AN: Well.... last chapter was a bit emotional. Rachel is in a coma, and Sebastian isn't taking it well. They still haven't caught the person responsible for the hit and run.

Sebastian sat in the cafeteria of Lima General Hospital. It has been two months since the car accident. Rachel hasn't woken up yet. The doctors and nurses have said she was improving and it was a matter of time until she woke up. He couldn't wait. He couldn't wait to hold her in his arms again. To kids her plump lips that begged  to be kissed.

Sebastian Smythe usually didn't show his feelings. Feelings distracted you. But...Rachel was different. She made him want to be better. He missed her beautiful eyes. He hasn't left her side. Her parents still haven't visit their only daughter. How can their "business trips" be that important when she is lying in a hospital bed??

While Sebastian sat drinking his coffee, he didn't hear footsteps behind him.

"Hey Sebastian, how is Rachel?" Trent asked.

Sebastian jumped, then smiled when he saw his friends from Dalton appear. Trent, Thad, Nick, Jeff, Hunter and Jon were there. Not just for him, but for His Rachel.

"Hey brothers, she is still not awake. But hopefully anyday now." Sebastian said.

Sigh....

"Have they caught the person who hit her?" Hunter replied.

Sebastian clenched his fists. " Hell no, and the bastards are just sitting around eating their donuts and not trying to find out what happened. I would so love to find the SOB who did this and make them pay!!"

"Calm down Seb." Thad,calmly added.

"We need our Berry back." Nick And Jeff replied together.

"Let's Go up to visit her. She should have the people who love her most, there for her." Jon said.

Sebastian sighed again. It was sad that none of the New Directions, aside from Puck, Sam and Blaine , have bothered to visit. All they cared about was who were getting  Rachel's solos or making jokes. It killed him to hear Quinn and Santana bad mouthing her. Finn didn't even visit.

Sebastian looked around and nodded his head. They all got up to walk back to Rachel's room.

Ten minutes later, the boys entered the room. Trent choked back tears when he entered the room and saw Rachel. Hunter looked away, wiping a tear. No one knew what to say.

"Hey Rachie, it's your favorite Warbler, Trent. Honey you need to wake up. You are the next Broadway star. You need to play Fanny. You need to be Maria. We need to hear that power voice. I need my shopping buddy. I'm better at fashion than Kurt. " Trent said.

"Ain't that the truth." Sebastian smirked.

Soon all of the guys spoke to Rachel. Sebastian sat on the opposite side of the bed, holding her hand.

"'Cause you are not alone, I'm always there with you, and we'll get lost together, 'til the light comes pouring through." Sebastian opened his eyes and stared directly at Rachel as he sang, hoping she was listening to his performance. He continued  singing for Rachel, never breaking eye contact as he did so. Once the song finished, he quickly got up to leave the room almost too afraid to find out what Rachel had thought of his song.

He was almost to the door, when suddenly he heard Thad and Trent gasp. Rachel was waking up.

"Hello...." Rachel replied, too weak still.

Sebastian ran to her side. "OMG baby! Rachel?! You're coming back to me???!!!" He asked, anxiously.

Rachel looked at him. Sebastian was never more thrilled to see her doe eyes again. His Rachel was awake.

As the other guys ran to find a doctor, Sebastian had tears. "Baby, I'm never letting you go again. I've missed you so much!" He replied.

As he leaned over to kiss her, he noticed she tensed. "Where am I? What happened?" She asked.

Sebastian cleared his throat. "Baby, you were in a car accident. You have been in a coma. I am so glad you're awake." He said, as he kissed her.

"So I was in a coma from a car accident. And those guys are friends to me?" Rachel asked.

"Yes, Rachel." Sebastian said.

"One question." She said
"Anything pretty girl. What is it?" Sebastian replied.

There was a long pause.

"Who are you?" Rachel asked, confused.

Sebastian just looked at her, heartbroken.

The Love of His Life forgot about him......

What is he going to do? He thought...

Sebastian thought quietly. "You're future husband....."
