After her mum's text, Meyshna picked herself up and started herself day, she headed to the kitchen where her mother in law is at.

Sumathi: Good morning ma

Meyshna: morning athai

Sumathi: Is Ashwin awake?

Meyshna: err..no, he's still sleeping

Sumathi: sleeping a, pls go and wake him up ma, he told me he has a meeting this morning at 9

Meyshna stood there thinking how is she going to get this done and she could not let her mother in law know about it either.

Sumathi: here's his coffee, idhayum kuduthudu, first thing that he looks for before starting his work

Meyshna took the coffee and went to the room. She spent about 5 minutes thinking how to wake him up, whether she's going to scare him and what is she going to speak. She checked the time and realized it's getting late for his meeting. She went towards him and pretended to cough but that didn't work. She tried finding for his phone to set an alarm but his phone was nowhere to be found. With no other choice left, she slowly lifted his blanket. Ashwin pulled the blanket, turned around and continued sleeping.

Meyshna: here's your coffee

After hearing her voice, Ashwin opened his eyes and saw Meyshna placing the coffee mug on his bedside table. For a moment, he was clueless and felt awkward of her doing this.

Ashwin: hey..morning, you didn't have to do that

Meyshna: athai said you told her you have a meeting at 9, she wanted me to wake you up and pass you the coffee

Ashwin checked his phone and realized he's got only about 10 mins left before the meeting.

Ashwin: Crap, how did I sleep through my alarm!!

And he realized, he kept the volume really low so that it wouldn't disturb Meyshna's sleep.

Ashwin: thank you!! Sorry for the trouble, I slept off

Meyshna: its ok

Meyshna then left the room, Ashwin went on getting ready for his meeting.
