Baylor's POV

When I woke up the next day I had a bitter sweet smile on my face. Remembering the note from last night I quickly tumbled out of bed and ran to my closet in search of my jacket. I had put the note in one of the pocket and hadn't even thought about it until now. When I finally found the note in the left pocket I opened it quickly.

I found myself smiling before I scowled. Don't let him in Baylor. He had to earn his way to even talk to you after the way that he treated you. Running downstairs because it was Monday i grabbed an apple off the counter then ran to school. People were whispering and this time it wasn't about me. I saw this girl in dark skinny jeans, a band sweater and black combat boots. She looked shy yet she had a badass vibe to her. It was odd yet somewhat appealing.

Smiling I decided that I would talk to her, I mean why not? "Hey I'm Baylor," I said with a small smile.

"Oh sup," she nodded.

I looked at her weirdly wondering why she didn't say her name and she must have realized that because she blushed and the she hit her forehead with the palm of her hand. "Sorry," she laughed, "My names Adele. It's nice to meet you."

I laughed and then dragged her to the office where she could get her schedule. When we got there a guy who was standing there looking like an all American guy with blonde hair blue eyes with a Cali shirt on. "Hey I'm Ryder," he said and held his hand out for me to shake.

I blinked and then held out my hand and he bent down and kissed my hand. My eyes widened. What the hell? "What's your name gorgeous?" Ryder asked.

"Baylor," I whispered feeling even more uncomfortable.

"What a pretty name for a pretty girl," he flirted shamelessly.

"Sorry I have a... Uh, boyfriend," I came up with.

"It sure doesn't sound like your sure about that. Are you sure?" He asked.

"Princess!" A voice yelled.

I turned around and then smiled for once at Reid interrupting a conversation that I was having. "Reid!" I yelled.

Me and Reid had gotten a lot closer since our encounter at the graveyard. We both have lost people that we loved so i think that we just clicked so much more because of that. I still find him as annoying as nine levels of hell but I can stand him. He still has to finish my list and I'm not letting him off the hook for that in any way. Just because he was nice now doesn't mean that he will turn back to how he was and hurt me again.

"I finished another one!" He exclaimed and did something that shocked me.

He hugged me and picked me up and spun me around. I yelled at him to put me down and he did while chuckling. Someone cleared there throat from behind me and I turned to see Ryder stranded there looking sheepish and unimpressed. "So this is the boyfriend?" He asked.

Reid looked at me and smirked, "You should have just asked sweetheart before you tell people."

I looked at both of them mortified. "No he's not my boyfriend-"

"Yet," Reid concluded.

Ryder nodded his head and laughed, "Sorry dude. I was just joking. Plus I don't roll that way," he said and then smiled.

"Your gay and you flirted with me?" I asked.

He shrugged, "Sorry spitfire. I knew that you couldn't resist me."

Rolling my eyes I said goodbye to Ryder and then I went to Adele with Reid on my tail. He would follow me around like a lost puppy sometimes but this time he looked like he wanted to be beside me. His face portrayed something along the lines of proud but I knew that it was probably just my imagination. "Hey Dell," I said smiling.

She looked back at me then at Reid, "Oh hey."

She almost purred it. Oh no. I befriended a man stealer. "Oh um Adele this is my boyfriend," I emphasized.

"Oh," she almost snarled.

"Not yet," Reid chastised and pulled me into him, "But all you had to do was ask and I'll be yours Princess."

"Oh shut it," I said embarrassed.

Adele looked at me and held her head high then went up to Katy. Oh great, she was a shy girl that wanted popularity. This was the worst thing that could happen right now. Sighing I went to Reid and I grabbed his hand dragging him to my locker. "Princess as much as I love the physical contact I don't want you to pull my arm out of my socket," Reid complained.

I chuckled and dropped his hand while Reid shook his head. He grabbed my hand again, "I said ease up don't let go."

"That's what she said," I smirked.

Reid's eyes widened and I laughed and walked into my class leaving Reid in the hallway. He waved and then left for his class. Settling in my seat the one and only Katy Dalton came up to me with a wicked smile on her face. "I'd just like to say that your making it way to hard for Reid to get you. He might loose interest and find someone else before he actually even kisses you," she said smiling, "Just a forewarning."

"Is that a threat?" I asked narrowing my eyes.

She didn't answer and just turned and walked to her desk. So what I'm making it difficult for him? It should be after the way he's treated me. It's not like we are more then friends... Even though this is a lot to go through for a friend. Snap out of it, he's just a friend.

I breathed in deep breaths. Just. A. Friend.

Lunch went by surprisingly un-eventfully and now it was last period, which was gym with Reid. Sighing we started working on our routine and one of the harder lifts that we hadn't mastered. "C'mon... We almost have it," I stated.

He nodded and helped more but the gym door opened and I turned my attention to there. I lost all interest in anything else but the man that was standing in the door.

"Cupcake!" My dad exclaimed.

"Daddy," I yelled back and ran to him.

People had paused there dancing to look at our reunion but I didn't care, I hadn't seen my dad for almost two years. Running as fast as I could at my dad who was still clad in his army uniform I jumped into his arms and started bawling my eyes out. I had missed him so much and I didn't care to admit it but I needed him. I needed my dad.

My dad finally looked around at my class staring at me and I laughed. "I haven't seen you for so long, I've missed you," I said with a smile.

His eyes widened and he looked at me with wide eyes, "si può parlare ora?"
(You can talk now? In Italian)

I laughed, "sì . giusto pazzo ?" (Yeah crazy right?)

"ho perso te figlia," he smiled though he had some tears in his eyes. (I missed you, daughter)

"ti amo papà," I rushed out still sobbing. (I love you dad)

"ti amo troppo ragazza bambino," he said and set me down on my feet. (I love you too baby girl)

"Holy sh-crap you can speak a different language?" Reid's voice said from behind me.

I smiled a bit, "Actually my first language was Italian."

His eyes went wide and he smiled a bit, "Wow."

"è che il vostro fidanzato?" My dad asked suddenly. (Is he your boyfriend?)

I whirled around and faced my dad shaking my head violently, "nessun reid è solo un amico."

(No Reid is just a friend)

My dad smiled and rolled his eyes, "Sicuro." (Sure)

"Stop it I want to know what your saying!" Yelled Reid, "By the way I'm Reid, Baylor's friend."

"Balbina," my dad chastised.

I blushed red in embarrassment, "I changed my name to Baylor legally two years ago dad."

"io non la cura . tu sei il mio Balbina," he said softly. (I don't care. You are my Balbina)

"Sir can you repeat that in English please because I am very confused," Reid spoke.

I laughed at him, "probabilmente pensa che stiamo progettando un omicidio."

(He probably thinks we are planning a murder)

My dad smirked at me and hugged me once again. He then kissed my forehead and whispered to me, "Who said we weren't."

AHHH SO SHES ITALIAN I ALWAYS HAD THE IDEA THAT BAYLOR WASNT HER REAL NAME AND IT WAS IN A DIFFERENT LANGUAGE AND SINCE I WENT TO ITALY AND LOVED THE LANGUAGE I SAID WHY THE HELL NOT? SO I FINALLY UPDATED! IM SO SORRY I WAS REALLY BUSY BECAUSE OF CHRISTMAS AND MY MOMS B-DAY. DONT HATE ME!

JENSEN ACKLES IS HER DAD AND IF HE WAS MY DAD I WOULD BE HYPER VENTILATING... ANYONE ELSE?
