In the corridor next to it. Outside of time and space

In the corridor, Laura Soraya sighed. (Why did Five do that?) Laura Soraya asked herself mentally. She walked along the path and found the open mirror portal. Laura Soraya was startled. "No! He didn't ... Did he?" Laura Soraya whispered to herself in disbelief. "Please don't let this happen," Laura Soraya whispered, hopefully. Her voice echoed through the corridor.

"Is everything all right?", another voice suddenly asked, but it was identical to Laura Soraya's voice. Laura Soraya turned abruptly to face the voice. (Oh no!) (Please don't let this be true.) Laura Soraya thought, clinging to hope. But it was Laura.D. So things could only get worse. Because if Five had really met Laura.D, then he was definitely in trouble. The only question was. What kind of trouble had Five gotten himself into?

"What do you want?", Laura asked Soraya with a groan. "Oh, I saw you coming, and I've been watching you a bit. It seems to me that you're looking for someone." Laura replied.D. Laura Soraya sighed in resignation. "I am indeed looking for someone. I bet. You know exactly who I'm looking for!" Laura Soraya looked at Laura.D with a sharp and serious look. Laura.D had to grin mockingly. "So let's get straight to the point instead of beating about the bush." Laura.D scoffed.

"Come on! Spit it out! Where is Five?" Laura asked Soraya sternly. Her gaze allowed no argument. "Fine, I'll answer you," Laura.D replied, grinning mischievously. "So I pushed Five, as you call him, through this mirror portal. Then I locked him in one of the trains and sent Five to the Deli," Laura.D told her, bluntly. Laura Soraya's eyes went wide at the next blow. "YOU HAVE PLEASE DONE WHAT?", Laura Soraya yelled across the hallway. Laura stared at Soraya, Laura.D, in disbelief. "Yes, you heard right." Laura.D added. Laura Soraya immediately turned around and jumped through the mirror portal.

At the time-train station

Laura Soraya immediately ran to the track and stopped abruptly. She quickly sent a message to Aidan Soraya with her special bracelet. After less than ten seconds, Aidan Soraya teleported to Laura Soraya in the subway station. "What's so important?", Aidan Soraya asked sternly. "We have a problem!", said Laura out of breath. "What kind of problem?", Aidan asked.

"Five Hargreeves was catapulted through time by Laura.D, on a time subway, and is unknowingly on his way to the Deli right now." Laura reported. "Okay, that was unexpected." spoke Aidan. "Why did you call me? What do you want me to help you with now?" asked Aidan. "Please get Five back," Laura asked. "Okay, I'll see you later." Aidan sighed. "Thank you. See you later." Laura thanked Aidan. Aidan disappeared again with a flash of violet-blue.

In the subway tunnel

Five was still stuck in the time subway. The subway ran at high speed through a brightly colored tunnel. The train passed through a clean, well-lit station. Another tunnel lit up. Five looked into the void. At some point, the train pulled into a dimly lit subway station and finally stopped. The doors opened. Five remained seated and stared into the distance.

Suddenly, Five heard footsteps. Five looked up and couldn't believe his eyes. Outside, another Five strolled across the platform and smiled at him. Five looked at his other, me, surprised and perplexed. Then he got up and hurriedly left the train. He followed his other self curiously. "Hey! Wait!" Five called out to his other self. But his other self didn't respond and just kept walking. Then Five's Double Version went down a flight of stairs. Five followed him.

Once downstairs, Five paused briefly and looked ahead. An illuminated sign above a restaurant in front of him read (Max's Delicatessen.) Five hesitated, then walked towards the front door. Five stepped inside and surveyed the room. Numerous versions of himself were in the room. (Conversation shred: ... "That's common knowledge. Completely unimaginable." ... ... "But nothing surprises me anymore." ...) Five took off his jacket and hung it on a full clothes rack next to the door. Behind Five, the door closed at the same time.

He looked around in amazement. Another Five beckoned to Five Hargreeves from one of the tables. (That was actually Three from the Third Timeline.) "Hey, you! Come here!" called Three, (Five's Double Version.) Five Hargreeves walked up to Three and sat down opposite his other self. "What is this?", Five Hargreeves asked his other self curiously. Three ran a hand through his hair. "A gas station. What does it look like? It's a Deli." replied Three.

