A few minutes after Yellow left, Shadow jumped out of the bed and went outside into the woods.

"Hmm...," Shadow hummed. "Lance's house should be around here somewhere..." He wondered around a bit longer, hoping not to get lost.

Soon, a small treehouse came into view.

"There it is!" Shadow exclaimed. He ran up to the door of the house and knocked excitedly.

Soon after, the door opened.

"Oh hi, Shadow!" Lance exclaimed, surprised. "Happy Birthday!"

"Never say that to me again." Shadow growled.

"Oh, uh..., okay." Lance stuttered.

Shadow scanned the house area.

"Where's Coral and Pyro?" Shadow asked. The energetic twin Eevees (That were triplets with Lance, who was already a Jolteon.) were nowhere to be seen.

"Oh, them?" Lance asked. "They're still sleeping."

"But it's almost 8:00!" Shadow exclaimed, surprised.

Lance nodded. "I know. They stayed up all night watching movies."

Shadow nodded. "Oh,"

"So, uh, what do you want to do?" Lance asked.

Shadow shrugged. "I don't know. Take a walk, perhaps?"

"Alright," Lance nodded. "We can do that."
