Hey everyone, today I'm going to show you how I made this cover:

I wanted to go for a more horror vibe than I usually go with.

Step 1:

Open Canva and click the purple plus.

Step 2:

Select "custom size," and when the menu pops up, enter 1024 x 1600 px. This is a higher quality wattpad cover size.

Step 3:

Choose the "gallery" button or "camera roll" depending on if you use IOS or Android. Then add your background and pre cut flames from Photoroom or whatever background remover you use. Edit your flames in the "adjust" column and/or add filters to them and the background so it looks natural.

Step 4:

Add your text. The font for "Fire and" is Econimica, and the font for "Flames" is Dangwa. Then click on "effects" for the "Flames" text. Scroll to the neon effect and change the intensity to 20. Adjust the sizing of both and move them around until you're happy with the positioning. Then, add the authors name.

Step 5:

Add your watermark and boom, you're done!
