Around 4 am, Aadhiya woke up from her sleep to find him sleeping peacefully next to her with her eyes half open.

Her lips curled automatically.

She yawned while patting her open mouth.

She frowned at the thought of her hand locked between something. She looked at her hand and saw that they were intertwined.

He never left her hand even after hours of deep sleep. Her small hand was so lost in his large one.

Without breaking their entwined hands, she stood up from the stool and leaned close to his face. She stroked his messy front hair. She had the urge to kiss him.

She leaned in to kiss his forehead, but stopped halfway, thinking of his engagement day. She immediately broke their hands without disturbing his slumber.

After making sure he was sleeping comfortably, she left his room and went to hers.

The three boarded the booked cab, Shiva seated in the front passenger seat while the other two people seated in the back seats.

They headed towards the recommended hospital.

Because of her irregular sleep last night, she felt sleepy.

She rested her head on headrest and fell asleep. But potholes in the road often disturbed her sleep. Her annoyance was reflected in her closed eyes.

The man sitting next to her noticed that, so he closed the gap between them, expecting her to sleep on his shoulder.

Within seconds, her face fell on his shoulder and she felt comfortable laying there.

Her face was about to fall at the driver's sudden brake, but he cupped her cheek.

He turned to them after talking to the doctor.

Dhruv: emergency ward la oru patient uh attend panitu irukaram da.. konjam neram agum wait pannuga sonaru da..

The doctor grabbed her wrist, checked her pulse, and her expression suddenly changed.

While Dhruv received a call from doctor.

He excused himself and attended the call and talked with the other side person.

Meanwhile, Aadhiya saw a puppy in the middle of the road and on the other side of the road, she saw the mother dog who is struggling to cross the road.

She soon crossed the single-lane road and the median of the highways. As she crossed the next road, a car came speeding.

Dhruv who watched this from a distance.

The car stopped inches in front of her with the help of emergency brake. The sudden action made her close her eyes and cover her ears with both her hands.

She didn't mind his scolding just moved.

She picked up the little puppy that was only a month old.

The mother dog placed her paws on her thighs and wagged her tail rapidly.

Mummy Dog: bow bow (she looked at her boy puppy) bow bow (she licked his head)

Puppy: aw aw (he licked her hand) aw aw

She smiled genuinely from her heart.

Her face immediately fell down.

Seeing her dull face, mother dog and puppy barked. Mother dog jumped and licked her face with Love. While puppy looked at her face with sad pout, his eyes became glassy.

Mother dog and puppy wagged their tails.

She chuckled and ruffled their heads.

Dhruv saw this scene from a distance and smiled at her who talking to the dogs.

She waved her goodbye to them.

She crossed the single-lane road and when she was about to cross the next lane, she just turned to look at them and smiled.

But she failed to notice the vehicle coming from the other side.

Dhruv noticed the lorry stumbling. He felt something was wrong. The lorry is speeding up. He was shocked to see the scene.

Dhruv: diyaaaaaaaa (he screamed in fear)