A waiter approached as a five. He served sandwiches and coffee. "Coffee and two pastrami sandwiches," said Waiter Five. "Enjoy your meal." wished Waiter Five. Three snorted. "It's a bit short on sauerkraut, isn't it?" stated Five Hargreeves. "Yes. I've told him a hundred times, but it's no good!" Three got upset. "Sorry" apologized Five Hargreeves. "It's not your fault," said Three. "Theoretically it is," replied Five Hargreeves.

"Oh, I guarantee you won't like it," Three said to Five Hargreeves' coffee. Five Hargreeves paused with his coffee. "So, you must have figured out how the subway works by now." Three brought up the subject of the subway. "Different versions of the same point in time," replied Five Hargreeves. "That's correct." confirmed Three. "A few of the other Fives took a lot longer to figure that out." added Three.

"We're all you, just from other timelines, of course. But most of us have come to terms with the problem." Three continued. Five Hargreeves frowned. "What problem?", Five Hargreeves asked, confused. "The broken timelines, man. There should only be one." replied Three, slightly annoyed. "I don't understand. Um..." Five Hargreeves was a little confused.

"Look around you, Five. Does this seem right to you?" Three asked seriously. Five Hargreeves looked around the room again briefly. "No, but...", replied Five Hargreeves, but was interrupted. "Do you think Einstein was thinking of something like that when he discovered relativity?", Three asked sarcastically. "Certainly not. His brain would have exploded from that shit." Three continues sarcastically.

"Okay, and what broke the first timeline?", asked Five Hargreeves. "Not what, who. And I'll give you three guesses who's to blame." Three spoke, but was interrupted. A bell could be heard from the bar. "It was us!", shouted Beef-Breast-Five. "Why do you always have to ruin everything, Bovine-Five? Why?" Three asked reproachfully. Five shrugged his shoulders.

"By (we) does he mean the family? My siblings?" asked Five Hargreeves. "The morons, yes." confirmed Three. "Then I know." sighed Five Hargreeves. "The one timeline was perfect, but no sooner do we burst into it, boom! Shattered. Into an infinite number of alternate timelines, in an eternal time loop. In which we try to save the world." scoffed Three. He paused for breath.

"How many times have we tried?", Three asked another Five, who was reading the newspaper. "145,412." was Five's answer with the newspaper. "That often?", Five asked Hargreeves incredulously. "Is the purest Rain Man, the boy. Loves numbers." said Three. "Oh, by the way. Look at the pictures." added Three. He pointed to the many pictures hanging on the walls. Five Hargreeves looked around and looked at the pictures as instructed. "All the different ways we've blown up the universe," said Three.

Pictures of disasters line the walls. "If we're one thing, we're consistent, aren't we?" Three's voice dripped with sarcasm. "We've got to fix this," Five Hargreeves said firmly. "That's what we've been trying to do. That's why one of us founded the Commission. He wanted to erase the false timelines so that only the true one would remain." explained Three.

"But that always goes wrong, because ..." began Three. "... The family is the problem. We are forever doomed to save the world or destroy it." replied Five Hargreeves. "Bingo," said Three. "Bingo." repeated another Five. "I have to get back to my family. I have to stop this." Five Hargreeves said resolutely. Five Hargreeves stood up abruptly from the table. "Good. Good luck!" wished Three. "Well, I'll take that then." Three spoke to the untouched sandwich. Five Hargreeves left the deli.

Outside, back at the station, Five was faced with the next problem. "How do I get back now?", Five asked aloud. Suddenly, Aidan teleported next to Five. Five was deeply frightened. "I never thought I'd be scared of my own strength," said Five ironically. "You're already missed." said Aidan, without stopping to talk for long. "Oh, really? I didn't think so!" replied Five sarcastically. "Oh, just come with me," said Aidan, annoyed. "Wait a minute! Wait a minute! ..." But Five couldn't finish speaking. Aidan grabbed Five by the hand and teleported away with Five. ...

With Laura Soraya

Laura was still waiting by the railroad track. She was slowly losing her patience. She was running out of time. Okay, not her to be precise, but the Hargreeves siblings. She paced up and down restlessly, her arms crossed behind her back. "How much longer is this going to take?" she asked impatiently through the subway station. (Where was Aidan with Five?) Laura Soraya asked herself in her mind.

