of 18, just to pay for some debt and wouldn't have left her alone in the biggest tragedy of her life. If you want to go, you're welcomed to leave.

Hari and Radhika felt guilty for a moment but covered it and left the house.

Anika was sobbing when Shivaay wrapped his arm around her shoulder but she was not in her senses.

A- They left me again. Everyone leaves me. Noone wants me. I'm a disgrace. I have noone. I'm alone in this world.

S- Anika. Anika. Listen to me. Ani.....

Before he could complete his sentence, Anika dropped unconscious in his arms. He patted her cheek but she gave no response.

Shivaay immediately scooped her up in his arms and took her to Oberoi Mansion.

He ran towards his room and Tejanvi were shocked. Aadi also saw his father and ran after him.

He rushed towards his room and made her lay on the bed.

S- Anika? Anika?

He sprinkled some water on her face and she was still unconscious.

Shivaay rushed towards his Mom as Jhanvi was a gynaecologist.

S- Mom, please check her.

Jhanvi looked at Shivaay and nodded her head. Jhanvi checked her up.

S- What happened, Mom? Is She alright?

J- she's fine. Just got unconscious because of stress and tiredness. Let her rest for a while.

Jhanvi said and Shivaay nodded his head. Jhanvi smiled and left the room along with Tej.

Aadi was standing there, observing the whole scenario.

He slowly walked towards Shivaay and cupped his cheeks with his small hands to gain his attention.

Aa- Dad, who ish she?

Shivaay was speechless at his question. What would he tell him?

S- Uh....

Aa- Is she my mommy?

Aadi asked him with innocent eyes and cute pout.

Shivaay just nodded his head, too scared to face Aadi's reaction.

He smiled widely and his eyes glittered with happiness.

Aa- yaaaayyyy! My mommy.

He immediately climbed on the bed and started noticing Anika's face with admiration.

S- Come buddy, Let's go. Let mommy rest.

Aadi looked at Shivaay with a pout and shook his head in negative.

Aa- No dad. I Walt to shtay with mommy. Pwwweeeeeaaaassssseeeeeeee.

Aadi pleaded very cutely to Shivaay and Shivaay melted at his gesture.

S- Okay. But don't trouble mommy.

Shivaay said and Aadi nodded his head with a wide smile.

Aadi was holding Anika's hand gently, careful that he doesn't disturb her sleep. He himself didn't knew when he fell asleep in Anika's embrace.

Shivaay returned after some time with a plate of food.

The scene he saw brought tears to his eyes.

Aadi was sleeping in Anika's embrace and she was hugging him protectively in her sleep.

A tear slipped from his eye and he wiped it immediately and left the bedroom.