At last, a blue-violet flash appeared and Aidan finally appeared with Five. "Thank you, Aidan," Laura thanked her brother Aidan. "Yes, you're welcome. But now I have to move on quickly," said Aidan and teleported away. "Okay, now to you." Laura spoke to Five in a stern voice. She turned to Five with a serious look. "At last! Your Umbrellas are running out of time!" Laura reprimanded Five. Laura Soraya gave Five a back slap. "Ouch! What was that for?" Five asked, his face contorted with pain and holding his cheek. Laura didn't answer the question.

"What were you thinking?" Laura asked sharply. "Um. Well, not what happened, actually." stammered Five. Laura took a few deep breaths. "Okay. We don't have time to discuss this any further! We have to move on, time is running out! Just promise to listen to me as long as we're in the mirror maze!" Laura said hastily.

"Can you promise me that, please?" Laura asked seriously. She looked Five deep in the eye. "That's all right. Yeah, okay, I'll stick to it." Five gave in, rolling her eyes. "Good, then let's not waste any more time." Laura spoke. "Wait, what are you going to do? ..." Five's words were cut off again. Laura had grabbed Five by the arm and pulled him through a mirror portal. ...

In the mirror labyrinth. Outside of time and space

The Hargreeves siblings were beginning to feel uncomfortable. Their own mirror images were taking on a life of their own with every second they spent here. The mirror images also drew the life out of their mirror image donors. But only so slowly that the siblings would only realize it just before they fainted. But if the Hargreeves siblings had to fight now, they would be too weak.

After a while, Laura Soraya and Five Hargreeves finally returned to the Hargreeves siblings. "At last! There you are," said Klaus. "Okay. Come on, quickly! Follow me! We can't waste any more time!", Laura Soraya said quickly. The Hargreeves siblings didn't need to be told twice and followed Laura Soraya into another hall.

There were mirrors everywhere in this hall. They all had different names.

"What kind of room is this?", Klaus asked curiously. "It's the Hall of Mirrors," Laura Soraya replied curtly. "What does this hall of mirrors does?", Viktor also asked curiously. "These are dimensional mirrors. Each dimension has a different name to distinguish them from each other. We have to jump into this one!" Laura explained, pointing to a mirror on which an umbrella symbol briefly lit up. But the Umbrella siblings couldn't read what it actually said.

"Everyone hold hands!", Laura Soraya shouted frantically over the shoulders of the Hargreeves siblings. The Hargreeves siblings did so without argument. Five was the one who took Laura Soraya's hand. And so the chain closed. Laura jumped through the mirror and pulled everyone through the mirror with her.

The group jumped into the next hall of mirrors. This time, however, the mirrors in this hall were marked with numbers.

"Okay, and what are these mirrors now?", asked Luther. "What are the numbers for?", asked Diego. "You idiots!", Five suddenly exclaimed. "Five? What's wrong?" Viktor asked, a little worried. "Yes, tell me. What's going on?", Klaus asked in his typical way. "Those are year numbers!" Five got upset. Laura Soraya rolled her eyes in annoyance. But she didn't comment on it. Five had recognized that correctly.

But suddenly something else caught Laura's attention. "What's wrong, Laura?" Viktor asked excitedly. He noticed Laura's changed face, which already resembled horror. "What's that wind?", asked Five. Who had also suddenly noticed the change. The umbrellas also suddenly began to shake. The wind became increasingly fierce and began to tug at our clothes.

"You have to get out of here now!", Laura Soraya shouted in alarm over the wind. Laura quickly ran to the mirror with the number 1963. In passing, she turned back to five. Who seemed to be the only one still least likely to quote with Klaus. "Five Klaus! Gather the others and then come to me! I'll set the date for the mirror!" Laura Soraya shouted over the whistling wind, which seemed to be getting colder and colder. "All right!" said Five. "Ai, Ai, Sir," said Klaus exaggeratedly. Helped five, but quickly.

Laura Soraya set the year and location. "Okay! Let's go! Everything's ready!" Laura Soraya called to Five and Klaus. Klaus and Five arrived at Laura and the mirror with their siblings, who were already wobbly on their feet.

Five was able to grab Laura's hand at the last moment and close the human chain. Before the group was sucked into the next mirror. Then, Five and the rest of his siblings lost consciousness completely. They were all surrounded by blackness. ...
